After a year of normal work the black started coming off the keys (see pic) on this keyboard. A few months after the Touch barely functions. After going through their ridiculous return system and waiting 2 hours for my appointment, the rude Apple "Genius" told me warranty is one year on all products BUT they could fix it for $160...for a keyboard that cost $200. A $20 third party keyboard would last decades but Apple can't make a keyboard that lasts longer than a couple of years. Apple used to be the best customer service and there was a time they'd be embarrassed to have produced poor products, but they've become a complete joke. Quality of their hardware is in the toilet and customer service is even worse. Apple has stopped caring about quality and its customers.

The data transfer from old phone to longer and started to freeze. A nice young woman helped. We had to restart the data transfer. She got wireless chargers and a data transfer cables. The other people we asked said "wireless data transfer is just as fast as with cables...." NOT! The wire method took less than 20 minutes! The last minute is always the longest! Why is that! When Huntington installed my tv they did not install a surge protector leading to a power surge frying the tv's power cord killing the tv. What a sloppy careless way to install a $5k tv. I just returned to this store Friday to buy a new phone and I had a terrible experience. She then asked an Associate who earlier in the day had sold me a wireless charger which was incompatible with my old phone. I refused to work with her. I was then passed to another Associate who was great, except for the fact that he let me leave without activating my SIM card. I was told by Customer Service that I had to return to the Store the next day to have to have the SIM Card activated. I did and finally was able to make and receive calls and Texts. Boylston St is a disaster under the present Management. I would not recommend anyone going to it. I am considering switching to Verizon and using their incentive for a new phone. It would be worth it to avoid further interactions with the management on Boylston St. Boston T-Mobile.
