You can tell that customer service matters here and they treat people with kindness, which I don't come across too often anymore. The staff go out of their way to help customers, and do what the "bigger" name hardware stores can't (or won't) do for the average customer. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Eric who helped me with trimming a part to get my AC installed. Eric efficiently helped me and I did exactly what was needed for me. 10/10! While I was there I checked out the rest of the store and they seem to have everything you need for essential household and outdoor tasks, DIY projects, and even things like key copies. The store is also surprisingly large on the inside and there was a lot more that I didn't check out so looking forward to exploring more. I will absolutely be back the next project I take on. Every time I've gone, I've needed some random screw or specific sized wrench and they knew their inventory well and always quickly asked what I needed and pointed me in the right direction. The environment is friendly and very customer-oriented - they don't want you to feel lost looking for what you need, so they will help point you in the right direction for anything on your list. If you need something, they probably have it! And if not, they will say no and follow that up by immediately telling you where you can get it.
