Rather than simply say "I don't know, let me find out", he acted like there was something wrong with me. It was so terrible and infuriating. I will never step foot in that location again, even though the other staff have been fine and it's close to my home.

I was sick of paying all this money for upgrades on phones 3-5 years after I had paid off a phone. I walked into this store on my lunch break to be told by an outside security company that I couldn't go in too many people were inside (10 people) I went back almost 2 hours later where there wasn't a single soul in the store. When I walked in Bobby was balls deep into his personal phone and don't you dare disrupt him. I explained to him I was a long standing customer and wouldn't like to upgrade my phone wihtout having to pay and arm and leg and was considering going to a new comapny. he laughed in my face and told me a new company would screw me over, little did he know i did m research and went ot multip,e providers before going to the one i've been at so long. He told me they were lying to me adn that there was nothing they would do for me. He didn't ask me my name, my account number just told me there was nothing he could do. He must have really had an important message to attend to not care that his company was losing a company. Last I thought someone who was with a company for 18 years would be treated like they would do anything not to lose them. But this was proof big companies DO NOT CARE. The air box came and it never connected because of my ground level unit after two attempts with customer service trying to test it over the phone. They told me to return it. I attempted to return it to FedEx which I what they originally told me to do and FedEx refused to take it and said they do not offer returns for equipment. Then another customer service rep told me to return with UPS and instead the shipped the same box back to my house. They also told me to just bring it into a store at that point and they also refused to take the box. It has been months and I was finally able to return it after the shipped me a new label/box. I just found out they are still charging me for all of these months even though the product never once worked. This has been the worst situation to deal with. It feels like a complete scam. They stole money for a product that never worked and make it nearly impossible to return. Just terrible.

Initially, the repair took quite a long time as the shop's replacement parts were also faulty and additional parts had to be brought from another store. The repair took about 2 hours. Unfortunately, the work done by CPR lasted only 3 months. I had to pay another few hundred dollars to have their faulty screen part replaced on Sept. 2nd by another repair service. This service informed me that certain sensors and the waterproof seal had not been properly reconnected during the repair that CPR completed. Not only did CPR take an exorbitant amount of time and money to repair my phone, they also cut corners and used shoddy equipment resulting in more money out of pocket for me to once again repair the poor work completed. Would not recommend.

But about $950 if I paid for the cheapest service plan for $39. So $39 + $950 plus sales tax still ended up being over $1000!!! So I took it home and had it back maybe a week and a half. Screen goes black. They don't get their parts from apple. They choose the cheapest part from a number of venues and then grossly upcharge their customers. I spilled an energy drink onto my Macbook Pro keyboard and immediately brought it into the shop for a cleaning and diagnostic. They took me as a walk in on a Sunday afternoon, and my laptop was ready the next day to be picked up, back to running perfectly and cleaned! I realized the Touch ID button wasn't function so I brought it back again and they were able to fix it for me super quickly and for no extra cost. Overall the cleaning and repair was $149 which was absolutely a fair price for the speed and efficiency of the work they did. Also, the employees inside are friendly and ready to answer any questions, especially when I was stressed and worried about my laptop. Great service and absolutely recommend for anyone in the area!
