The decor and warmth of the restaurant was top notch. The gentleman who greeted us and served us was so helpful. We were so jet lagged I'm sure he had a hard time understanding our mumbles. The menu was easy to read and he was able to pair beers and ciders to us perfectly. The food was amazing. The portions was so big. My wife and split the chicken curry, I had a side of chowder and she had a side salad. We still had food left over because there was so much. My son and the fish and chips and it was devoured. We came here twice for breakfast and loved it. My favorite was their omelet with your choice of several fillings. It was filling and reasonably priced. The second time I wasn't as hungry so I tried the waffle and it was delicious. Just one caveat: the bacon here isn't like in the United States; it's closer to Canadian bacon. They have an extensive menu for both breakfast and lunch and everything is reasonably price with a decent portion. One bonus is that it's only about a ten minute walk from here to the bus and train depot.
