I found Mark and Zeros Electrical here on Yelp and began an evening online conversation with Mark, who was super accommodating and offered screen shots of suggested products. I had planned to purchase some lights from Amazon and to hire an electrician to install them. Mark was able to send his crew to us before Amazon could get the parts to me, so Mark arranged to pick up the lighting parts at Home Depot before coming out to our place. Team of two arrived (wearing masks and booties) and set right to work to retrofit four under-cabinet fluorescent lights with new LED lighting in our kitchen. I was working from home and on a call, but they didn't need any direction from me. I sat across the room from them (COVID-19 socially distanced), on my call, and watched them work. About forty minutes later, they had the four old lights out and the new lights shining. I wasn't even done with my work meeting, and they were all cleaned up and gone! They even took the old parts with them. While I found their pricing to be higher than some of the other estimates I received, I believe that Mark's time spent with me online before, and his crew's prompt, professional, and totally un-disruptive work was worth the price we paid. I will hire them again and am delighted to recommend them to you here. read more

Zeros Electrical - Leviton 240V outlet in the garage. - Electricians Near Me

I really didn't want to have to update this review, but at this point, I am not sure what else I can do. The team at Zeros was so great when we needed them initially. Marcos and Jonathan came and really helped us out when we needed it, they explained everything and they did a great job. However, now we are having problems getting a follow up. When Marcos and Jonathan finished up at our house, we had a couple of light fixtures that weren't working correctly. They assured us that all we needed to do was change the bulbs (because they popped during a power surge) and that would fix things. We did that, but the fixtures still don't work correctly. (Please note that this was back in January.) After changing the bulbs, like was recommended to us, I contacted Zeros through the Yelp app messaging system to try and set up a follow up. Mark responded and apologized for the delay in getting back to me due to some issues with the Yelp app. Great. No big deal, and I gave him my phone number and asked if we could have a follow up to look at the non-working fixtures. I asked what day and time to expect someone out, and never got a response. Then many weeks pass with no contact, and I admit that I did not reach out for a while because of work, Covid concerns/vaccine after effects, and other things. Last week I reached out twice via Yelp message. Based on the Yelp message app, I can see that my messages have been read, but there have not been any responses. I also tried calling the number on Yelp, but when I call it goes straight to voicemail without ringing, and I get a message that says the voicemail mailbox is full. We have been getting by without having access to those light fixtures, but this is something we would prefer to have available to us. I am still incredibly thankful and happy with the initial work that was done to fix our electrical issues. I just wish I could get in contact with someone to clean up the one lingering issue we have had since the initial work was completed in January. read more

Unfortunately I made an appointment with them and it was a no-show. Day of, they didn't respond to text, picked up phone one time, promised to come later in the day, still didn't come, and stopped responding to phone calls after that. read more

I had a good experience with Zeros Electric. Great communication with Mark on yelp. Marco who did the work was great. Reasonable price, on time, he took the time to explain to me the issues, the work done was good, wore mask the whole time, and cleaned up the area afterwards. I will recommend and hire them again. read more

Mark is very responsive. Great communication mostly by text even on the weekend. Zeros Electrical upgraded an electrical panel for me. I liked that they also patched my stucco wall after installing the panel. All the other electricians who quoted would not get their hands dirty and require somebody else to do the stucco patch. Zeros' work is very high quality and they overcame challenges with my old house quickly. Everything was completed as promised. They showed up as scheduled and went beyond my expectations in getting the job done. I will definitely call them again with future projects. Highly recommended! read more

My local handyman and I couldn't figure out the wiring on a new heater/vent/light we put into the master bathroom. He recommended Jonathan come and take a look. Jonathan came promptly and assessed the situation quickly. I have little to no electrical knowledge, but followed him up to the attic to learn a bit. He was efficient and was happy to explain what he was doing as he worked. I appreciate his work ethic and will be calling him back for any electrical work I need in the future. Thanks Jonathan! read more

I manage rental properties in addition to other Real Estate services and one of my rental properties had an electrical issue that caused three of 4 bedrooms to go without power. The electrician I normally work with was on a job up north and was not available so I went on yelp and I found Mark and Zeros Electrical after scouring for someone that was available on a Sunday evening. After trying to contact about 7 electricians. He was able to come out in the late evening and did a preliminary check of all the outlets, the breaker box, and the wiring in the attic. He discovered what the issue was and that it would take a day to do some re-wiring and clean up of some of the outlets that had some corrosion issues due to age and use. I received a quote to do the work and Mark was able to set up his crew to come at date and time that was convenient for the tenants of the rental and corrected all the identified issues. I was extremely happy with the work and fix, as were the tenants. I will be relying on Mark in the future and would highly recommend him to anyone. read more

We had a really old breaker panel that needed to be upgraded as we had outlets that sometimes went out. We received excellent and quick service at very reasonable prices. Jonathan was very patient in describing the work we'll need and I respect his strong work ethic and positive attitude. The outlets for our refrigerator and microwave stopped working today and we called several companies and sent several requests on Yelp. Zeros Electrical was the quickest to reply with same-day availability even during this pandemic time. Jonathan came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in under 20 minutes. Throughout the service, Jonathan was professional, patient, and friendly. He showed me the insides of the panel and suggested I upgrade the panel as it's quite old is no longer reliable. There's no pressure selling or tricks. I would definitely consider them again for my future electrical needs. read more

I completed an online quote and Zeros Electrical responded within a few minutes. We communicated via the app and I shared pictures of the make-up mirror 36x36, I wanted installed. Jonathan was very professional in diagnosing the problem, recommending the solution and gave a competitive price.

the work i got done was in early december and am finally writing a review now! mark was really knowledgeable and a good guy to work with! prices were reasonable and quality work. i originally wanted to install a nema14-50 outlet coming from my circuit breaker box but after an inspection, mark suggested that we have the outlet coming out from the main panel instead. i also had my old stab-lok breaker unit replaced as well to future proof myself from any potential fires ;) after all of this work mark and team also installed a light outside my house and it's been great. i'm happy with charging my car at a faster rate, front exterior light is doing great and i have peace of mind with the new siemens circuit breaker mark was really flexible accommodating me during the holidays in 2020 and really appreciate his quality work and fast responses. thank u! i will definitely keep u guys in mind for future electrical work. i've already referred u guys to my buddy who needs an electric car charger outlet read more

5/5. Made quick work of installing tesla charger in home. They were also very responsive through the yelp app. I would recommend to all.

Second time around using this company I can no longer recommend. Lack of follow up trying to schedule an appointment and finally had an appointment scheduled after several days, and the "owner" then pulled a no show. No call, no notice. read more

Jonathan did great work on my house with a reasonable rate especially considering his quality and flexibility. He installed 3x external outlets while fixing bizarre electrical work done by rehab folks. He did this so well that I asked him to install a dedicated 240VAC line for an electric car charger and another 120VAC for my treadmill. Both are working great with no issues. Jonathan was also pleasant to talk to and I will use him for any future work. read more

Unreliable. Accepted job but never confirmed time of appointment, even after repeated reminders.

Mark and his on-site crew (Jonathan and Jason) were very responsive to our first contact and throughout this work. We needed to add an outlet to switch to electrical range and Mark worked with us to make sure his crew surveyed the home/potential line location so as to minimize wall penetrations and patchback. The crew cleaned up after they complete the work and was nothing but courteous while working in a fully occupied home. Mark's was reasonable, if nit competitive yet the experience were top notch. I will definitely reach out to Zero Electric for my future needs. read more

Mark quickly responded to my request to add a circuit to my house with a fair price and asked all the right questions to make sure I got what I needed. Jonathan came by the next morning right on time and was very polite and professional.
