Love this place! I always get the spicy watermelon with EXTRA spicy and the xxl flamin hot fries. The fries I get comes with some like nacho cheese in it under the hot Cheeto topping making it extra delicious. The atmosphere is nice and cozy, and beautifully decorated. I bring my 7 year old and we grab a game from their games table and get quietly competitive while we wait for our food. It's a great spot for a quick drink or to stop and hang for a bit and enjoy the ambiance. read more

Few things that I want to address as the purpose of this review is to encourage establishment improvement because us customers would like to see local businesses thrive especially if it's one of our used to be "favorite" spot. I came here when this place open. It so packed to what I remember and the food was delicious and the drinks were tasteful. After sometime the hype died down and I haven't gone back specifically on this location because they opened one nearby house in Summerlin. Today I decided to stop by at the Decatur location. Walking in, one door says use the other side. The door handle are just nasty dirty. Obviously no one is cleaning up or sanitizing them. Walking in... there was a foul smell , not sure it's the garbage smell or the moldy ac system that was overpowering that even my son said, it smells very bad here. Surprisingly, the crew didn't look bothered of the smell as if it's just normal. But knowing how this place used to be compared how it is now, it just looks so old and dirty. Besides my delicious mangonada that I ordered, that's my only concern in regards to this location. Please make this place brand new again, and take care of the foul garbage smell. Who would have the appetite for that? Was it the garbage since the door is next to the garbage and that's the smell that welcomes the guest? Second time coming here. I have not had a bad experience with service like a lot of people are reporting, but I will say that I never come here when it's busy. It's always dead when we have dropped in, and service has been polite and made us feel welcome. About the food, everything we ordered we loved, but my watermelon drink didn't have extra fruit like I asked, it only had a little fruit on top. It also was not spicy at all, there was more sweet syrup in it than anything else and so I went up to the counter and asked for more spice. Still pretty sweet lol I think they jus were too heavy handed with the sweetness and there was no saving the drink at that point. I still enjoyed it anyway so not a big deal. Both my college kids love this place. My daughter even did a Tik Tok (@LVfoodies) about it! I was super excited to try their drinks and with a little help from my friend, Lactaid, we were good to go. My kids wanted a treat after lunch and this was the closest to us. So glad we stopped here. The drinks are delicious! We had the matcha tea shake, ube milkshake, and strawberry cheesecake. I loved my strawberry cheesecake. I was worried it would be too sweet but it wasn't. The cheese in all the drinks is so yummy. All the drinks were just the right amount of sweetness. They are very understanding because I got my drinks without ice so they can make it all the way to Bakersfield. The location is off the Vegas trip put it is worth the drive. I ordered the sriracha wings and cheese fries, my dad ordered the salt and pepper popcorn bites, and my brother ordered the garlic wings and fries. Most likely at the Green Valley location since it's closer to me and in a safer area but this location was the original (in Vegas) so we wanted to check it out. Just the typical movie theatre nacho cheese. The crushed Cheetos added a nice kick to it. My brother was more than happy to devour it since my mom and I both picked out the fries that weren't drenched in cheese and moved on to the next thing. The chicharrones were great! They weren't flaming as described but I still enjoyed it. It would've been better if we had some spicy vinegar to dip it in, yum! We ordered some chilotes as well that was inhaled by my mom and my brother before I could even take a picture. Personally, I thought it was a bit salty but it was still pretty good. The popcorn chicken could've been my favorite with just one small change. I feel like the chicken was a bit dry but the flavor was amazing! This and the elote were the only things we finished. I would give this place 4 stars, but just yesterday I came in as I usually do once a month but had a drink that had a chalky substance towards the middle of drink. After having that same chalky substance about 6 more times, I decided to let the company know. Thing is, is I live at the top of North Las Vegas and took my drink to-go. So I called them probably no more than 20/30 minutes after leaving there. The manager told me that it might have been ice, and I told him no because I wiped the chalky substance off of my tongue multiple times. Then he told me something else (it was inaudible) and said he could replace it. I informed him that I was already almost home but could come back tomorrow (now today). I came today around the same time and he made my drink. But then when he handed it to me, he told me that next time I have to check my drink before leaving. Mind you by the time I got to the bottom of the lid is when I noticed the substance. So I wouldn't have known anyway by just tasting it. So I told him that I wouldn't have known anyway and called immediately. I also told him that I will no longer come back as well. Was so excited to finally try this place. There is finally no line. Got the Mangonada, i like mango, i like chamoi, i like taijin. The Mangonada had so much chamoi it was just like licking a salt block. I tried to get through the drink thinking it would get better, but it didn't. I got 1/4 of the way through. Luckily i saw a previous yelp review with the same complaint and the manager offered to remake the drink or make another one, so i asked. I got the Pink Lychee as a replacement. It was soooo much better. Very tasty and I could actually taste the flavors of strawberry and lychee. The folks there were very nice. I will definitely be going back and trying the other drinks. We went on a thursday night, and the hype has definitely died down compared to the other reviews because there wasnt a long line at all. I ordered the elotes with hot cheetos, and chilaquiles on it. I also ordered a peach blossom / strawberry horchata split drink. The elotes came out first, the chilaquiles are freshly fried and so so crispy. This was such a delicuous snack to order, I love elotes, chilaquiles, and hot cheetos so this food was a dream . The peach blossom drink had peaches in it, as well as some other fresh flowers. Anyway the drink itself was very sweet and did not have much lime flavor. Basically strawberry sugar water with a hint of lime. Not bad but nothing to go out of your way for. The mango was green and tough to chew. Made for a great photo but as something to eat I'll pass. Honestly I'd go here if friends wanted to meet up. Prior to opening a Las Vegas store, I visited Zero Degrees during visits to California. It holds a great concept, for it incorporates Asian and Latin flavors into drinks and savory snacks; however, I'm not a fan of this particular location. Since its opening, we've visited four or five times and I really wish that I could like it. After the grand opening hype died down, the lines have significantly slimmed down so don't let the reviews about the long lines deter you from visiting! It's located in the Smith's plaza on the corner of Decatur and Flamingo next to the Planet Fitness. There's never an issue with parking here. There are plenty of seats inside (however, it can be challenging to find a spot during prime time) and a few chairs outside. The aesthetics of the cafe has an industrial vibe and they're often playing pretty "lit" music. There always seems to be a lingering sewage smell but it's not an issue if you don't plan on dining in. My biggest gripe about here is how disorganized it is. They'll call our numbers out of order (I understand that each drink is made differently) but they'll be at customer nine and jump to customer fifteen then back to seven. Even when it's slow, the drinks from one order come out five minutes apart. The customer service is generally pretty friendly but the efficiency isn't the best. The drinks are unique and you can't find a lot of the menu items elsewhere. Unlike the other locations, the slushes here tend be too icy with little flavor and the milk teas and horchatas are too sweet. My personal favorite are the matcha horchata and the lychee crush. For an additional amount of money, you have the option to add the mango slices to certain slushes as well (it goes well with the chamango). In my opinion, there are better options in Las Vegas but the menu items here are unique enough to make it stand out and make a visit. read more

Zero Degrees has opened up in Vegas right before we hit our sizzling summer season- perfect timing! I came in for their soft opening and then again during grand opening weekend BOGO specials. They've been promoting their opening all over social media so it has been predictably busy. DRINKS: The Spicy Watermelon is my favorite so far, less sweet than their much-hyped Mangonada, both available with add-on mango twist and tamarind straw. They also do milk teas (like sea salt green tea) and fusion drinks (like their strawberry horchata) in a few different variations, with regular boba and crystal boba available as add-ons. I also really liked their Ube Shake, which isn't especially sweet but still definitely a dessert and decorated to look like a unicorn with a toasted marshmallow and candy belt. Their major marketing hack is that their drinks are so photogenic, they barely have to promote themselves because social media does it for 'em. I was pleased to find the drinks were tasty as well! FOOD: Like most tea shops, there are a few snacks on the menu here, from the classic popcorn chicken and fries to a few different dishes of elote and chicharrones. The chicken was better quality than what I'm used to at this sort of spot (opt for the bbq flavor). I also tried the hot Cheetos elote, and despite not being much of a fan of hot Cheetos, this crispy, flavor-packed version was addictive and I ate way more than I planned. There's a special place in hell reserved for those leaving a new business 1-star reviews for typical opening kinks. Service was polite but given that they were busy for opening weekend (expected), orders were a bit slow to come out but wait times were not unreasonable. I am beyond ecstatic that there's a legit boba place in town that knows how to serve up some decent tea. With boba shops lining corners left and right in the SGV, I was kind of bummed when I tried a few from Vegas that were pretty overpriced and gave me Quickly quality drinks. And because Zero Degrees is a franchise that has several popular locations in LA, I've already had the opportunity to try out some items. So in LA, Zero Degrees was known as Zero Degrees Italian Ice before they started taking their menu in the Asian/Mexican fusion direction. I think Zero Degrees definitely has their marketing down as a ton of their items are all over Instagram with many popular foodies advertising their food findings. Before their soft and grand opening, Zero Degrees was already marketing their menu of popular items to the masses, so it was not surprising to see the never-ending line on grand opening day. This location of Zero Degrees is located in the Smith's and Planet Fitness plaza on Flamingo and Decateur. There are a ton of parking spaces, so that isn't an issue. The storefront is pretty big with several small tables, bar seating, and a larger high-top table. They have their signature angel wing backdrop and pretty tasteful interior colors/decorations. While they had their BOGO deal where selected drinks were buy one get one free, it seemed like most customers opted to try the more Instagramable drinks. They're known for their signature Mangonada and Ube Milkshake, which most people seemed to want to try. Their menu also serves a variety of Asian-Mexican type appetizers. They have popcorn chicken, elotes, chilotes (chicharrones), hot Cheetos cheese fries, etc. - all of which were quite popular. I ended up just trying the drinks: -Mangonada: Had to try their most popular drink. At $5.25 for a 16 oz and $6.25 for a 24 oz, I went with the 24 oz and upgraded to have the drink in a mason jar for $3 extra as well as a mango twist topping for an additional $1. [You can upgrade the 16 oz into a milk bottle jar for $1.50 more while the 24 oz can be upgraded into the mason jar]. I can see why people like this drink, especially if you're a fan of mangos. It's a mango slush with chamoy, tajin, and a ton of mango chunks at the top. And with the mango twist, you get about 10 slices of mango with tajin powder sprinkled on the sides. Even though it's not mango season, I thought that the mango slices were pretty sweet! The overall drink was refreshing and tasty, especially with the acidity from the chamoy and tajin. I really liked it! -Watermelon Slush: $5.75 for the 24 oz, and I also upgraded this drink to go into the mason jar. I've had their watermelon slush at their City of Industry location, so I definitely wanted to give it another try. I'm a big fan of watermelon, so I can say that this slush did not disappoint. While it was a bit sweet, I thought it wasn't too much - it definitely felt like they used real watermelon to blend it all up and added watermelon chunks at the top to give it some extra texture. I also added boba to the drink (extra $0.50). I liked the boba. While I didn't feel like there was "honey" added to it, it was cooked well and perfectly chewy. Would recommend this drink if you wanted something refreshing and fruity. -Thai Milk Tea: $4.75 for the 24 oz. I liked the presentation of the tea after it was made - orange on bottom and the condensed milk drizzle at the top. Some of the workers recommended this drink as their favorite, and I could see why. It was sweet, but exactly how you would want your Thai milk tea. Creamy, smooth and it definitely hit the spot that day. -Strawberry Limeade: $5.25 for 24 oz. This drink was refreshing as well, and was made with real strawberries and mint leaves. I could really taste the lime and sweetness of the strawberries. My cousin said this drink was tasty and almost finished half the cup within a few minutes! If you're looking for something slightly tangy, I would recommend this. Probably not something I'd order again, but it was a good drink. Strawberry Bliss: Wanted something on the fruitier side, so tried this - $5 for 24 oz. Strawberry peach green tea was made well, and I could taste the strawberry and peach flavor - not too tangy and not too sweet either. There were fresh strawberries bits and chia seeds, which I enjoyed as it gave the drink some extra texture. I think Zero Degrees controlled their grand opening fairly well. Even though the lines were crazy (almost about an hour to get to the register to order), the workers handled all the customers in stride and greeted everybody with smiles. After the order was made, the drinks were pretty quickly made. I think the food was what took a longer time. tl;dr - Definitely would recommend trying Zero Degrees out if you're a fan of boba and trying new things. On my first attempt going here, I must admit I was weak at heart. The line was super long - it didn't help that it was on a weekend. With that weakness came better strategy: come back at amid time on a weekday. Sure enough, the second attempt lead to success! There was still a line it was a much shorter one and I didn't have to stand outside. I went here post-AYCE KBBQ lunch and I thought about trying everything all at once, I just knew it's going to be impossible. I brought a guinea pig with me so we can try each other's stuff. I have a friend from Houston (Zero Degrees is big there) who gave me the scoop on what I MUST try. Ube Milkshake: All I can say is that this is definitely a drink for the millennials - very Instagram-worthy with marshmallows, sprinkles and rainbows on top. Ube isn't my favorite flavor but if you like ube then, you have to get this. 3/5 Mangonada: It's a popular Mexican treat aka chamango (chamoy + mango). A salty, sweet, sour and mildly spicy drink. I'm a fan of fresh mangoes and anything artificially mango-flavored tastes like medicine to me. Hence, I'm not a fan. I enjoyed the fresh mangoes I had added on top but the drink itself I had to pass on. 2.5/5 Thai Milk Tea: Good flavor and smooth (some boba tea places sometimes have grainy Thai tea drinks...ugh!). The boba pearls were soft and chewy - excellent texture! 5/5 Matcha Milk Tea: Good balance of matcha flavor and sweetness. 5/5 Split Cup: This concept alone makes me super happy because I'm the type that needs to have more than one flavor when it comes to boba tea. I hate having to decide and just pick a flavor. I either buying 2-4 different boba tea flavors just for myself or I'd only get one and feel bad for not getting the other flavors I wanted. First-world problems for sure. Thanks, Zero Degrees, I can now have 2 flavors in - cup! Woohoo!!! 5/5 Hot Cheetos Chilote: I've heard about this thing and I've seen pictures and I was like "that has to be extremely salty". But to my surprise, not at all! The balance of flavors and textures is wonderful. Crunch from the chicharron and Hot Cheetos crumbs + popping kernels of corn. Saltiness from the chicharron, Cheetos and cheese + sweetness from the corn + mild tanginess from mayo. Use the chicharron to scoop up the elote...mmmmm...5/5 I still have to come back again to try more stuff. Just a note: seating is pretty limited so, plan on grabbing your food/drinks and going somewhere else to enjoy them. Also, it's right next to Planet Fitness (Siri can get you lost). read more

My favorite new drinks/snacks place! I actually never heard of this place before they came to Vegas. I'm glad that they did! I've been here a couple of time, and I was more satisfied each time of the food and services. Since it's still brand new, I would suggest you go on a off hour or a weekday. Although I had to wait in line(inside of store, not wrapped around the building), the line moved quickly on Thursday night: The food came out faster than last time I was here even though the line was longer this time. It only took them 15-20 mins to make the food as opposed to 30/40 mins. It seems like they are working out the kinks well. Yesterday, I was not happy that my popcorn chicken was all tiny crumbs with breading and skin unlike the first time when I had it. I took it back to the counter. The girl apologized and was able to get kitchen to replace it in a timely manner. I was happy that they did that because now I can keep going back without worrying about the customer services. Some of the things I've tried so far. Drinks: 1. mangonada(5/5): I always like chamango. I enjoy how they make it here. However, I would ask for extra tajin on your drink to make it more flavorful. 2 Spicy watermelon (5/5): this will probably be my go to drink now in the summer. So refreshing! Ask for extra tajin on this drink too! 3. Ube milkshake (4/5): IG worthy drink. It is so cute with marshmallows and candies. If you like taro and sweet drinks, you should give it a try. The boba was perfectly cooked. 4. Thai tea (4/5): it's Thai tea, so not much to say about it. It tasted fine and it was just Thai tea. Can't really do it wrong. 5. Sea salt green tea (4/5): it was good but the boba was a bit overly cooked this time. Food: 1. Hot Cheetos elotes (5/5): loved it! I crave for it so often now I don't know if I can have just regular elotes. It's so flavorful with hot cheeto and cheese. I would ask for extra lime though. 2 Popcorn Chicken (4/5): I got the salt and pepper twice. I really liked it the first time but the second time, like I mentioned earlier, it was all crumbs. Make sure you tell you if you only get the breading. 3. Hot Cheetos Cheese Fries(5/5): loved it as well. It's a genius idea to add hot Cheetos to anything . It was so yummy! I have been recommending all my friends to come try it out. I'm gonna try more signature drinks and get my elote fix soon! read more
