Second time coming here. I have not had a bad experience with service like a lot of people are reporting, but I will say that I never come here when it's busy. It's always dead when we have dropped in, and service has been polite and made us feel welcome. About the food, everything we ordered we loved, but my watermelon drink didn't have extra fruit like I asked, it only had a little fruit on top. It also was not spicy at all, there was more sweet syrup in it than anything else and so I went up to the counter and asked for more spice. Still pretty sweet lol I think they jus were too heavy handed with the sweetness and there was no saving the drink at that point. I still enjoyed it anyway so not a big deal. The garlic fries with parm actually are awesome and I will order them that way from now on instead of getting them plain. Highly recommend that shrimp!! Holy hell it was delicious. read more

Both my college kids love this place. My daughter even did a Tik Tok (@LVfoodies) about it! I was super excited to try their drinks and with a little help from my friend, Lactaid, we were good to go. This was a fun little divey place. It has been bookmarked for a while and I'm glad to finally visit. I ordered the sriracha wings and cheese fries, my dad ordered the salt and pepper popcorn bites, and my brother ordered the garlic wings and fries. My wings were tasty and the cheese fries were delicious. My brothers wings lacked flavor. It was more like plain fried wings with very little taste of garlic. My father's popcorn chicken were just ok. The drinks however were amazing. My brother had the cookie drink and I had the Strawberry limeade. They were fresh, flavorful, and fun! The cashier was great. It was our first time visiting and she was very patient with answering our questions and offering suggestions. Holy guacamole! I will be a frequent customer for sure! Most likely at the Green Valley location since it's closer to me and in a safer area but this location was the original (in Vegas) so we wanted to check it out. We ordered a bunch of stuff since we were quite hungry and excited to try the food! The employees behind the counter were so helpful and got our order taken care of fairly quickly. They had our order out super fast and we were more than happy to dig in. First up, the flaming hot cheese fries. I wanted to love this soooo much but it just wasn't meant to be. Though visually appealing, the taste just wasn't a winner for me. The fries were great but there was just way too much cheese and it wasn't good cheese either. Just the typical movie theatre nacho cheese. The crushed Cheetos added a nice kick to it. My brother was more than happy to devour it since my mom and I both picked out the fries that weren't drenched in cheese and moved on to the next thing. The chicharrones were great! They weren't flaming as described but I still enjoyed it. It would've been better if we had some spicy vinegar to dip it in, yum! We ordered some chilotes as well that was inhaled by my mom and my brother before I could even take a picture. Personally, I thought it was a bit salty but it was still pretty good. The popcorn chicken could've been my favorite with just one small change. I feel like the chicken was a bit dry but the flavor was amazing! This and the elote were the only things we finished. Now for the drinks, I wasn't crazy about the mangonada but that's all my mom will order from here so she's definitely a fan. I would give this place 4 stars, but just yesterday I came in as I usually do once a month but had a drink that had a chalky substance towards the middle of drink. After having that same chalky substance about 6 more times, I decided to let the company know. Thing is, is I live at the top of North Las Vegas and took my drink to-go. So I called them probably no more than 20/30 minutes after leaving there. The manager told me that it might have been ice, and I told him no because I wiped the chalky substance off of my tongue multiple times. Then he told me something else (it was inaudible) and said he could replace it. I informed him that I was already almost home but could come back tomorrow (now today). I came today around the same time and he made my drink. But then when he handed it to me, he told me that next time I have to check my drink before leaving. Mind you by the time I got to the bottom of the lid is when I noticed the substance. So I wouldn't have known anyway by just tasting it. So I told him that I wouldn't have known anyway and called immediately. I also told him that I will no longer come back as well. Was so excited to finally try this place. There is finally no line. Got the Mangonada, i like mango, i like chamoi, i like taijin. The Mangonada had so much chamoi it was just like licking a salt block. I tried to get through the drink thinking it would get better, but it didn't. I got 1/4 of the way through. Luckily i saw a previous yelp review with the same complaint and the manager offered to remake the drink or make another one, so i asked. I got the Pink Lychee as a replacement. It was soooo much better. Very tasty and I could actually taste the flavors of strawberry and lychee. The folks there were very nice. I will definitely be going back and trying the other drinks. I kept on seeing zero degrees everywhere on Instagram, and told my friends I absolutely had to go when i saw them in vegas. We went on a thursday night, and the hype has definitely died down compared to the other reviews because there wasnt a long line at all. I ordered the elotes with hot cheetos, and chilaquiles on it. I also ordered a peach blossom / strawberry horchata split drink. The elotes came out first, the chilaquiles are freshly fried and so so crispy. This was such a delicuous snack to order, I love elotes, chilaquiles, and hot cheetos so this food was a dream . The peach blossom drink had peaches in it, as well as some other fresh flowers. Their boba drinks are pretty good. Although I wanted to change my order as they were making my drink because I saw a poster of an ube drink! So next time na lang. I try not to take too long in ordering my drink because there's always so many choices! Atmosphere - For me it was like any typical boba/bubble tea place. It was busy, had a lot of tables and chairs and actually pretty spacious. In my pic, you can see they have a wall with wings and a bench right under it where you can sit or in my case, I stood on it. Anyway the drink itself was very sweet and did not have much lime flavor. Basically strawberry sugar water with a hint of lime. Not bad but nothing to go out of your way for. The mango was green and tough to chew. Made for a great photo but as something to eat I'll pass. Honestly I'd go here if friends wanted to meet up. I would not go as a date, on lunch break or after the gym unless I needed something at that exact moment and was a planet fitness member. Zero Degrees has opened up in Vegas right before we hit our sizzling summer season- perfect timing! I came in for their soft opening and then again during grand opening weekend BOGO specials. They've been promoting their opening all over social media so it has been predictably busy. DRINKS: The Spicy Watermelon is my favorite so far, less sweet than their much-hyped Mangonada, both available with add-on mango twist and tamarind straw. They also do milk teas (like sea salt green tea) and fusion drinks (like their strawberry horchata) in a few different variations, with regular boba and crystal boba available as add-ons. I also really liked their Ube Shake, which isn't especially sweet but still definitely a dessert and decorated to look like a unicorn with a toasted marshmallow and candy belt. Their major marketing hack is that their drinks are so photogenic, they barely have to promote themselves because social media does it for 'em. I was pleased to find the drinks were tasty as well! FOOD: Like most tea shops, there are a few snacks on the menu here, from the classic popcorn chicken and fries to a few different dishes of elote and chicharrones. The chicken was better quality than what I'm used to at this sort of spot (opt for the bbq flavor). I also tried the hot Cheetos elote, and despite not being much of a fan of hot Cheetos, this crispy, flavor-packed version was addictive and I ate way more than I planned. There's a special place in hell reserved for those leaving a new business 1-star reviews for typical opening kinks. Service was polite but given that they were busy for opening weekend (expected), orders were a bit slow to come out but wait times were not unreasonable. I am beyond ecstatic that there's a legit boba place in town that knows how to serve up some decent tea. With boba shops lining corners left and right in the SGV, I was kind of bummed when I tried a few from Vegas that were pretty overpriced and gave me Quickly quality drinks. And because Zero Degrees is a franchise that has several popular locations in LA, I've already had the opportunity to try out some items. So in LA, Zero Degrees was known as Zero Degrees Italian Ice before they started taking their menu in the Asian/Mexican fusion direction. I think Zero Degrees definitely has their marketing down as a ton of their items are all over Instagram with many popular foodies advertising their food findings. Before their soft and grand opening, Zero Degrees was already marketing their menu of popular items to the masses, so it was not surprising to see the never-ending line on grand opening day. This location of Zero Degrees is located in the Smith's and Planet Fitness plaza on Flamingo and Decateur. There are a ton of parking spaces, so that isn't an issue. The storefront is pretty big with several small tables, bar seating, and a larger high-top table. They have their signature angel wing backdrop and pretty tasteful interior colors/decorations. While they had their BOGO deal where selected drinks were buy one get one free, it seemed like most customers opted to try the more Instagramable drinks. They're known for their signature Mangonada and Ube Milkshake, which most people seemed to want to try. Their menu also serves a variety of Asian-Mexican type appetizers. They have popcorn chicken, elotes, chilotes (chicharrones), hot Cheetos cheese fries, etc. - all of which were quite popular. I ended up just trying the drinks: -Mangonada: Had to try their most popular drink. At $5.25 for a 16 oz and $6.25 for a 24 oz, I went with the 24 oz and upgraded to have the drink in a mason jar for $3 extra as well as a mango twist topping for an additional $1. [You can upgrade the 16 oz into a milk bottle jar for $1.50 more while the 24 oz can be upgraded into the mason jar]. I can see why people like this drink, especially if you're a fan of mangos. It's a mango slush with chamoy, tajin, and a ton of mango chunks at the top. And with the mango twist, you get about 10 slices of mango with tajin powder sprinkled on the sides. Even though it's not mango season, I thought that the mango slices were pretty sweet! The overall drink was refreshing and tasty, especially with the acidity from the chamoy and tajin. I really liked it! -Watermelon Slush: $5.75 for the 24 oz, and I also upgraded this drink to go into the mason jar. I've had their watermelon slush at their City of Industry location, so I definitely wanted to give it another try. I'm a big fan of watermelon, so I can say that this slush did not disappoint. While it was a bit sweet, I thought it wasn't too much - it definitely felt like they used real watermelon to blend it all up and added watermelon chunks at the top to give it some extra texture. I also added boba to the drink (extra $0.50). I liked the boba. While I didn't feel like there was "honey" added to it, it was cooked well and perfectly chewy. Would recommend this drink if you wanted something refreshing and fruity. -Thai Milk Tea: $4.75 for the 24 oz. I liked the presentation of the tea after it was made - orange on bottom and the condensed milk drizzle at the top. Some of the workers recommended this drink as their favorite, and I could see why. It was sweet, but exactly how you would want your Thai milk tea. Creamy, smooth and it definitely hit the spot that day. -Strawberry Limeade: $5.25 for 24 oz. This drink was refreshing as well, and was made with real strawberries and mint leaves. I could really taste the lime and sweetness of the strawberries. My cousin said this drink was tasty and almost finished half the cup within a few minutes! If you're looking for something slightly tangy, I would recommend this. Probably not something I'd order again, but it was a good drink. Strawberry Bliss: Wanted something on the fruitier side, so tried this - $5 for 24 oz. Strawberry peach green tea was made well, and I could taste the strawberry and peach flavor - not too tangy and not too sweet either. There were fresh strawberries bits and chia seeds, which I enjoyed as it gave the drink some extra texture. I think Zero Degrees controlled their grand opening fairly well. Even though the lines were crazy (almost about an hour to get to the register to order), the workers handled all the customers in stride and greeted everybody with smiles. After the order was made, the drinks were pretty quickly made. I think the food was what took a longer time. tl;dr - Definitely would recommend trying Zero Degrees out if you're a fan of boba and trying new things. On my first attempt going here, I must admit I was weak at heart. The line was super long - it didn't help that it was on a weekend. With that weakness came better strategy: come back at amid time on a weekday. Sure enough, the second attempt lead to success! I hate having to decide and just pick a flavor. I either buying 2-4 different boba tea flavors just for myself or I'd only get one and feel bad for not getting the other flavors I wanted. My favorite new drinks/snacks place! I actually never heard of this place before they came to Vegas. I'm glad that they did! I've been here a couple of time, and I was more satisfied each time of the food and services. Since it's still brand new, I would suggest you go on a off hour or a weekday. Although I had to wait in line(inside of store, not wrapped around the building), the line moved quickly on Thursday night: The food came out faster than last time I was here even though the line was longer this time. It only took them 15-20 mins to make the food as opposed to 30/40 mins. It seems like they are working out the kinks well. Yesterday, I was not happy that my popcorn chicken was all tiny crumbs with breading and skin unlike the first time when I had it. I took it back to the counter. The girl apologized and was able to get kitchen to replace it in a timely manner. I was happy that they did that because now I can keep going back without worrying about the customer services. Sea salt green tea (4/5): it was good but the boba was a bit overly cooked this time. Food: 1. Hot Cheetos elotes (5/5): loved it! I crave for it so often now I don't know if I can have just regular elotes. It's so flavorful with hot cheeto and cheese. I would ask for extra lime though. 2 Popcorn Chicken (4/5): I got the salt and pepper twice. I really liked it the first time but the second time, like I mentioned earlier, it was all crumbs. So had to come back second time for my first time. Lol! It was first week so talk about the hype or clearly the hype was real when line out the door at the worst time to go. I like come back for lunch. Once I realize that there food menu not that big cause they really known more for the drinks. I had second thoughts but with all the hype had to come check it out for myself. First impression is like the interior it very modern, very much open area, nice diversity of seating arrangements, open kitchen see them make all the drinks, and good vibe. I went afternoon to avoid crowd. I settled for the Mangonada. I love the color of the drink. Really all the drinks I saw while was there was very colorful, garnishes give it nice touch, and got loads of personality. I decided pass on the whole mamgo twist extra. If there one thing have mix feelings about with all these fancy tea drinks popping up around Vegas. I am old fashion drinks should be about the drink not the fluff. I enjoy the Mangonada. Yes it was bit sweet but my experience found all these same type of specialty drinks tend to be sugar overload to point. It had nice balance. The seasoning or keep thinking mexican style put that seasoning on any kind of fruit. I would order it again. Food never knew it was small portion of the menu or basically only fried chicken (popcorn chicken). I went with popcorn chicken in box. You have three different sauce you can get with it. I went with salt and pepper off employee recommendation. I agree it nice neutral flavor of the three. Say if you get extra dipping sauces it the way to go. The fries again have couple options and again went with employee recommendation of cajun fries. It was ok. I think the cheetos fries is the one should have got but next time. The fries itself nothing special basic cut fries. I like the fact generous with the amount of celery and carrot sticks. The fact that everything is temperature hot!!! This place has the best food and drinks possible!! They originated from California and expanded to Vegas! I came here on Sunday for their grand opening and let me tell you... the 2 hour wait in line was WORTH IT! Its extremely busy and crowded (the line is waaaay out the door) but don't let that stop you because the wait is WORTH IT 100%! I'm hyping this place all the way. SO glad las vegas is slowly becoming california with all their amazing food galore. Today for the Grand opening they had a BOGO (see attached pictures for which drinks) and the soft opening had a free topping. I love how they did this promotion which is a good business strategy! They offer drinks in 16 and 24oz with toppings such as Mango twist (SO GOOD), Clear boba, regular boba, Tamarind straw, lychee coconut jelly, & sea salt cream! They have options from a regular cup to mason jars, Split cups, Milk bottles and travel bottles! (travel bottles are $13 and they have different destinations on them that's made out of glass so you can reuse!) But the travel bottles are only available in a complimentary 16oz drink included not 24oz. I love how there's so many variety of food and drinks available and they're pretty unique. You can tell there's a lot of mexican & asian influences. There's tea, coffee, slush, milkshakes, and magonadas options! Their tea and signature drink options are the most unique i've seen like horchata with either matcha, strawberries, or coffee. Sweet or savory person you'll def find something you'll enjoy here. They also have NON-DAIRY creamers! The interior inside is super clean, they have the most tables in a boba cafe i've ever seen; they have a few wood table bars as well as regular tables as well. It had a simple style with edm music playing! The wait like i said was about 2 hours.. the line was huge and went out the door completely. When i reaches to the line i saw some people coming back complaining about their receipt being incorrect so double check! I understand because it can be stressful since there was 10 employees all working their butt off and staying on task. It was such a crowded place and so many people ordering so mistakes do happen even though they're new and was super nice about fixing mistakes! The workers are all super nice and apologized for the wait so good job zero degree with good customer service!! Only one of their register was open and they had 2 which is weird. After we waited in line and ordered we had to wait for them drinks and food (food came out first) which took awhile but no biggie! Parking was great since it's a big plaza with a big parking lot. I read a couple of reviews where people were complaining about the BOGO deal since no one explained to them, but when i was there, they had some workers walking around explaining the promo for us which was really nice because IT IS FREE DRINKS, don't complain!! haha the franchise didn't have to have to offer the promo so i don't get why people are being ungrateful lol. All you have to do is sign in on yelp and simply check in! They offered a huge amount of drinks for the BOGO but you can't do split cups on them. The drinks are really affordable and worth every penny. I'm such a big boba fan and i'm really really picky with boba because i used to be a bobatista and i gotta say it's incredible. What we ordered: All drinks have tiny ice cubes. I put this because i know some people either love this kind of ice or despise it They have "upgrades" which are toppings such as crystal boba which not a lot of places offer! It's literally a mix of lychee jelly and boba had sex and produced a crystal boba. It's not chewy like boba but it has a sweet crunch to it. Peach Blossom: (Added mango twist & crystal boba) Peach lime green tea, with peach slices. *Menu said chia seed was in it but i think they forgot it in mine* This is sooo good, not to sweet kind of taste like passion fruit tea. I absolutely loved this drink and i'm so happy i got a drink i liked. The mango twist made a huge difference ($1.00) as well as the crystal boba ($.50) It was a refreshing light drink exactly what i wanted! Super flavorful with peach slices in the bottom too. 5/5 Jasmine Milk Tea: (Crystal boba) Where do i begin... It's not your typical jasmine milk tea it has a floral after taste and it's sweet but not overwhelming because personally i hate sweet boba drinks. This was just right and i don't know how to describe it but it has multiple taste to it like it makes me so happy drinking this! (I suck at explaining) It's a green tea based with NON-DAIRY creamer. Elotes (Hot cheetos): LORD this is a sin cause it's sooo addicting. The crumbled cheetos is a nice touch! grilled corn, melted cheese, mayo, lime, & chili powder... you really can't go wrong. Came here on Saturday on their Grand Opening weekend with some friends around 1020. Located on the far south corner of this Renaissance Center, it's the most busy or will be the most populated store in this side of the mall. Parking seemed okay even with the line still out the door and around the corner, though it was a rainy day. Decor fairly industrialized with a long aspect to the restaurant. Hipster dangling lights with glowing filaments. Upon entry, there are a few bar height stools and bar tables to the left with a few lower tables and seating to the right. It took 40 minutes or so to get to the cashier to order. It seemed like they were pretty all hands on deck but considering a lot of drinks were mixes and blended drinks, it takes a while for them to make. With Yelp check-in, there is an offer for BOGO for drinks listed under the split cup on the menu. Drinks include House Coffee, Thai Milk Tea, Matchata, Jasmine Milk Tea, Lychee Crush, Strawberry Horchata, Sea Salt Green Tea, Peach Blossom, Coffee Horchata, Cucumber Lime, Strawberry Bliss, Strawberry Limeade, and Matcha Milk Tea. I got the Strawberry Horchata and Sea Salt Green Tea, where as one friend had gotten the Peach Blossom and Strawberry Bliss. Another had gotten Sea Salt Green Tea and Strawberry Bliss. Last had gotten the Pink Lychee that was a Signature Drink and not include in the BOGO offer. The sweetest of all and deemed "Diabetes in a Cup" is definitely the Pink Lychee - Strawberry lychee slush with fresh strawberry hearts. Ever ate those lychee jelly things as a kid or ate a lychee from a can? Yeah. Thats essentially this drink with ice blended. Oh include all that syrup in that can as well. If you didn't notice, two friends had both gotten a Strawberry Bliss - strawberry peach green tea with fresh strawberry and chia seeds. One was not sweet, borderline diluted. One was normal/sweet. Can't blame them too much being grand opening and near end of day, and being tired to follow a recipe. Funny, one friend got "lucky enough" and got like some bitter thing in both drinks. Believed to either be a leaf from strawberry and/or the bitter layer in a lychee. Ew. Peach Blossom is peach lime green tea with fresh fruits and chia seeds. This actually was pretty decent and has an interesting floral note at the end. I may actually consider getting this for myself if i were to return in the future ! Strawberry Horchata is house made horchata with fresh strawberries. Light overall. Even their horchata taste seems light but you do get a mild taste of the cinnamon. Not bad if you aren't a fan of strong cinnamon flavor in normal horchata and you like strawberries Sea Salt Green Tea is made with jasmine green tea and house cream. Simple green tea with like a thick sea salt cream on top, similar to like happy lemon in Cali, brew tea's sea salt lattes, or boba hut. Overall, eh not bad. Came in on a Monday and had to wait 15 minutes for them to make our order, which was only one drink. The two front workers seem like they hated their job and were super slow. I ordered the 24oz of watermelon slush with boba, which was decent. But, some of the boba were hard and some were soft. The drink was a little bit too sweet, but they did have fresh watermelon chunks on top. I would want to try the other drinks and their food menu, but I would definitely go to a different location. read more

Had the mangonada with the mango twist, popcorn chicken with asian sauce, truffle fries and veggies. Mangonada was okay I've had better. The only thing I enjoyed was the truffle fries, they could have at least given a little more veggies. The three hour wait was not acceptable. I feel really bad for the workers. Not sure if the asian guy on his laptop and on his phone was the owner/manager/business partner but that wasn't cool. The place could use more tables and chairs. read more

My friends and I came here last night for their grand opening. We got there at around 10 PM and there was still a line out the door. I was hoping that there would not be such a long line because they were opened all day and I would assume people that wanted to go...went early in the day. I GUESS NOT. I had Zero Degrees for the first time two years ago and two years ago, they did not have the same concepts. The concept and the image was completely different so I guess this could be considered my "first" time at Zero Degrees. I decided to try their Pink Lychee, which is pretty much a lychee slush with strawberries. There are two sizes for drinks and for each size, you could upgrade it to a glass bottle. For the 16 oz, you could upgrade to a milk jug and for the 24 oz, you could upgrade to a mason jar. I didn't upgrade it because I had no use for the jar. I have plenty of cups and mugs at home. They also have the travel bottles which city designs on them. Zero Degree is the second place that I know that offers these bottles. Creamberry being the first. The wait was about an hour. From getting into line all the way to us actually getting our drinks. No one explained the BOGO deal to us and what drinks were included. Thanks to the yelper that took a picture of the BOGO deal with information. That was how we knew what drinks were part of the deal. Otherwise, it would've taken longer because we won't know until we get to the cashier. Then it would take an extra 5-10 minutes for us to make up our minds and that decreases efficiency. It makes sense why our wait was so long now. Between my friends and I, we were able to try a few different types of drinks: pink lychee, lychee crush, peach blossom, strawberry horchata, and the sea salt green tea. The only one I liked was the peach blossom. Pink lychee tasted like they blended a can of lychee, syrup included, with ice and stuffed strawberries in there. Overly sweet and too much sugar. I guess it was expected but it was a dessert in itself. It may have been better if there was a better balance between lychee and strawberries. Lychee crush tasted like juice. Strawberry horchata was like strawberry milk with a dash of cinnamon. Sea salt green tea was .... just that. The peach blossom had a nice balance of flavors. The tea flavor did not get drowned out, which was perfect. Overall, it's just not my cup of tea. The drinks seem more complex but taste wise, I can't taste the complexity. There was nothing that I'd rush back to try. If I was in the area and was in the mood then sure, I'd stop by. Otherwise, I wouldn't really specifically make my way here just for Zero Degrees. read more

Zero Degrees is the bee's knees. Yes, what you've heard is true -- their grand opening weekend consisted of an hour and a half wait around the building. On a Sunday. Don't people go to church? Anyway, we stuck around and waited with the masses, not unlike a trip to the DMV or Disneyland. My friend had won an item of her choice during their social media giveaway, so she redeemed it for the TRIO CONE. Score! That's like $12. It comes with your choice of chicken, so naturally we got one of each flavor: Salt & Pepper, Orange, and Honey BBQ. It was no contest, Orange is definitely the best flavor. We also tried the HOT CHEETOS ELOTES. Oh man, so good! The mayonnaise, chili powder, grilled corn, melted cheese, and novelty hot cheetos = hype is real. I'd come back to order this in a heartbeat, but I'd suggest sharing since it gets a little too rich. As for drinks, I got my trusty go-to: SEA SALT GREEN TEA. Very floral. Next time I think I'll adjust the sweetness level a little lower. Since it was BOGO weekend, I also tried their STRAWBERRY HORCHATA. It was okay, not my thing.
