It's not there fault it's mine. I didn't realize their mangonada was a slushy. It's didn't hit like the man's on the corner at the food cart if you know what I mean. For my LA ppl this isn't going to be it. I also felt $10 for it wasn't really a deal because it was a slushy. This is just my personal take. It was very big. My first time here and certainly not my last! Coming in I was welcomed in by everyone, from the owners to the young girl at the counter as well. The vibe was definitely a more friendly family drinks and food ambiance rather than a study-type of cafe so I definitely think it's a more grab and go. But in terms of the drinks and food, it was delicious! I ordered the garlic noodles with shrimp and it didn't disappoint along with my little sweet treat of a Thai tea camo slush like drink. Overall great experience and will be coming back with friends read more

We usually stay at the Palms when visiting Vegas, and were so happy to discover Zero Degrees just down the street! They have a huge menu with a large assortment of drinks to cool you down during those hot Vegas summers. If I'm craving for some fruit, I'll go for their mangonada with the sweet mango chunks. For a super refreshing option, I'll usually choose the cucumber limeade. If you're hungry, their food is also bomb. I'm a sucker for their cheeto cheese fries, but the garlic noodles and corn varieties are also delicious. The service is great and the owners are so down-to-earth and super friendly. I take my friends here whenever I come to Vegas now! read more

Peach blossom less ice - flavorful peach flavor. Ube milk shake - very nice Ube flavor with cookie and cream type milkshake flavors. The cookie and cream type slush had a sweet and salty flavor Mangonada with tamarind straw (additional $1)- refreshing. Really wish all the mangos in it were ripe in this drink. My boyfriend introduced me to this spot about two months ago as he bought their watermelon slushy and sent me a photo. I had to try it because I was very close to licking my phone screen (I'm pregnant, don't judge me). It's the most delicious and refreshing drink I've had in a very long time! The Camo Series is basically milkshakes with the house-made camo being described to me as "thicker than whipped cream with crushed Oreos mixed in". The crushed Oreos actually cut down the sweetness for me in a good way, and a single cup of whatever Camo drink you get weighs a ton. My family really enjoyed it. XD Wouldn't recommend getting boba with this specific series of drinks, though it would be interesting. It's just really, really thick and filling. It's interesting in that it has a mix of Asian and Mexican flavors and snacks, and I'm sad that they didn't have the popcorn chicken cone available at the time. Their main marketing point is their drinks, but you can get delicious, whole-fried food meals here as well. Zero Degrees is also great in that it's a tea/boba/dessert-drink place that's open later than some others that are located in the surrounding plazas and strips malls. As it's part of the Renaissance Center West shopping plaza, there is PLENTY of parking. The plaza's location down the street from the Bellagio and Caesars Palace as well as around the corner from Las Vegas' Chinatown is just far enough to be more relaxed, but not that far out of the way. This is definitely a place I'd like to visit again and I've marked it on my list for places in Vegas. It's in the middle of so many restaurants, has such a nice space, and so many interesting kinds of drinks and food. Definitely a casual spot to rest and hang out. read more

Eh, this place is alright. Their mangonada was good although just a bit too sweet for my liking. I didn't make a dent in it before tossing. Just a preference thing. Regardless, they do have a lot of other options so maybe something from their regular tea or "camo" collections might tickle your fancy. I was eyeballing the matcha and ube ones. The service is nice and the current dining area is ample. They do have a few seats out of commission due to the pandemic. Everything is fairly spaced out for proper social distancing. Overall, it was a decent experience but would most likely order something else if I find my way back here. read more

I love the fact they have the split cups for the indecisive person who wants to try everything: ME. This seriously help me decide what I want to drink as sometimes I would debate of what to get. Thank you for helping me. I have recently tried fruit tea and strawberry horchata. The drinks were delicious. The split cup would help me figure out what other drinks are good in the future. So far my go to: Strawberry cheesecake and mangonada. I haven't try their food from this location but I know I love their hot cheetos fries and elote from the other location. Super disappointed in this place. We drove 45 minutes to check out based off of Facebook ads. They have pre-made mixes so they do not offer dairy free options like other Boba/drink places. I ordered the mangonada & it included a big 'ol hair inside! I ended up going somewhere else for my drink. Play it safe and go somewhere else. After eating directly across the street on Saturday night, I returned to the very same area to give Zero Degrees a try on Sunday night. I mainly wanted to come to this place because I saw the pictures of the chicken filled cones on Yelp and needed to try it, sadly I didn't see these on the menu and since I was too much of a coward to ask about them, I ended up just skipping the idea and instead I decided to order a box combo with some Honey BBQ popcorn chicken and cajun french fries, a side order of Elotes to split with my girlfriend, and a cookie monster milkshake to finish the meal off. Here's my thoughts and opinion on the food that nobody asked for! Honey BBQ Popcorn Chicken- I absolutely loved these! The chicken was crispy and well breaded and when you mix that with the delicious Honey BBQ sauce you get a pretty darn good chicken meal. Cajun French Fries- I really enjoyed the flavour of these and even though I wouldn't call them the best I ever had, these cajun french fries were pretty darn delicious. Elotes- Mmmmmmmm, elotes. Okay, so this elotes dish was top notch in the best way. The creamy corn was at the bottom and the delicious cheese and sauce was on the top with a lime and it was absolutely amazing! Cookie Monster Milkshake- The cookie monster milkshake very good and tasted almost exactly how you would expect a milkshake with oreo and chips ahoy cookies to taste. It was definitely a solid dessert option and topped the meal off nicely! Overall, I absolutely loved Zero Degrees. The staff was friendly, the restaurant itself offered indoor and outdoor seating, and the food was absolutely delicious. This place is definitely worth checking out if you are a chicken fan and a fun place for a quick meal! read more

We used to frequent the zero degrees that was located in The District in Henderson. But since it's closing we haven't been. This location is on Decatur and service is still as spotty as the other shuttered location. Service is just super slow. We waited 30 minutes for our orders. The fries used to be super thin and crispy. Now they are regular size fries and soggy and grainy. They should switch back to the shoe string fries. The drinks were lackluster. The only thing that was good was the shrimp. Surprisingly they were large and super tasty. Really loved them. Would have gave them 3 stars but gave them an extra star for the large shrimp and portion size. read more

first i want to mention Bree soon as we walked in she said welcome with a big smile, she stop making the drink she's making had turn her head around to greet us such a nice young lady! AND she made my ube milkshake really good not just all ice she made so creamy and right amount of sweet! i'm surprise they removed the all side decor for the drinks the Marshmallow and sour belts.. but still was really yummy. This was my 3rd-4th visit at this place tried pop corn chicken and some fries all was good and yummy. also tried Peach Blossom, Mango Green Tea i love all their teas it's really good. Prices are pretty decent for the food and drinks. I also the the split cups if you are new to this place and don't know what kinds of drink to order this would be a nice to try first. the place is nice and clean inside with music playing. right now they have the tables spread out and limited seating due to covid. my only concern is at night time when people walking around and drunk and you can smell them and some of them will be sitting outside the patio table. and i think they need more light outside.. besides that i love to stop by this place to grab my regular mango green tea with lychee jelly. read more

Love this place. It's heaven on earth for people who love smoothies and boba. Found this place on yelp and it didn't disappoint. Staff are very friendly and since it was my first time going there, they explained the menu to me and was very patient while I decide on what to order. They have different kinds of smoothies, and even boba. They have different snacks as well not just drinks. I ordered the popcorn with fries. Everything was delicious. The servings are huge so come in hungry. I didn't finish my food so I had to take it home. I can't wait to go back and try other stuff in their menu. Love this place! I always get the spicy watermelon with EXTRA spicy and the xxl flamin hot fries. The fries I get comes with some like nacho cheese in it under the hot Cheeto topping making it extra delicious. The atmosphere is nice and cozy, and beautifully decorated. I bring my 7 year old and we grab a game from their games table and get quietly competitive while we wait for our food. It's a great spot for a quick drink or to stop and hang for a bit and enjoy the ambiance. read more

I am very upset with my order today. I ordered the Ube Milkshake through uber eats since im at work and specifically asked for boba in my drink. I have been craving boba all week and thought about ordering from Zero degrees, I received my drink and paying $18 for the add on of boba and the extra camo brûlée i would think paying that much for a drink they'd be on it. I called the place and the lady that answered the phone had a very poor attitude, she said if i want any money back i have to comment on their page. I don't care about the money, i was just looking forward for a drink i've been wanting without the terrible customer service. Established in 2013.

With their shared passion for entrepreneurship, the founders Ken Le, Trinity Le, and San Huynh launched Zero Degrees Italian Ice & Custard in the fall of 2013, in a sleepy corner of Westminster. When I first walked in I noticed the nasty smell and it was a very bland environment pretty serious and stale they was no greeting and the employees didn't even say much, me and my family were looking at the menu for a little while trying to figure out what to get as we had never been here before. No one asked if we needed help or anything which was fine but the lady at the register just stared at us until we started ordering and she kept asking for help she didn't know how to enter our order and didn't know if she could upgrade one of our reg fries to hot Cheeto cheese fries (which we had to pay $3 extra for and the amount of fries we ended up getting was very small) I got the lychee crush with boba the taste was good but I hated how it had so much stuff inside, the drink was 90% chuncks of strawberry, chia seeds and something white that was not good and I have no clue what it was, everything kept getting stuck in the straw so it was hard to drink. I'm a huge boba fan and this drink def disappointed. We ordered the plain popcorn chicken with normal fries and the honey BBQ wings with hot cheeto cheese fries we paid $30 and their portions are pretty small, the popcorn chicken did not even taste like chicken it tasted like sea food, it was nasty. The fries are okay and my boyfriend said the wings were good, the hot cheeto cheese fries honestly didn't taste like much but they looked good. The wait time was around 20 min but in our opinion the price is way too high for the portion sizes and taste, but everything looks good. I highly recommend the watermelon slush. Its super fresh with watermelon chunks and taste great. Im also a big fan of the Thai Tea. It has just the right sweet to go along with the bold taste of the tea. I've also tried the hot Cheetos Elote and the hot Cheeto cheese fries which i can honestly say are really good as well. The environment of the store reminds me of a busy Starbucks in the sense of the stores traffic and how people socialize, which is enjoyable to me. I like to hang out in the store because of that reason alone. oh, also, the fact that i have so many options to choose from as far as drinks are concerned is awsome. I feel confident that i can bring anyone to the store and they will be able to find something on the menu that appeals to them. This store also has clean restrooms which is a huge plus in my book. The tea and the food is good. They sell glass milk bottles and mason jars to put your tea in and even replacement lids for the mason jars. BUT THEY WILL NOT REFILL THE MASON JARS! In Nevada this is not a healthcode violation to use a personal or reusable cup in a tea or coffee shop. They waste a plastic cup by giving you that so you have to make a mess and transfer it yourself. Total waste! read more

It did take a while, but once I had it, I understood why. It's a very good sized for the price and the taste, well, it was up there with the Japanese chestnut cream taiyaki I had last year. This will be my go to place from now on when I'm craving a red bean taiyaki!! It kicks 86* red bean pastries to the curb! I also had had the taro ube milk. I had it blended, it was almost like a milkshake. It was nice, not too sweet. Next time I will try the matcha. I love that they use lactose free milk. I like their other options, but it's great to know that have milk with some protein in it. I also want to try the hot tofu place nearby and I will visit Bbear for dessert!
