They were decent, but not quite on par with the authentic versions, so they didn't really stand out. I also got a boba drink, which was just okay. I did appreciate being able to customize the sweetness level to my liking. The shop itself is cute and has a fun vibe. There are arcade games inside, including a claw machine, which adds a nice touch if you're hanging out with friends. Overall, it was an average visit. I was waiting on my car to be worked on and walking around the plaza. I needed a bite to eat and a place to sit and this filled both! Very cute inside with a small clawcade as well. A large variety of drink options with some dumplings and sweet treats available as well. I got the White Peach Diet Soda, an order of soup dumplings, and an order of regular dumplings. My drink was quick and my food was about 10-15 minutes which they informed me of prior. The drink was extremely tasty. Light and fresh! I never had the crystal jelly and that was good too. My food order came out and it was good. Nothing spectacular but sufficient. The box and everything about this place is cute cute cute. This place was so stinking cute! We spent about $120+ on 4 boba drinks plus a bunch of appetizers before we went back to pay for tokens for our kids to play the claw machines. They have items for sale like plushies and keychains, snacks and other fun trinkets. Our food took awhile and they ended up forgetting an order that we had to go back and ask for, but we killed time by getting tokens to play the claw machines. Half of my kids all left with a cute stuffed animal from their claw machines and all in all we enjoyed ourselves, but my girls did not care for their milk bobas as it didn't have any fruit flavor and just tasted milky. read more

Delicious boba and coffee drinks in an adorable setting. We tried the Vietnamese coffee (comes with coffee jelly and brown sugar boba) and the Matcha milk tea (comes with brown sugar boba). They were top quality. Honorable mention goes out to the Rose Milk tea and Dragon Fruit Milk Bubble drinks, both of which I will try next time. The cups are so cute you will want to bring them home. I've never been to a boba shop that has such immense attention to detail. Seriously, every part of this place is absolutely adorable and impeccably themed. The lid to the drink is a little kitty. The mascot is a little kitty. The crane game tokens are little kitties. It's so perfect and cute. Even the keychains and plushies had boba cucue branded tags, which made me feel like I was getting prizes that weren't just terrible knock-offs. I honestly had a great time just sitting here with my friends. We played crane games and won prizes with only 2-3 tokens per prize, and the vibe here is so clean and cute that I had a great time just looking around. It's very spacious here, with plenty of tables to sit and chat, as well as a decent amount of space to play their crane games. The drinks themselves were great, too. My friend pounded two of their iced coffees, and the rest of us had fruity teas. I had the strawberry smash tea, which was very sweet and very strawberry, and my partner had the watermelon tea. His was so refreshing in this vegas heat that I kind of wish I ordered his, but mine wasn't any less delicious! There's little dessert snacks here too, like waffle balls on sticks and a few other things that I definitely want to come in and try. This place is right by Meepleville, which is one of my favorite local spots in town for board games, so you have all the makings of an incredible afternoon in one plaza. Boba Cucue is one of my new favorite boba shops! After getting a peanut butter cup milkshake from Up In Scoops, which is right next door to Boba Cucue, I ended up stopping inside the boba shop! Most of the Boba Cuecue locations are in Arizona, but we have one location in Las Vegas off of Sahara avenue in a large shopping plaza! There are plenty of parking spots too! Boba Cuecue's menu has a wide range of drinks! Milk Teas Smash Fruit Teas Brown Sugar Drinks Milk Bubble Frappe Crafted specialty drinks Smoothies Ice Coffee and so much more! If you're hungry, you can pick up some baos and waffle pops from here too! We ended up trying their waffle pop! My husband and I opted to go with #1 which was the original, vanilla flavored mochi waffle pop! You could choose from other flavors like Strawberry, Chocolate, Sweet Milk Glazed, and other flavors! While waiting for our order to be called, we decided to look around the shop! The interior is so beautiful and bright! There are plenty of seating too! The shop has a variety of snacks and soda drinks available. There was even some claw machine games inside Boba Cuecue! So many fun activities! After waiting about 15 minutes, the waffle pop was ready first! It was delicious! The waffle pops were cooked perfectly! The vanilla mochi was scrumptious! The triple Ube float with crystal boba was called after about 5 minutes! It was busy inside, and we didn't mind waiting! This is a great bubble tea place! Cute little boba shop with cute interior decor, a variety of boba drinks, small snacks/deserts/dim sum, board games, and claw machines (costs $1 for 1 token). My daughter and her volleyball team came for some team bonding time with each other and they were able to arrange the tables together to fit them all- it was a perfect spot for the group of 6 who showed up from her team. We came at a good time around 1pm-3:30pm and during that time, they remained consistently busy. There were a few times there may not have been enough seating available. The drinks were good- we ordered the Malaysian White Coffee which was on the sweeter side and the Mango Coco Float that my daughter enjoyed. For food we ordered the sweet milk glazed Waffle Pop which was good (I recommend) and the bbq pork bao which I wasn't much of a fan of because the filling was kind of bland. All was good until...... I seen a cockroach crawling all around the restaurant. Another customer told one of the employees about it but they didn't seem to care too much. There were a few other customers who walked out as soon as they seen it. Granted, it's Vegas and it's getting warmer out so the bugs are starting to come out but definitely still a turn off. read more

Wow! The Sahara Pavilion just got an upgrade in cuteness!! Cue Boba Cucue LOL! The top ranked bubble tea house in AZ is now in LV! And not a moment too soon, right before our hot summer season! The outside of Boba Cucue looks fairly deceiving with it's cute sign and dark tinted windows, but upon entry it's like delving into another world! Not just a place for a drink! But a place for a hang too! And while you're hanging, why not have a snack & play some games! It's like a date out - all rolled into one! Boba Cucue has such an eclectic menu of bubble teas! I'm lovin' the concept of their drinks, so playful! So many wifey and I wanted to try! Ultimately we ended up gulping on: -TOP 2 Strawberry Smash Green Tea ($5.99) -Triple taro Frappe ($6.49) OMG so refreshing! Wifey's Strawberry Smash Green Tea was crisp with fresh strawberries, cold brewed green tea (nice & strong!), and brown sugar boba. She opted not to have the strawberry jam to cut back on the sugar. It tasted just right, with all the flavor coming through and not overly sweet! I loved my Triple Taro Frappe! Fresh taro and steamed purple yam, with brown sugar boba and ube brulee - it was such a sweet treat! But amazingly not too sweet! A great balance to make a wonderful slurping experience. And normally I don't get on the boba train too much because I don't particularly favor boba, but the brown sugar boba at Boba Cucue is very good! Fresh cooked, cooked properly with just a slight chew, and good sized boba. I think their boba is ever so slightly smaller in size than other places, which is a plus for me! We had just had lunch prior to our visit - but maybe on our next trip back we'll try some Cucue dim sum! YES! Boba Cucue has some light bites too! Very complementary to their drinks! I'll have to try some of their dumplings, siu mei, and bao! We saw some orders come out from the back kitchen, they look pretty yummy! But wait, there's more! Drink, Eat, PLAY! Boba Cucue nearly sucked us in with that claw machine arcade they got at the back of the building! Those devilishly cute neon led lights from the machines really beckon you to play! Take a chance with those Las Vegas gambling vibes LOL! Win yourself some cute prizes along the way! Oh, and take a pic with the cherry blossom tree in store too HA! I sure did! We ended up drinking & relaxing for a good 30 minutes in Boba Cucue after we got our drinks. OH, and their playlist slaps too LOL! All the songs I like to sing to myself when I'm cleaning house! I've been going here since the grand opening, back when the point system was a punch card and not digital. Since then this place has gone downhill. The person I was with and I were waiting 30 minutes for 3 drinks. They were understaffed with only 2 people working. Not to mention the girl making drinks was slow, kept touching her face and glasses! The stores floor, tables, chairs and baseboards were all dirty as well. It look long for the other girl to take our order and both of their customer service was bad. read more

This place is very cute, can't tell that feom the outside but it is quite a happening place! You order as you enter the front door and wait till they call your number of your order. Besides drinks, they have waffle pops and some dim sum items as well (about 10 items). Great idea to have some dim sum or waffle pops with your drinks! There is also soft serve ice cream if you don't want any drinks. The place/vibes: 5/5. It is decorated very cutely. Light fixtures were clouds, just pure joy exuding right there. They also have a few claw machines there with alot of cute stuff! You get your tokens at the register. We watched a few kids attempted to get the toys. Some were successful and some failed but everyone had fun, including us just watching and cheering them! lol. Great place for a date. The services: 5:5. They were friendly and courteous. They got busy after we ordered and looks like they had a few orders before ours too but I watched them and everyone worked together well to crank them out. The goods: 5/5. There black tea milk tea boba has a great flavor and chewy, soft bobas. A good size in a cute cup. I also ordered the twisted ube and coconut soft serve, but the twisted part was not working so I told them to layer it for me. The flavors are good but it is quite sweet and doesn't taste like it is made with cream, though, cuz it wasn't creamy. Just sweet and yummy. That's good for anyone with lactose issues. I ordered a Royal Milk Tea and pork dumplings. But after being notified of a 15 minute wait I took the dumplings off as my son needed to be at practice. They serve dumplings, Bao, ice cream and waffle pops. As I now look back at the menu I ordered the wrong drink I wanted the Brown sugar boba tea. I was wondering why my drink wasn't really sweet or didn't taste the greatest. L be back to try the right flavor and update my review. Adorable place, cute drinks, and fun vibes and that's why we've kept coming back. This was our third or fourth visit, and even though the drinks aren't the best tasting, my kids love the aesthetic, so we've never minded paying for overpriced, syrup-heavy drinks. What has been consistent, though, is the customer service. Every visit, the cashier has been unfriendly, and this last time she was downright rude. I understand neutral expressions, but this goes beyond that. My oldest even recognized that it was the same girl from our last visit, commenting that "she's always like that." What really crossed the line was how they handled my youngest's birthday treat. Before she even drank her drink, it accidentally exploded, totally her fault, no issue there but the reaction from staff was shocking. Instead of offering basic kindness to a child having an embarrassing moment, the girls behind the counter were visibly angry, and one even cussed loud enough for us to hear. My birthday girl immediately felt terrible, and we kept reassuring her that accidents happen. Meanwhile, the staff just glared at us. I mentioned that their customer service was unacceptable, and was met with the same cold, hostile stare. There didn't seem to be a single adult supervising; just a group of girls acting however they wanted, with zero professionalism. After paying for a new drink, we offered to clean up the spill, but were yelled at to just leave it alone. We left feeling extremely uncomfortable, and the birthday excitement was completely deflated. We've always supported small, aesthetic-focused spots like this, but we draw the line at openly rude behavior, glaring, and making kids feel ashamed for an accident. read more

Very cute environment to be in with modern day music. Bathroom was clean and only accessible with a key. Employees were nice with customers and could tell they had good relationships with each other as well. I got a watermelon tea that came with your choice of crystal or honey boba (I chose crystal) and added lychee jelly. It was really good and tasted fresh. Most drinks come in a 24oz cup. I also ordered bao buns which took quite a bit of a wait (14 minutes to be exact as posted on their food menu and the cashier reiterated) and they were quite good. Other than that, this could be a good study spot if you don't mind louder music and had your own hotspot (no WiFi). Will be coming back! read more

I went with blue magic coffee boba from the menu and it was yummy too. It's blue because spirulina!
