Due to the crazy weather that transpired this week and no power this establishment was able to provide all the food for my daughters graduation party this past Saturday with 2 days notice after my previous order was canceled.It was a struggle to find restaurants with power but thankfully we found Zeppes in Perry. We used to love this place, but their customer service is horrible. After they switched to a new online ordering, it will make you pickup your order even though you said to deliver it. Then when you call the manager will get all surely with you and tell you that we messed the order up. In the end we got cold food even after I put a 20% tip on it. Never again will we order especially when their are even better pizza places not far from them our mistake for ordering from them. read more

Over priced, poor customer service. On several occasions my take out orders have been wrong or missing. I have had pizza with missing toppings. Ordered subs, that come with home made chips, and no chips. Calls all result with the same excuse..."we ran out". Tonight the same excuse again. How can any resturant run out of anything on a Saturday night. No real attempt to make good. No monetary refund for the chips or missing toppings. On all occasions they promise to give credit for next visit where they will double the topping, double the chips. Never come through. So my rating of one star is because of the poor service vs. the high price point ($8.99 for a 10in sub, includes a side of chips) over the past several years. read more

Mmmmm it ok...I think their pizza is greasy - like take some Bounty and press blot repeat. Not reheat able due to aforementioned grease - but tasty when you immediately eat it hot. We also got dessert - the cinnamon twist - those taste like an elephant ear perfection so don't miss those! read more

My coworker ordered food from here to be delivered to the cvs on north ridge road. specifically said that the order was for BARB in the FRONT STORE. she waited OVER AN HOUR during that time the delivery came and went straight to the PHARMACY and said there was an order for VYTA. DID NOT ask any of the FRONT STORE employees if there was a zeppe's order and then he left. when barb called zeppes and asked to speak to the manager about her order, the manager was very rude to her on the phone and did not try to resolve the problem whatsoever. then the manager proceeded to BLAME US for THEIR MISTAKE. barb is a manager at cvs and told the zeppes manager that when there's a problem the manager should always do something to resolve it which she did not do. i DO NOT recommend this location of zeppes and i give it a 0/10. read more

Zeppe's Pizzeria YW, but we won't be ordering again. We have ordered multiple times with this great family meal. We have used a coupon every time. Sat when we ordered, we placed our order online as usual. We also placed an order with Chicken Wings and our free pizza. We were called and told we were no longer able to use the coupon. Even though our order was already paid for!!! They made our order, but then canceled our online price and charged us full price. This is very misleading. No where does the Family meal say it is a special price. To add insult to this situation, the chicken was overly brown and dried out. It was put sloppily together and we will not be ordering again. In my opinion, if you didn't want the coupon to apply, it shouldn't have gone through. Since it did, we should have been advised for "next time". I will leave reviews on all the platforms warning people of this bad business practice. read more

Decided to order since I heard they have a really good gluten free crust. It was expensive but everything GF is , definitely better than the hut's. I know when I order from them it is going to be expensive compared to others. We had the Zepperonj roles which were good but not worth the 8.99 for six. Also had a large pepperoni and sausage pizza I enjoyed crust was light and fluffy and was not overly greasy . My biggest gripe was the pigeon wings we received instead of chicken wings. They now charge by the lb for their wings I can see why and I would be very surprised if they actually weigh them out. I forgot to take a picture I hit them late after everyone else and there were only a few left. The mild sauce was very good but what a rip off. We had 12 of the smallest wings I have ever seen . When I told everyone that was a lb nobody could believe it . So we basically paid a buck a piece for pigeon size wings. I would go back for the GF pizza but definitely not the wings. Bought from them when I lived on the west side, happy to see the quality and service are the same, pretty good. I like the traditional style spicier pizza and pasta sauce, not the sweet stuff like so many other places. Love the subs. Zeppes in Perry is my number one delivery restaurant in the Perry area. The food is excellent and the people are friendly and accommodating. The drivers do thier best to arrive in the allotted time. Sometimes the delivery time is a little long for my liking but I just attribute that to the business at the time of ordering. The manager, Angie, is more than just a name. She takes the time to know you and does all she can to meet your needs. I order quite a lot from here and its seems no matter what day I call or for that matter what time of day I call Angie is their Only negative that I can find is that I feel that their prices are a little high. But this doesn't stop me from ordering as much as I do. read more
