Stopped in for a couple slices as we were passing through the town. The slices were cheap, an awesome ratio of crust to sauce to cheese, and really hit the spot. The workers were very nice and came out to talk to us. Would recommend the hot and ready slices to anyone looking for a cheap and quick bite. read more

If you don't mind paying for a delivery service to bring this pizza to you, then cool. Or you could place an order a good 40 minutes ahead of time and still wait once you go to pick it up! Either way, they have some of the hardest, crunchy zig zag crust known to man. The toppings were okay, but they totally skimped on the cheese! I got a medium veggie pizza with white sauce. The chicken sandwich was so burnt and overdone it was like filet-o-shoe! Inedible! Zero integrity coming from that kitchen! Damn! Overpriced and overhyped. Don't waste your time or money with their food! read more

Due to the crazy weather that transpired this week and no power this establishment was able to provide all the food for my daughters graduation party this past Saturday with 2 days notice after my previous order was canceled. It was a struggle to find restaurants with power but thankfully we found Zeppes in Perry. Big Shout to Angie who made it happen. ALL the food was delicious and all my guests loved it. It was all boxed up perfectly. Thank you! read more

paid $24 for a large pizza and threw it away. bland. they stimp on toppings. sauce tasted like lunchables! i was so mad at this purchase i put a hole in the wall. now im down $24 AND have to fix my wall. + employees looking near death, zombie-like i would call and demand compensation for my wall, but they seem to have enough going on. read more

Zeppe's Pizzeria - i put this hole in the wall with my foot after buying a fake Italian pizza for $24 - Pizza Near Me - Painesville, Ohio

Terrible customer service....cocky employee!!! They advertise specials online and then don't honor them. Very rude. Will never buy from them again. read more

This pizza would have been a lot better if they had finishing cooking it. The ratio of cheese to sauce was good, although sauce rather bland. Generous with toppings I felt. read more

We used to love this place, but their customer service is horrible. After they switched to a new online ordering, it will make you pickup your order even though you said to deliver it. Then when you call the manager will get all surely with you and tell you that we messed the order up. In the end we got cold food even after I put a 20% tip on it. Never again will we order especially when their are even better pizza places not far from them our mistake for ordering from them. read more

Friendly staff and great pizza!! Will order again. Fast delivery and the zepperoni rolls are my favorite! Yum!!!!

Great food. We got the chicken wings and were delicious. My kids loved the zepperoni rolls and the people at the counter were friendly. Needs music though. read more

Good food I love the wings and the pizza is pretty decent for a chain store great specials too

Over priced, poor customer service. On several occasions my take out orders have been wrong or missing. I have had pizza with missing toppings. Ordered subs, that come with home made chips, and no chips. Calls all result with the same excuse..."we ran out". Tonight the same excuse again. How can any resturant run out of anything on a Saturday night. No real attempt to make good. No monetary refund for the chips or missing toppings. On all occasions they promise to give credit for next visit where they will double the topping, double the chips. Never come through. So my rating of one star is because of the poor service vs. the high price point ($8.99 for a 10in sub, includes a side of chips) over the past several years. read more

Mmmmm it ok...I think their pizza is greasy - like take some Bounty and press blot repeat. Not reheat able due to aforementioned grease - but tasty when you immediately eat it hot. We also got dessert - the cinnamon twist - those taste like an elephant ear perfection so don't miss those! read more

My coworker ordered food from here to be delivered to the cvs on north ridge road. specifically said that the order was for BARB in the FRONT STORE. she waited OVER AN HOUR during that time the delivery came and went straight to the PHARMACY and said there was an order for VYTA. DID NOT ask any of the FRONT STORE employees if there was a zeppe's order and then he left. when barb called zeppes and asked to speak to the manager about her order, the manager was very rude to her on the phone and did not try to resolve the problem whatsoever. then the manager proceeded to BLAME US for THEIR MISTAKE. barb is a manager at cvs and told the zeppes manager that when there's a problem the manager should always do something to resolve it which she did not do. i DO NOT recommend this location of zeppes and i give it a 0/10. read more

Zeppe's is super good, I've never had a problem with them except on occasulion when food took too long to arrive. Their italian sub (or the Zeppe's original) is my favorite! read more

I've also had problems with this pizza place our orders were 90% wrong and took longer than we were told to expect delivery or ready if to be picked up I've also given one star for poor customer service. read more

You guys suck, 2nd pizza I ordered from you that the pizza box looked more appetizing. Overpriced Shitty ingredients Bad food in general Terrible delivery time (they said 35m) took 1h 15m My stomach hurts and I'm destroying my toilet as we speak because of your crappy buffalo sauce they tastes like salt mixed with Tabasco sauce. You guys suck. Just stop. Before you hurt Someone with that slop you call food. the delivery guy was nice though. I tipped him well because I felt bad he was employed by a bunch of pizza butching stomach destroyers. Thanks You've been warned read more

Zeppe's Pizzeria YW, but we won't be ordering again. We have ordered multiple times with this great family meal. We have used a coupon every time. Sat when we ordered, we placed our order online as usual. We also placed an order with Chicken Wings and our free pizza. We were called and told we were no longer able to use the coupon. Even though our order was already paid for!!! They made our order, but then canceled our online price and charged us full price. This is very misleading. No where does the Family meal say it is a special price. To add insult to this situation, the chicken was overly brown and dried out. It was put sloppily together and we will not be ordering again. In my opinion, if you didn't want the coupon to apply, it shouldn't have gone through. Since it did, we should have been advised for "next time". I will leave reviews on all the platforms warning people of this bad business practice. read more

Decided to order since I heard they have a really good gluten free crust. It was expensive but everything GF is , definitely better than the hut's. I know when I order from them it is going to be expensive compared to others. We had the Zepperonj roles which were good but not worth the 8.99 for six. Also had a large pepperoni and sausage pizza I enjoyed crust was light and fluffy and was not overly greasy . My biggest gripe was the pigeon wings we received instead of chicken wings. They now charge by the lb for their wings I can see why and I would be very surprised if they actually weigh them out. I forgot to take a picture I hit them late after everyone else and there were only a few left. The mild sauce was very good but what a rip off. We had 12 of the smallest wings I have ever seen . When I told everyone that was a lb nobody could believe it . So we basically paid a buck a piece for pigeon size wings. I would go back for the GF pizza but definitely not the wings. The rest of the items we ate were very good just very expensive. read more

Ordered another sheet pizza from them last weekend. 3rd time in a row it was gross. Was overdone, 1/2 the pizza had no cheese & sauce was dry. Their prices are too high not to serve a good pizza. Even my guests commented on how bad it was. Never again. Will order from Longo's next time! read more

Bought from them when I lived on the west side, happy to see the quality and service are the same, pretty good. I like the traditional style spicier pizza and pasta sauce, not the sweet stuff like so many other places. Love the subs. Prices are a little high, but you can tell the quality is better than the cheap places. read more

Poor customer service, management is non-responsive. Large order for delivery was delayed by over one hour and went to wrong location at large facility. No discounts offered by manager. Will never order from them again. read more

I absolutely love this zeppies location , pizza is awesome ,food is phenomenal and the place is always clean and quiet . Delivery is fast and pizza is hot like it just left the oven ! It doesn't matter when or what time of day I go there I always have good results ! The manager strives to meet your needs and she is just fabulous she should be number one in painesville ! Keep up the good work ! read more

Zeppes in Perry is my number one delivery restaurant in the Perry area. The food is excellent and the people are friendly and accommodating. The drivers do thier best to arrive in the allotted time. Sometimes the delivery time is a little long for my liking but I just attribute that to the business at the time of ordering. The manager, Angie, is more than just a name. She takes the time to know you and does all she can to meet your needs. I order quite a lot from here and its seems no matter what day I call or for that matter what time of day I call Angie is their Only negative that I can find is that I feel that their prices are a little high. But this doesn't stop me from ordering as much as I do. read more
