I understood the entire time that there was "hardship" on both sides, and that you have to run a business. That being said, you have a successful business that is booked out every weekend for almost 2 years. The amount owed to us is nothing and could have easily been refunded despite a contract that was only interrupted due to a pandemic. This is totally outside the control of Royale, though I've found they always do their best to educate me on the particular rules and try to help wherever they can. They also came in clutch last year when the house I booked had a flood and was unrentable. You walk in and there are things to do from little kid toys, to arcades, and a pool table. TV works well and the couches are comfortable.
