I LOVE Royale Vacation Rentals. I've used them now for about 4 years, and every year they are amazing to work with. Their small but mighty team is always available, super thorough and solution oriented. Their supply of houses is my favorite in the area for Coachella. It's worth noting that since these are luxury houses owned by individuals and it's over a festival weekend, the community organizations these houses are in can be very strict about guests coming into the neighborhood and home. This is totally outside the control of Royale, though I've found they always do their best to educate me on the particular rules and try to help wherever they can. They also came in clutch last year when the house I booked had a flood and was unrentable. They were able to find an amazing place (from someone who I believe actively didn't rent over Coachella weekends) and saved the day. As long as I'm going to Coachella I'll be working with their team! read more

Unfortunately, our experience with Royal Rentals was disappointing, primarily due to a consistent lack of communication and follow-through. We initially worked with Katie, who was very nice and transparent about the company's merger with Luxury Leasing. The initial handoff from Luxury Leasing to Royal Rentals was quite bumpy, but we understood that transitions can be difficult and were happy to give them some grace. Royal Rentals came out to evaluate our property, but afterward we received no follow-up. After several weeks, we finally heard that the home looked great and would be a good fit. From there, I repeatedly had to call to find out what the next steps were and whether they were ready to move forward. Katie apologized for how bumpy the process had been and explained that they were implementing new software as part of the transition. She was very kind and said she would make it up to us and send over the paperwork needed to move forward. That was approximately a month ago, and we still have not received the paperwork or any further communication. It has been almost 3 months since we initially contacted them to help us rent out our property in PGA West. I completely understand that mergers and transitions can create challenges, and we tried to be patient because of that. However, after multiple instances of having to initiate the follow-up ourselves and ultimately receiving no follow-through at all, we no longer feel comfortable moving forward with Royal Rentals. For us, communication and responsiveness are incredibly important when entrusting someone to manage our home and take care of our guests. Unfortunately, if our experience as prospective clients is any indication of the level of communication we could expect going forward, it simply isn't a fit for us. read more

I booked a reservation with them and they called me the following day, to cancel on me and tell me the rate they had booked me with was wrong due to the festival season and that the rate was higher. This is after I had signed their rental agreement. They invited me to rebook again, after they had increased the rate by $1,100. DO NOT RECOMMEND read more

rented a supposed top quality house in PGA West. Clothes washer and dryer might be circa 1970 and clothes dryer had continual problems main view window had obviously failed and had moisture in it thereby making it unattractive. I was there a month, and no one ever fixed it. The furniture was old and definitely not at the level the house was advertised at. Very disappointing and a company i would never trust again. Oh, they wanted me to "come see their other properties for "next year", which was and is ridiculous. No real accountability don't use them repair people were nice since we saw several of them on a somewhat regular basis (dishwasher also kept coming out of its housing..... house was dirty, old furniture, not well cleaned, carpets too old maybe to clean well someone needed to invest anything into this house to make it moderately attractive. read more

We had a great six night stay despite the condition of our condo. When you walk in the front door the carpet on the stairs going up to the main floor was dirty. Wood floor under dining room table was dirty, glass stovetop was dirty, two coffee cups in cabinet had coffee grounds and residue in them and trash can in garage had bags of garbage that smelled horrible. Ice maker made ice but ice froze inside maker and couldn't be used. Showerhead in master bathroom had a leak and water sprayed straight up in the air. I called Barbara and told her about the floors and stovetop. She called back and said that their cleaners would be over at 11:30 to clean. We left condo for the afternoon to give them time to clean. Unfortunately, when we got back to condo it didn't look like anyone had been there to clean. read more

Just started with them managing my La Quinta house, till now they are good, I'm hoping that they can increase my rentail activity

Absolutely terrible neighbors , always watching what you do and taking pictures of you and family. You can't drive a golf cart anywhere in the complex and need a parking pass for your car. Staff is very rude and security follows you when outside. Cars are being stolen and vandalized . I will never rent here again. There are better places in La Quinta to rent a condo. read more

Recently rented unit with neighbor from hell, including threats of violence and injury. Documented incidents with Security at property, cut stay short and left early due to safety concerns. Royale offered 15% discount on NEXT stay!!!! Won't be back to this property - OR to Royale! read more

Booked a last second trip to sunny California in the Palms Springs area. Royale Vacation Rentals found us the perfect place. Spacious and bright. Quiet and peaceful. We couldn't be happier with the cleanliness and amenities of the rental. Fully equipped kitchen, big screen TV, excellent WI-FI. The restaurant recommendations around the area from Royale were top notch and exactly what we were looking for. The on-line experience of booking and paying for the rental was seamless. We had such a great time we extended our stay a couple of days. All it took was one call to Royale and they worked out all the details with owners of the property as well as property security to allow us continued access although our gate passes had expired. We have used Royale several times. They will exceed your expectations and get it right the first time. read more

Honest, communicative and reliable...what else could you want. By far the best vacation home mgt company I have used. The are very particular of what houses and owners to bring into their program. That speaks volumes. I interviewed one company that asked if I was planning to remove the artwork from my walls when I rented the house..I was thinking what kind of renters would be there....not the kind I wanted in my villa. The RVR team takes good care of my place and the renters have been nothing but respectful. read more

Minus one star! A client of mine rented expensive property for 2 weeks from RVR. She opted for the damage insurance coverage in her contract. She did not hear from RVR until 6 weeks after her stay when they informed her that she had done moderate damage to the home-without photographic proof and 3 weeks past the 21 day requirement to notify a client and return the security deposit. RVR manager would never return her call back in spite of frequent requests. Bottom line; claimed damage is in excess of insurance coverage-3 bar stools, TV, and upholstered chair foot stool. Property could've been rented to anyone in the meantime. This company is just looking for a deep pockets. Avoid RVR. read more

Very disappointed, the pictures does not match the actual rental place. The website is beautiful but you are not staying at the same place. This is a scam, please stay away from this place. read more

We came here for the Stagecoach Festival and our stay was beyond what we hoped. The home was so beautiful and welcoming. Sitting out on the patio overlooking the green manicured lawn, the beautiful lake and colorful flowers was quiet and serene. The beds were super comfy. This is my third management compnay that I have used in the desert. By far, the most reliable and accessible compnay. I am much more comfortable hiring a management compnay that cares. The last two didn't return my calls. I own the house, so I can only imagine how they treated guests. Every time I walk into my house it looks great. Steve read more

The Royale Vacation Rental team makes everything easy! Me and my wife were able to enjoy ourselves while they took care of the logistics. There were no misunderstandings or unexpected charges while we stayed in one of their rentals. What we saw is what we got and it was great! The quality of attention and care that they put into our rental was amazing! We felt like we were royalty! I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a getaway and doesn't want the hassle of doing it on their own! read more

Unfortunately, we have been caught in the coronavirus timing of our vacation. I can not say enough about the owner of LQ116 of giving us our money back even though we are within the 60 days of cancellation. We did purchase travel insurance. However, CNA travel insurance said since we purchased the insurance on February 7th it does not qualify for the travel insurance..... (that is a separate topic!) It was very gracious of LQ116 to say he would still give us our money back. Thank you very much! I have enjoyed working with Royale Vacation Rentals also. Interesting times. I appreciate all of their help. read more

I worked with Royale Vacation Rentals for a corporate event hosting Clients and unfortunately was extremely disappointed in the terrible service they provided. The house was dirty with broken curtains. The company was slow to respond, while being rude at the same time. They were extremely rude about day guests coming to the property, while we rented a house in the same neighborhood from someone else and had a much more positive experience. Additionally, it's been over a month and they have yet to send any note back on a $3,000 refundable damage deposit. Do yourself a favor and rent directly from owners vs. going through this company. read more

We just started using Royale Vacations for managing our vacation rental. They have been great on getting us bookings. We our using our condo this weekend for the first time since being placed on the rental program. When we arrived we were so happy to see how the condo looked after having the rentals. I loved the little extras they did such as folding towels into decorative shapes. I truly felt like I stepped into a luxury vacation rental. read more

I have always found them friendly, helpful, and professional. Their staff care and their list of available rentals is first class.
