First off, Karen and her team went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. As for the house, it's beautiful, spacious, and a truly comfortable setting for a getaway. In addition to the living room, the den is great area to take some private time or relax with a movie. The master bedroom and bathroom are both enormous, and the remaining rooms and casita are all pleasant and cozy, with quality bedding. If you enjoy cooking, the open kitchen makes it easy to spend time together and is complete with all the amenities you'll need to cook up a storm: GreenPan and cast iron frypans, Henckels knives, slow cooker, Instant Pot, Vitamix, plenty of cutting boards and cooking bowls, double wall oven, etc. For coffee, there was a Keurig, standard drip, French press and Bialetti Moka Pot. The bar area that overlooks the golf course is stocked with plenty of glasses, blender, margarita machine, and all the standard drink prep tools. Though it was a little hot when we stayed, the outdoor area has a covered dining table, couch, gas fireplace, and a solid grill to cook on. Plus, there's a fire pit that sits on the edge of the golf course. The pool and jacuzzi are lovely, situated close to the house with views of both the course and mountains, and with plenty of seating. The size of the pool was perfect for our little one (and we could even swim some short laps), but it may feel a little small (and shallow) for folks bringing several kids who are bit older. Overall, this house and management team is terrific and we all agreed that we'd enjoy staying at this Airbnb again in the future. read more

Fabulous stay in a beautiful and spacious home We had a group of 10 adults from four different states for our stay in this gorgeous home. All of us loved this property. The layout is perfect for large groups with five bedrooms and a large gathering space in the center of the home. The views from the pool are lovely with the golf course and the mountains as a backdrop. We enjoyed making meals together in the home and it never felt crowded in the common spaces. We cannot say enough about this home and the service from Resort Home Destinations. During the walkthrough, all of our questions and concerns were addressed. We had access to a laundry room and a garage. We have already recommended this home to others as an excellent choice for a family gathering, a girls' getaway or any type of reunion. The wifi, televisions and sound system worked well inside and in the outdoor living space. The location is convenient and we enjoyed a visit to the Sunday morning farmers' market in Old Town La Quinta. The neighborhood is perfect for a morning walk or run. The home has a welcoming feel and the high quality bedding and bath amenities makes it feel as if you are staying at a five-star resort. We loved this home and cannot thank you enough for the excellent service. We are already discussing a return trip to the Palm Springs area and would definitely stay at 350 Legends again. I have been booking stays for my birthday through Resort Home Destinations for over 5 years now and have been happy every time because it is so easy (the owners are 'hands-on' and very accommodating) and the properties are gorgeous! I have stayed in multiple homes, all of which were beautifully appointed and maintained with first-class service accessible throughout our stays. Always spotless with well stocked, high-end kitchens, bathrooms and pool areas, all I have to do is show up and relax! The pools are clean and clear, perfect for a day in the hot desert sun, and so quiet that you feel like you are on your own island in the middle of nowhere. Of course there are lots of golfers driving by and that is part of the fun...everyone is so happy and friendly down there. And the beds...most 5 star hotels don't have beds this comfortable and luxurious! These homes are places you just never want to leave. Restaurants and conveniences like gas and grocery stores are a quick drive away so we always just shop on our way in and hunker down for a peaceful, 'let your hair down' getaway. I am already planning to book my next birthday there! The service, attention to detail, and privacy is why I keep booking through Resort Home Destinations rather than hotels or home sharing sites. Escape SF and LOVE Palm Springs! We used Resort Home Destinations a few years back and we were blown away having best family Thanksgiving ever in this Lux PGA WEST home. I remembered it so well, I called to book for escaping COVID and renting for the month. Palm Springs weather was perfect and the AGENTS/ house management was impeccable in their servicing my families' needs. Karen and Julia are amazing. Anything we needed even during a very stressful time was met with eagerness to help and they delivered on everything. We rented two different houses during our stay in Palm Springs and both were so well equipped. It is 5 star lux living and with the most beautiful settings in both Legend and Ballybunion. I cannot give a better review. We loved both houses and really loved the fact that Karen and Julia went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay... especially with people fighting over Paper Towels and TP... we never worried about a thing. Just stayed with girlfriends at the 81545 Tiburon home and had an amazing time. From booking through checkout everything was awesome. We already booked our next stay! The house is directly on the golf course at PGA West, (hole 3 I think), and the weather was perfect! During the day we frolicked in the pool with our inflatables listening to our favorite music come over the outdoor speakers. (They have an apple tv so you can mirror your own playlist), and in the evenings we sat by the firepit with a nice bottle of red (or two!) and enjoyed the mountain views. The home would be great for anyone - golfers, families, couples, but being 5 women getting together on this trip we really appreciated our own rooms with king beds and beautiful linens. (We flipped on who got the casita!). The kitchen is huge and well stocked - a chef's dream if you are inclined to cook. Home entertainment is in every bedroom, both living rooms, and outdoors. We had so much fun - can't wait to go back! read more

We stayed in the Resort Home Destinations Desert Escape for a family reunion. The home was immaculate. It has state of the art electronics, water features, lighting, electronic awnings, heated pool to your preference, impeccable appliances, an amazing bar, outdoor kitchen/bar, and every room is a suite. They have spared no expense on the finer touches to make this a truly luxury escape. The beds are al very comfortable with high thread-count sheets. The master suite is enormous. Flat screen tv's in every room including the kitchen. Pool floats, a margarita machine and plenty of kitchenware for great feasts. It's private, and the property management treats your stay like a five-star resort stay with very minimal requirements for clean up though we left it as we received it - spotless. We will definitely stay here over and over again. Worth every penny and the team is very attentive as needed. read more

We just got back from a 7 night stay. A remote quarantine of sorts for a family of 5 before the school year starts. This was a great property for us - super clean, lots of space to spread out, work, play, swim. Wifi worked great doing meetings from anywhere on property and the pool is amazing. We were there when it was super hot the entire time (i think the lowest daytime high was -115) - but the house stayed cool and at least at this time of year (mid-august) the trees start to shade half the pool by 3 pm - so in the shade in the water it was amazing, even in that heat! Golf course view was optional (meaning you can swim in view or duck behind the waterfall wall for privacy - very cool). Check in was a breeze and the house was staged for arrival - very nice touch. I'm a huge fan of the RHD properties. I've stayed with them on five occasions-always at the 81545 Tiburon Place, or the home at 81165 Legends. I like both: Legends is very special and has a huge backyard on a double fairway with a nearly olympic sized pool, and lots of special amenities including a whole outdoor kitchen and outdoor fireplace. There is so much space and privacy, it's really perfect when several families or a big group of golfers are coming to the desert together and staying in multiple houses to use Legends as your home base. The Tiburon house is larger - 5 bedrooms on the Norman course, great pool, lots of spaces for the kids to hang out, (there's a second living room for the kids with all the fun stuff - xbox or wii, etc, and a fun firepit). read more

This home was an amazing property. Great location with plenty food & grocery options near by. Karen was very helpful & attentive. One of the bedrooms enters from the exterior of the home & is somewhat separate which worked well for the couple that wanted a bit of quiet away from the kids. The home was well equipped with everything we needed & was spotlessly clean! Our stay was during a time when the weather was a bit on the chilly side so the pool wasn't really an option but we did use the outdoor fire pit which kept us toasty! The backyard also provided more privacy than expected being on a golf course. Overall a great stay & we'll definitely return. read more

Golf Trip 2020 Overall, this was a GREAT property. It was a perfect house for 8 women on a golf trip! Everybody had their own space and the hot tub and firepit were used every day and night! Karen was great and responsive. We discovered our Keurig coffee pot was broken on the first morning. And we didn't have enough large wine glasses. By the time we got back from our first round of golf--we had a new Keurig (set up and ready to go) and 10 new wine glasses! Karen also scheduled massage therapists to come to the home. We all said that they were the best massages we had ever had! Karen delivered again! We can't wait for next year! read more

Unfortunately, due to restrictions imposed by Riverside County in response to Covid, we were not able to stay at the house. However, working with Karen in the days leading up to our reserved dates was really a fantastic experience. She gave regular updates on the local situation and the likelihood of restrictions being lifted before our arrival. Once we realized that restrictions would continue and prevent us from our visit (which happened the night before after an 8 hour Riverside County Board of Supervisors Meeting), Karen quickly took care of the cancellation and gave us a full refund. Our stay was absolutely lovely. We rented the Merion Estate from Resort Home Destinations for the weekend of Stagecoach Festival to spend time with friends and family. The property was identical, if so even more impressive then the photos online and the location was ideal for a festival goer! The property was well kept, had the right amount of space indoors/outdoors to host a large group and the amenities lived up to the host's posting. We escaped SF and drove to this beautiful oasis in La Quinta. We are accustomed to a small city apartment so we really enjoyed spreading out here, swimming in the pool and having family dinners. Amazing Home! We absolutely loved our stay at 57600 Ballybunion home. We were also there 2 years ago and the house is still in as great shape as it was then. I would highly recommend this house if you want a large home with the east sun in the morning. I treasured my tea on that deck in the sun. Karen was so easy to deal with upon booking and Marissa looked after every need we required. Seriously I don't boost often, however, our stay was perfect. Just stayed at the brand new home Private Palms Too! Yes it was hot but what an amazing home and view. We did have 300# of ice delivered and put in the spa which was fun for the kids and a nice cool off. The best part is the home is stunning inside and made for a relaxing retreat to watch movies on the huge TV overlooking the course. We had a blast. Management company attentive.
