The views of the lake were absolutely beautiful. One of my favorite moments was sitting outside in the morning with a good book, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. There is also an outdoor patio area where you can eat and take in the scenery. I loved seeing the fireplaces around the property too; I can imagine how cozy they must be during the cooler months. Now let's talk about one of the biggest perks: the pool is truly open 24 hours. Not "almost" 24 hours, actually 24 hours! I definitely took advantage of that and found myself enjoying the heated pool at 1:00 a.m. It was such a relaxing experience and something you don't find at many hotels. What really made this stay stand out, though, was the customer service. Every single employee I encountered was kind, welcoming, and eager to help. From check-in to check-out, the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. The only potential downside is that there are no elevators. It wasn't an issue for me, but if you're traveling with a lot of luggage or have mobility concerns, it's something to keep in mind. I wasn't able to try the complimentary breakfast, which is offered from 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., so I can't speak on the food. But based on the rest of my experience, I would absolutely stay here again. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with beautiful views, a heated pool you can enjoy anytime, and outstanding customer service, this place is definitely worth a visit.

The room was decorated beautiful I love the patio facing the lake as well as the secondary private patio off of the bathroom. I wish we'd have stayed multiple days. We could eat breakfast out there. It was really nice and quiet, but did not eat or drink at the restaurant bar again with the lake Lookout only because it closes early in the evening and we didn't get to the hotel till semi-late already. I love that. The pool was open 24 hours and while not super large, it was cozy with plenty of shaded seating if you didn't wanna be in the sun. The grounds are quiet the hotel bed and pillows had to be the most comfortable I've ever slept in all the way at a hotel. I don't think I've ever had such a great sleep. Honestly, when you're traveling, the bathroom was quite large as well I was a little bummed at the water pressure and how low the showerhead was my husband 63 but again it was very clean spacious and such so it didn't take away from anything. The parking lot in front of check-in is pretty small but they do offer additional parking across the street. If need be we had no issues when we were here. All staff we encountered was super friendly and if we're in the area again, we'll definitely stop here.

There was a large entry-room that I liked for keeping shoes and things out of sight that I didn't want cluttering the bedroom. The bedroom was very nice. The king bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. The TV worked well and we were provided plenty of choices to watch. There was also more than enough closet space, a lot of drawers, and a gas fireplace. There was a small adjacent room with cupboards for groceries, a small fridge, a sink, dishwashing detergent, a sponge, paper towels, a few dishes, a few eating utensils, and a knife. The bathroom was large and included a big shower, a great soaking tub with jets, two sinks, and plenty of vanity space. There was a pleasant balcony to sit and relax for our morning tea and coffee, breakfast, a drink in the evening, and/or whatever. From our unit it was only a short walk to a pool, hot tub/spa, the workout center, and a pleasant cafe with both indoor and outdoor tables. The property has multiple pools and a large lawn with multiple hammocks hanging between trees. Only a few minutes away in one direction is the small but nice historical downtown with free parking and benches for taking a break to just sit. Not far from there is a nice little historical museum. A few minutes from this property in the other direction are drugstores, grocery stores, and fast food joints - anything you might need or want from a thriving suburb community. I will definitely stay at this property again.

Bring ear plugs! *The renters, tenants etc above tend to be loud and it can sound like they are running a marathon from time to time. *Upper Units are preferable to me *If your studio is separated to another unit by a security door you can hear the people. They need a sound proof door!!! *No one bothers to adhere to the "pool rules." Kids do run, people bring speakers and play their music when it clearly states "No music unless you wear headphones or ear pods. -Plenty of parking -They just installed EV chargers-Yay! Would definitely continue to stay here. I just know what to avoid:)

We went one day without any room refresh service that the hotel made up for with extra waters and detailed service the next day. The only thing I'd recommend to the hotel is to do more detailed cleanup of their buildings on the exterior areas, especially in the corners. Lots of dust and webs. I think this level of detail would help elevate the feel.

The kids loved the buffet and trying a variety of food items. When the pool opened, we quickly found spots close to the sand/ beach area. Weather was great, pool was warm, and everyone enjoyed relaxing. You can order food and drinks at the bar or place your order with the waiters walking around. There are plenty of places to eat at the resort and food options. There are restaurants close by or DoorDash available if you want something else. There is a shop inside with items to purchase and an arcade. This place was great and a very relaxing, even with the kids. The kids enjoyed themselves and had fun, making it that much more enjoyable for us. Money well spent!

Now it's 11 pm and we're waiting for IT service guy to come to our room to fix it. It's bad enough the bed bug issue we had at the first room and now we're having other issues in this other room they put us. It's an uncomfortable feeling having someone to come to your room at this time at night to fix something that shouldn't have even been messed up. It's a new room they sent us too so all this should have been taken care of prior to moving us. Very upset that all this is happening on my finances birthday and will never come here again. Very disappointing stay. The resort still charming, but the service was unacceptable. Our family has been coming to this resort for years, we hadn't been in a few years and decided it was time to come back again and boy was it a mistake. We came mid week so as to avoid any crowds, we arrived to the front desk at about 430pm, and the resort was empty, however we somehow waited for 30mins just to check in, and we only had 2 people in line. At that point I should have turned around and left. We decided to upgrade our room to a 1bd spa villa which was pretty pricey at nearly $400 a night. I'll start with bad... The room was nicely appointed, the patio however was very dirty, so dirty in fact we didn't feel comfortable walking bare foot on it, we asked if it could be cleaned multiple times over our 2night stay and no one ever took care of it. All the ice machines near our villa were not functioning and when we asked for ice it took over 30mins for someone to come. That would have been fine if we had been given a 30min estimate, but someone told us someone would be right over. I called twice in that 30mins, each time being told someone was almost to our room. The pool nearest our villa wasn't cleaned in the two days we were there, the same dirty cups and towels were around the pool our entire stay. The resort has this texting system, where you are supposed to be able to text what you want and someone responds immediately. It was a joke. We used it a few times, and at the end of our stay someone texted me to rate my stay, I gave a bad rating in accordance with what happened, whoever it was on the other end texted back asking if I would like to talk to someone about the stay, I responded YES and no one ever contacted me. I even texted back a few days later and still no on responded. I guess no one really wanted to hear about the stay. The good is that the resort still looks just like we remembered. They do a good job with the landscaping. But that's about it. We ate in one of the restaurants and it took forever, even though again, we were told the resort was only at 20%. There are so many choices with lodging in the desert and I don't think we will be coming back. Such a shame. read more

My girlfriend and I have stayed here a few times in the past couple of years and it has been nothing but FUN and RELAXATION! There is plenty to do, including a private Pool and Jacuzzi area, as well as a public Pool and Bar area. You can play tennis, golf, relax in the luxurious Spa, and shop and dine in 5-star restaurants. If you are looking for the ultimate romantic or relaxing getaway, this is it. La Quinta Resort and Spa Villa is a gem among the rest. If you want to stay within a 10-minute walking distance of the actual Spa and Resort, there is no better place than this vacation home rental. All other "La Quinta Resort" rentals are not even located within the resort, and are typically miles away!! All of the rooms have huge comfortable beds, TV's, Netflix, Full kitchens, Full bathrooms with gigantic showers!, very clean and well kept utilities and utensils, and among everything a romantic fireplace to top it all off! read more

I got a call back from somebody from this facility. She was very rude and said that we would have to call a locksmith, and we would have to pay for it. Ourselves. I know this is a difficult situation, but somebody should be able to help us out. Especially with our insulin and blood pressure medication. We are both physically exhausted and especially without our medication. There was no help whatsoever very disappointed.

The decor in the room is very cool, from the bedding to the lamps, pictures on the wall, and the very large mirror, and you also have your own patio! The grounds are beautiful also. The palms and plants plus the pool area. Very well kept. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance also. I just had breakfast here, and it was excellent. There are so many choices. One small detail that I particularly appreciated was the complimentary water dispensers outside. Especially in Palm Springs, having easy access to cold water without having to go out and buy your own was a really nice touch. The rooms were clean, updated, and very nice. I especially liked the bathroom, which had a modern and updated feel to it. Parking was also easy and convenient during our stay. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience here and really don't have many complaints. It's a great spot for a Palm Springs getaway, and we would definitely recommend it. We'll most likely be staying here again in the future!

Overall a great gem - there's a sign on the front saying there's a transition of ownership - hopefully they can kick it up a notch to really make this place shine.

This resort is better than staying at a hotel. The full kitchens, dining room, washer and dryer, little patio area with grilling just make it feel like a home away from home. So easy to cook in the space as they have all the utensils and appliances. The only issues I have ever experienced is checking in can be a hit or a miss, as at times we have experienced rooms not being ready on time, but for the most part, it has been wonderful. There are plenty of pools. When we went one was being remodeled but it was a short walk to the next one. And we did recieve notice via email regarding work which was nice. Grace at the front desk was wonderful! She was so pleasant and kind when I talked to her on the phone when checking in. Great customer service! She is incredible! Made such a difference when I walked in for the keys as I already felt her wonderful energy thru the phone. Thank you again.

We literally can't wait to come back. Read on for details... It's a spacious, quiet, comfortable, luxurious two bedroom single story condo with plenty of outdoor space (gated front yard, side yard and gorgeous back yard). The 100% private spa and pool are the highlight, especially considering so many public pools are still closed for COVID. I think I spent a full 8 hours in the water on Sunday?? Given its location and landscaping, part of the pool is always shaded, which is perfect for us fair-skinned gingers. Ginny manages the place and she is a delight. Very personable and friendly. My only notes: -The AC is a wee bit loud. If you're a super light sleeper, bring ear plugs. -No black out curtains. If you need full darkness to sleep in, bring an eye mask. -Linens are typical. Kind of starchy. If you need super soft sheets, bring them with you. (Can you tell one of us has particular sleep needs? ) Final note: this is not a party palace. This IS the perfect spot for a couple or family to come and unwind in a private, safe space.
