On Saturday, there was a list of events going on by the pools which was a fun concept. The bus pick up was right by the check in so thankfully our room was close enough that it wasn't a far walk. We had a time estimate after FM had confirmed delivery. So I had hired a contractor to build the island. All of a sudden he wanted the unit in three days to make his final measurements! The builder was grumpy. I called the shop, it was close but another day or so. Well Leland had Erik drive for 4 hours return to get it so that my contractor would not walk! All got installed. The hood was a bit out of line. FM wanted us to pull all out and ship back? I knew it was minor so called the shop - Erik came over and adjusted it in 15 min. A year later it is perfect. Take my word, these people are as good and honest as it gets!

This was impetus to contact Smith's Carpet, Tile & upholstery cleaning. Jerhon came over at his scheduled appointment time and was punctual. He was polite and pleasant and we discussed what we needed to be done. We also decided to clean another sofa and our living room smaller rug and some white chairs that our one cat loves and of course had a lot of cat black fur on it. He also confirmed if we wanted estimate or to have work done. I wasn't going to shop around and compare rates I really went on high ratings (and read reviews), focused on a company that specialized in sofas and upholstery as many companies only did carpets (or had carpets solely in name and no pictures of sofas) and went with a company with longevity (25+ years in business I believe). In any case Jerhon went to work and fastidiously worked for 2.5-3 hours! He diligently and meticulously cleaned all our sofas and white chairs. They were immaculate afterwords...wow! There were some tough stains which have not completely disappeared but have faded so much that they are not really noticeable. I figured another couple of cleanings and prob will go away. He had mentioned that if we had pre-treated these stains in past or recently (we had) he could have used another cleanser etc. Next time we might go for that option. In any case we are ecstatic with the results and definitely will use this company in future and highly recommend!

Jaden from Pool Technicians came out today to look at two issues I was having with my pool: 1)…read more the lack of any pressure from the jets in the adjacent hot tub and 2) a salt cell chlorinator that was not working. I thought both were going to be major issues. I thought I needed an additional pump for the hot tub. And I thought the salt cell chlorinator would need at least a new motherboard, if not a complete replacement. Jaden did about 10 minutes of poking around and told me that 1) the pump issue was simply being caused by a rock that was jammed into one of the pumps, likely from the construction stage and 2) the salt cell was not receiving power because a previous (another company) technicians rewired it to a non-functional part of my panel. So, after an hour, I had fully functioning jets in the hot tub. A functional salt cell. And he even got my pool lights working. (I had never been able to use them and had given it up). So can't recommend this company and Jaden specifically any more highly.

I'd told them that the filter had been replaced on 2/27 and the water hadn't been on and I would have helped on any extra chemical expense. I'd told them the situation with the filter when they started. But she didn't bother asking and just left me stranded.So they behaved in a very inconsiderate and unprofessional manner. And, they misdiagnosed what was going on with a pool. If everything is simple, and they can do it their way , they're probably fine but their priority is themselves, not the customer.
