House was stocked with everything from games, pool towels and floaties, and a kitchen stocked with all basic needs (seasonings, cookware, storage, and utintiles). House provided a great indoor outdoor flow. We mostly hung out at the pool and the main living/dining space. Pool was a great size and had plenty of umbrellas to keep us cool in the 115 degree weather. The Sonos speaker also was great. We were able to play music while eating dinner but also use it wipe we're in the pool. CONS Only one con to the house was not our door code kept getting changed around the begining of our stay. We were able to contact the company and get it fixed but that threw off the vibe a bit. COMMUNICATION Communication was great leading up to the trip. Since the owner is a vacation rental property manager they had to download their app to access the house rules and gate code right after booking. Only downside was communicating about the lock code. When I tried calling their designated customer service line noone picked up (waited around 15-20 mins) so I had to revert to emailing and messaging through Airbnb app after all. After a few hours we were able to get a new code sent. Overall amazing house to entertain and have a great time in the Palm Springs area.

Vacation rental in Palm Springs is definitely a tricky space, and I was shocked about their failure on so many levels. Luckily I had enough complaints, they did let me terminate my contract. Your rationale was to reimburse yourself for cleaning that was ordered by Open Air! Again, this cleaning was order by open air Open air did not send Anyone from the team to come on sight to oversee the damages & cleaning, Open air Instead instructed me to handle and have cleaned whatever I felt like needed to be cleaned. Then open air reimbursed themselves!!!!!! This is only one example of the lack of follow up and oversight which would be expected from the management company.

They take good care of my home, the guests, and me! They are always on top of repairs, making the home beautiful, and keeping it in good shape. They also diligently screen our guests to make sure that they are good guests respecting the home. We had difficult guests and situations from time to time, they are always responsive and work around the clock to ensure our guests are always left satisfied with great reviews. I am a very busy person and I travel all around the world. I am in and out of LA. I just need to know that my property is in good hands and be able to sleep at night no matter where I am. Whenever I have a request, Brad and his team respond quickly and they always provide good solutions and advice. Before OAH, I was using another property management company that seems bigger and better but they left me with nightmares and feeling unsettled with how they managed my home, received disrespectful party guests, as well as not responding to my communication and I couldn't stay with them for more than 3 months so I truly understand how important it is to have the right team that I can trust. BEWARE and do not book with this company because you could be screwed. He ruined a vacation and has cost us so much heartache. We are currently filing a claim with VRBO. Great outdoor area, comfortable living space, room for everyone to hang and not be on top of each other. I was particularly impressed with Globe Home and Condos. The renting was easy, the agent who met us was delightful, everything was very above board and easy. I spoke to other places and prices kept changing, extra fees mounted up, it was a bit dicey. One thing Globe Homes does is allow you to buy a $45 insurance policy so you don't have to lay down a huge security deposti. It is great. I also appreciated that they got back to me regarding my inquiry quickly. I had many questions and was debating between a few homes and they always gave me a very prompt reply. Other agencies I've used could take days to get back to me and different agents gave me different answers. Globe Home rents in Palm Springs but I noticed they also rent in Venice, Santa Monica and W. Hollywood which is cool since I live in Hollywood and I would use them to rent a place for friends and family who don't fit at our house. The housekeeping and maintenance staff do a wonderful job of maintaining the cleanliness of the properties and ensuring that the amenities and furnishings of each villa (pool, hot tub, etc.) are well kept. PVM properties also offer a sense of privacy, which in combination with the mountain views, makes for a very peaceful stay. The villas are only a short drive from downtown Palm Springs and provide easy access to a slew of restaurants and various activities in the area. I highly recommend that anyone visiting the area choose to stay at one of the many beautiful properties managed by PVM. The Villa de Paz is my favorite of their villas and I almost always stay there on my visits to Palm Springs.

DON'T FART TOO LOUD!!…read more It was Saturday night of Labor Day weekend, around 9:00 in the evening, and we were a group of 50 year old women having a normal conversation in the pool. We were not loud, and we were not playing any music. The neighbors next door to the right (1966) were the source of the issue. They deliberately came outside to record us, listening in on a private conversation and trying to turn it into something it wasn't. Despite the fact that we were simply talking, we were recorded at the property line, and no sound measurement was ever taken. When we tried to discuss the issue calmly, an employee called the police on us stating "non compliance" and even her own coworker questioned why she did that as it was completely unnecessary. The police were called over a quiet poolside conversation at 9:00 on a Saturday night of a holiday weekend. On top of it all, we were hit with a $500 fine for talking in the pool. What made it worse is that we were never given any warning. No one ever came to us and said keep it down, or asked us to move inside, or gave us any chance to adjust. Even after the neighbor complained, which is what started all of this, they skipped straight to putting us out. No conversation, no courtesy, nothing. They just removed us. That was callous, and it showed they were not interested in resolving anything, only in penalizing us. The whole thing felt less like a real noise issue and more like a setup. It is hard not to wonder whether this is part of how they operate: welcome guests in, watch for any excuse, and hit them with fines to pull in extra money on top of the booking. The speed and eagerness to record us, penalize us, and call the police over nothing left us feeling like the fine was the point all along, not our behavior.
