This property management company is an absolute SCAM. They take highly edited marketing photos of their properties which lead the public to believing they are a top notch management company. I assure you this is not the case. My family stayed at one of their properties recently and prior to check in inquired to make sure all AC units were working due to the high extreme heat and the fact we had infant children with us. They confirmed all units were working and we came to find out the AC wasn't working on 100 degree heat. Not to mention a broken bed as well as mouse and rat droppings throughout the house. The place hasn't been cleaned or well maintained in months. We called the maintenance and office several times asking to remedy the situation and all they were capable of providing was a fan. Even when staff showed up to try and repair the place they stated the issues are all due to illegal wiring of additional units and too much power being drawn. The living conditions were inhumane. We several times for assistance due to the fact we had traveled far and paid an arm and a leg for the place and no solution was ever provided or offered. After being forced to stay we asked for a refund and they said cause we ended up staying that we are required to pay for the stay. The company is completely unprofessional and unethical. I would never trust anyone from this company and or business.

I hosted my second annual wellness retreat at the Chateau Dumont, booked through Desert Luxurious Estates. It was amazing. It was clean and spacious, and they were very attentive to my needs and the needs of my guess. They sent a technician when needed. If I couldn't understand how to operate something. I highly recommend booking accommodation through them.

What a special little house! The design is sharp and fun. The house just is fun to walk up to and to be in. You feel that you're living in a piece of well-curated art. The back yard is clean and private. The pool is great! Four of us enjoyed our Palm Springs days so much we really didn't want to leave Jacques Soleil. We will definitely be back. We booked through Airbnb, so we didn't deal too much with the management, DLE. When we did have to, they were a bit slow to respond and said something about not providing liquid hand soap refills, despite every sink in the (expensive) house having (nearly empty, on arrival) matching liquid soap dispensers. Bit weird. But, they came by early the next day with new soap dispensers and turned up the pool. Satisfied. Thank you.

A delightful home with a beautiful estate. My initial reaction was sheer amazement, thinking "Wow, oh my god!" This house never ceased to amaze with its functionality. The design is very thoughtful, boasting a vast green territory equipped with everything one needs for a carefree stay. I'd like to give a special thanks to Desert Luxury Estates. The staff is incredibly polite and responsive, always quick to answer any questions. I was very meticulous in selecting a home, having reviewed numerous options, and I can confidently recommend choosing this house without a second thought. You won't regret it.

I first interviewed Josh Hayes as a potential property manager when the company I was using at the time, began to do nothing more but take calls from my tenants and then pass the problem onto me rather than handling it themselves, which is what I thought I was paying them for. I was very impressed with Josh when I interviewed him and hired him on the spot to take over management of the property, and it could not have been a better decision to make. He is very knowledgeable and competent about the rental real estate market and once a tenant was in place his wife Mai always did an outstanding job of addressing maintenance issues or tenant concerns while only reaching out to me when owner input was absolutely necessary which made the rental property ownership experience much better. They always found tenants for me quickly, and efficiently, in a very professional manner and who were responsible and who paid regularly. Never had a tenant miss a payment! I would highly recommend Hayes Realty for property management! When I decided to sell the property earlier this year, they stepped up to the plate and offered to list it for me, and it was a perfect, smooth, and worry free experience all the way through. I'm use to real estate transactions and escrows being a very stressful and uncertain time and they could not have been more professional and efficient in handling the transaction and getting it closed on time with very little fuss or stress.

After 18 pandemic months of two people (and a dog) almost never leaving, our condo was in bad shape…read moreand desperately needed a deep cleaning. I'm glad I found Green Palms. I set up an appointment from their Facebook page and less than a week later had an absolutely first-rate team of two waiting at the door. In five hours, they transformed the place--washing the windows, cleaning the white-tile floors, scrubbing down the kitchen, and cleaning the truly filthy oven (which we'd inherited from the previous tenants and only made worse!). I'm especially impressed by how they got stubborn hard-water and mineral-deposit stains out of the bathrooms. They even went above and beyond and cleaned the back patio and enclosed courtyard, as well as, upon request, replacing some kitchen-ceiling lightbulbs. The team brought their own supplies, including vacuum, mop, and broom. I felt comfortable enough to leave them on their own, so it was especially dramatic to leave a very lived-in house and come home to a gleaming one. The quoted rate was more than reasonable and worth every penny. I'm looking forward to having them back, probably on a regular basis.

BEWARE! This company will steal your application/screening fees and not get back to you for a week…read moreand a half with a denial! Applied for a home on a Friday. Messaged them on Tuesday for a status update. Was told they would get back to me "ASAP" the following day. My wife called twice and I emailed three times. Never heard a word. Finally threatened to contact the AG and CA Real Estate Board. A week and a half later, they send me a denial letter (five days after I demanded a refund on the application fees and 10 days after we had applied. These people are crooks!! Believe the negative reviews because they are farming application fees!

We trusted Xepco to rent our vacation property in Palm Springs…read more We had a clear "no pet policy" in our Property Management Agreement with Xepco, which was included in the Lease Agreement with the tenant prepared by Xepco. The tenant was in our unit from April 2022 until February 2025. We are now spending over $43,000 to remove and replace everything damaged by animal urine and feces in our condo. This included 3-feet of drywall in MOST of the unit and ALL of the flooring. We just learned from one of the neighbors in the complex that the tenant had 4 puppies and a cat. In our opinion, one of two things happened: - Xepco did not know how to enforce a "no pet policy", or - Xepco did not care enough to enforce the "no pet policy". Honestly, we don't know which is worse. We are just heartbroken to see the property we've enjoyed for over 20 year in the current state that it is. Attached are some photos showing some of the damages (taken by Xepco) and some of the remediation (taken by me). The unit is currently being restored to its original state. I wanted to hire the best and decided on Ryson. Jason and Ryan are incredibly hard working. Sometimes I send emails in the middle of the night and feel bad because I know they will still respond quickly. Yes, they have a pre-set onboarding process, but I found it to be very professional. I wanted to open at lighting speed because I had been delayed so long with the pool construction. I bought a lot of things that just weren't needed like duvet covers that weren't white or pillow cases that were special and only in a set of two and those had to go. That was disappointing, but we didn't want sheets in the photos that were impossible to replace. It's better to have things done perfectly so your first guests will be 10 star happy and ours were. The consistent comments I get from guests are that the management company is quick to respond and resolve problems. From their website identify their properties and look at the reviews there and on Airbnb. Many of the comments will not only compliment the house, but also Ryson typically it's related to communication, problem resolution or cleanliness. I've had pool issues and after many months of dead ends, they helped me get to the bottom of the problem. With our city getting serious about neighbor complaints, I'm not worried because I know Ryson will be on top of it. We had one group during Cochella that was playing meditation music so loud that I got a call from the neighbors in the middle of the night. Ryan let them know that they would be out there right away and if he could hear the music from the exterior of the home he would immediately terminate the stay if the guests didn't comply. They were also protective to ensure the safety of their cleaning staff. It cost me money, but I respect that. If staff are treated well, they will take care of the home well. No management company is perfect. It's a demanding job with lot of surprises every day. We look at the house as a business. It doesn't have to be my way, it just needs to be safe, beautiful, professionally managed and provide our guests with a great experience.
