Booked this hotel because we wanted to stay overnight before heading to Indian Wells Tennis Garden the next day for the BNP Paribas Open. Were luckily upgraded to a suite from a one king. Room was pretty good. This is a fairly newer hotel, so the decor was pretty nice. Suite was just a bigger room that didn't have a door separating the bedroom from the living area. Very comfortable bed! Bathroom is nice, especially with the big walk-in shower. Staff here were friendly, although it was basically limited to check-in since we got there so late. Did get some free waters because of my status. Location is right off the freeway and is next to some stuff. But I mean, we definitely didn't come all this way to just go to KFC or Jack in the Box. Did take advantage of the free breakfast though! It was pretty standard fare with eggs and your usual, nothing particuarly special. Parking is free, which is not a guarantee with a lot of hotels these days. Overally, it got the job done for staying overnight. Better than the previous Fairfield Inn that I stayed at in Palm Desert because it is a newer hotel.

Really nice and helpful staff. The A/C works wonderfully. I would definitely recommend and return if passing through! :)

I thought this was place was pretty good for a Fairfield. Clean rooms, friendly staff, good amount of options for breakfast and the view from the pool is pretty breathtaking with the mountains in the backdrop. Gym is open 24 hours which is a plus, plenty of on site parking. Pool has limited hours. For breakfast there was egg, bacon or sausage (not both), cereal, yogurt, fruits and oatmeal with a dozen topping options. Had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Will definitely stay again at this hotel and location, highly recommend. Awesome value for the money. Nice, clean comfortable room. Check in and out very quick. Friendly professional customer service. Excellent free breakfast with many choices. Easy to park and get to room. Slept soundly. Comfortable bed and nice restroom as well.

Friendly and helpful service from the front dest to the room staff. The room was clean, comfortable, and check-in was easy with no hassles, It's the perfect place to rest your head overnight. No strange bugs or funky smells, or staff trying to get into your room without knocking. Everything worked (tv, hot water, etc.) and the room came fully stocked (tissue, toilet paper, clean towels, etc.) No frills but no surprises. A solid stay.

My husband and I took my grandpa to Indio to casino hop. We needed just a simple, clean hotel with great amenities. Fairfield by Marriott was the perfect choice. We loved the pool, and the room was spacious for 3 people. The decor is modern and trendy. We appreciated the free breakfast in the morning. We would definitely stay here again.

But the overall stay felt like something was lacking. When I asked to check out and a print out, they weren't able to. For late check out they charge per hour. Even as a Hilton Honors member. Felt like i was put on the back burner for sure. 4/5 Room Room size is spacious with a king bed. And pull out couch. However there was no remote for the TV, weird. The mattress felt a bit old and worn out. 3/5 Breakfast Food options were mediocre at best. Waffles, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, bagels and fruit. I've stayed in hotels and the weekday menu has slightly less options compared to the weekend but this just felt like less overall. 5/5 Parking Lots of spots around the property. They even have a few plug in spots for those electric cars. Overall a newer hotel, with options to eat out nearby. 3.5 to 4 on the stay. Psalm 88:1, God bless

Breakfast is included daily, and there's a weekly reception in case you're staying longer. This property's best attribute is its location- lots of shopping & food choices nearby. The location is about halfway between Palm Springs and the park entrances at Joshua Tree and Chuckwalla. I also really liked the large outdoor seating area, sort of a courtyard shared with the enclosed pool space. With the shade structures and the pleasant California climate, it made a great spot to sit with a mobile device. Negatives: The property is a bit dated. Shower water pressure is relatively low. Other thoughts: It's a long walk around the hotel, take a shortcut through the pool area. Your kitchen table is also your desk in the smaller room, which might not be ideal if a multiple people need to work at the same time. For the pricing and location, no complaints.

Lots of the pool chairs looked like they've seen better days as well as hallways and other common areas. The thing that was the most off putting is the pool seems like it's turned into a public pool. But there are some things I think they can improve on, rather the whole company, and because of this I'm giving it 4.5 stars. I'll start with what they can improve on: their "highly suggested" sales pitch disguised as an owner update meeting. Now I know it comes with the territory but is something I do not look forward to. Most times they go over the 1 hour time slot and turns into a sales pitch to buy more and make it seem like you're foolish for not seeing the value. It hasn't been so bad at this location but just a reminder that people are on vacation and they would rather not be spending time in a meeting when there's relaxing to do! Ok I'm done with that, now on to all the things I like about this location. This property is slightly tucked away behind homes and a golf course, giving it a private feel. The entire property is very well maintained with staff walking around the property at all times. There is also so much to do, including the main attraction - the lazy river, pools, tennis, pickleball, basketball, shuffleboard and a fantastic entertainment room and gym. There are also many grills scattered throughout the property as well as seating areas. And my favorite, the on-site spa which I've always had such a good experience at. They have decent priced massages and they do a great job. I must also mention the rooms; they are spacious and comfortable and provide all the amenities that you need including all kitchen utensils and washer/dryer. Many if not all also have very nice views from the balcony. This is a truly excellent property where anyone can find what they're looking for in a vacation.

Because it was the weekend of the Coachella music festival, the entire resort was full and it was extremely busy. Check in was quick and easy with friendly staff. Since it is a WorldMark location, we were offered the timeshare presentation (marketed as a "tour of the property"); we politely declined and they never bothered us again about it. The following items really annoyed me and I am not sure whether this is the norm or if it was because it was busy and the resort was full. - The resort DOES NOT provide additional towels. You can only replace dirty towels by calling housekeeping and trading your dirty towels for new ones. I have never seen a resort/hotel do this and did not like this practice. Just really annoying. - The resort does not offer housekeeping, even though we stayed for 4 nights! Our room was never cleaned as a result and we had to take the trash out ourselves. I even tried leaving the trash outside my door so that housekeeping can just grab it, but I found that it was just left there all day. Some other cons... - The AC does not work in the bedrooms. It is strong in the living rooms, but there is no air in the bedrooms for some reason. Being in the desert, it was sooo hot getting up to the high 90s outside. AC is necessary! - The food in the market/cafe is pretty mid... With WorldMark Indio being a large well-known resort in the area, I would expect the cafe food to be better. Pro though - I like that they have a market/cafe; definitely helpful to get a quick lunch in before heading to Coachella. - The security becomes very aggressive if you do not have their resort wristbands on. I accidentally left mine in the room on the first day and was almost not let back onto the property even though I could tell them my full name with ID... The best and really the only PRO I can tell you about is that there are shuttles here that take you to the festival! It is run by a private company called LF Festivals. It is very convenient and costs $145 per person. It is expensive but it was convenient and made it so that we had one less thing to think about. One thing they could work on though is the wait times. I waited over an hour sometimes to get onto a shuttle since the line was so long. Sometimes though there was no wait and I got onto a van immediately. Okay, I know I have a lot of negatives to say but it's a solid place to stay. I guess I just had high expectations because of the high price. Overall, nearly every staff I interacted with was very friendly and helpful and the front desk is quick to answer the phone when you need assistance with something. The room was clean and there is a microwave, fridge, freezer, and stove. Very convenient.
