We have been using Vidal's cleaning services for several years already, ever since launching our Airbnbs. She and her team have continuously proven themselves reliable, efficient, and have really looked after our vacation rentals. Vidal's always been transparent with us as well, and we appreciate her strong communication skills. Maids to Clean offers very good pricing for the value, well worth it for the quality of cleans. They let us know when we're running low on supplies and they really go the extra mile noticing the details, which we appreciate. I really like that they offer special services like deep cleans as well as refresh options on top of their regular cleaning for good pricing. Her team manages a number of Airbnbs in the area, so I'm always impressed by how quickly they can turnover our homes in time for guests to arrive, even during busy tournament/festival times. I highly recommend this team to those looking for reliable cleaners.

I'd much rather support a small business than give my money to a big corporation. The customer service was definitely way better than dealing with a big company. We had one question when we got to the house and we had our own specific contact at Deja Blue who responded immediately. We also let them know that we had a baby and they made sure the house had a pack and play for us to use there. I would highly recommend this company and we will be booking through them again the next time we are in the Palm Springs area.

We live in British Columbia, Canada, and recently…read morerented a unit from Best Rental Properties at Palm Desert Resort Country Club for the month of November 2022. The owner insisted it be paid in CASH and we sent him a bank draft as we are in Canada, for $4800 US - that in itself should have alerted us to a problem! We knew that it was non-refundable under the specific rental conditions. A week before we were due to be in the unit, my husband had a medical emergency (ended up in ER) and was told by our doctor not to travel. The owner said that if he was able to rent the same unit for any amount of time during the one month that we had booked it for, he would refund us that amount. Great. No problem. He said he would list it again. He never did! Then he put another renter (who asked to be moved closer to a pool because their unit wasn't as well located, and thereby making the unit that we had rented now "unavailable." So now he was making it harder to rent any other unit other than the one our contract was for. Instead of showing any kind of compassion or "doing the right thing," he has continually said that he will not refund us any portion of our paid amount. In our numerous email exchanges (where I have been nothing but polite and to the point), he chose to swear and use derogatory language. What kind of business owner does that?? We would have even been happy with half our rental money returned, but no, he is keeping the entire amount for himself even though the unit we rented had actually been "rented." We filed a complaint with the BBB, and are still in that process. We have seriously considered taking this man to small claims court, but that would be another added expense for me to fly down from British Columbia, stay in a hotel, all the while having my husband not being able to fly and still ill. As it is, we have lost $4800 already (apparently he is returning our $500 security deposit, but after over a month, that has not yet been returned!). I hope no one else ever rents with this company as you are taking a huge risk with your money!

    Poorly managed company. Stayed in a lovely property for 30 days. A week after check out we get a…read moreHUGE bill for a cleaning fee that was built into the price. We sent videos and photos of the home upon check out, which we left in cleaner condition than when we received it. The home was dusty and covered in hair when we checked in. They were billing us for 3 extra hours of cleaning when we cleaned prior to leaving (washing towels, sheets, dishes etc before vacating). They also got incorrect dates of our pool heat during the holidays. Honestly, they need to either hire more people or actually hire competent people. Will not rent another property from them and will stick with Acme House instead. UPDATED - Company is so worried they took down the Google review. Poor business practices. Honestly the home was left CLEANER than when we checked in. Note, upon check in we didn't mention this as we just cleaned ourselves (long black hair everywhere, stains on sheets and towels, dust in corners etc). Physically our dog is too big to fit under any of the beds in this property so please do your homework prior to accusing guests. Instead of gaslighting, you should actually take the time and care to review videos and pictures guest provide to you upon checkout. Perhaps then maybe you'd stop mixing up your properties (in reference to pool heating). Keep in mind reviews on Yelp are from clients vs guest which speaks VOLUMES... Again, use Acme House vs this company on your next visit to Palm Springs. The end.

They are energetic and resourceful. True team players. Whenever we need to communicate with them, they respond quickly. It's so nice to have such a talented management team, take care of everything. Whatever issue the property might have, their resources correct it quickly & effectively. Both Manny & Robert are "hands on" managers.     Do not book with AMG. I became seriously ill from mold exposure in one of their properties -- and…read morethe way they handled it was negligent, dishonest, and downright disgraceful. I booked a 6-week stay at 2545 S Gene Autry Trail Unit E. Shortly after arriving, I became severely sick. It was a type of illness I recognized from previous mold exposure, but significantly worse. My doctor urged me to have the home tested -- the results showed the property was hazardous and unfit for occupancy due to toxic mold. I had to leave immediately for my health and safety. I informed management, who acknowledged the situation and assured me they would collect and safely store the four packages I had ordered before leaving. That was over a month ago. Since then, I've dealt with 39 back-and-forth emails and two long drives -- totaling four hours -- based on false assurances that the packages had been retrieved and were ready for pickup. I was repeatedly told they were "secured at the office," only to arrive and be told they were somewhere else -- once in "Building B," once supposedly "in the mailbox," and eventually that they'd been mailed back to the sender. Why was I lied to so many times? To cover up carelessness, laziness, and complete incompetence. At no point did AMG take responsibility for their disorganization or their failure to follow through on basic communication. I made it extremely clear I was driving a long distance to retrieve these packages. They wasted my time, lied repeatedly, and left me empty-handed. Worse, they have never removed the mold-infested property from their website and are still actively listing it for new guests. When I briefly returned to retrieve my items, the house had dead bugs in the entryway. It was clearly uninhabitable, but they continue to rent it out anyway. My main contact was Julia Charbonneau, and I also corresponded with Brianna Collingwood. Neither showed a basic level of competence or care. This company is careless, dishonest, and dangerously unprofessional. If you value your health -- or even just your time -- stay far away. There are plenty of better-run rental platforms in the desert, including Airbnb and Furnished Finder.
