Honored to be the first to review this place! Honestly, I was almost hesitant because I've stumbled…read moreupon a little slice of heaven, and part of me wanted to keep it to myself--but this gem is too good not to share. I first learned about it while scrolling on the Nextdoor app, where I saw a post about hydrotherapy--something my fiancée has been interested in. The post came from Marcy (IG: @mgcxwellness), who partners with Holbrook to teach classes for the residents of this beautiful community. She was quick to share all the details, and when I learned the first session was free, I booked a Thursday appointment right away. When you arrive, you'll register at the front desk (first visit) and check in on future visits. The property is stunning--ample parking, valet service, a Starbucks, a movie theater, fruit-infused water stations, a pool, a saltwater pool, a heated elevation treadmill pool (my first experience here), a Zen room, a sauna... the list goes on. Everything is spotless and well-maintained. The hydrotherapy with Marcy is always a treat--the water is crystal clear, the atmosphere relaxing, and the benefits are incredible. But here's the kicker--and the reason I had to write this review--you can actually sign up to use the facility's amenities for just $50 a month! That's right: pool access, sauna, gym, and more (classes with Marcy are separate) for less than what some gyms charge just for basic equipment. Speaking of the gym, it's spacious, well-equipped, and impressive even to someone like me who works out regularly. This place is the ultimate wellness retreat, and now that I'm a member, I'm officially detoxing in style. If you're looking for luxury amenities, relaxation, and an unbelievable value--check this place out. You'll thank me later.

I used my Premier membership for a full-body massage with therapist Kiesha, and she did an excellent job working out the kinks and knots in my shoulders. I left feeling far more aligned than when I arrived. I also had a facial with Videta, which was absolutely amazing. My skin felt hydrated, even-toned, and glowing afterward. I'm looking forward to continuing to work with her to improve my overall skin health. Self-care and self-confidence are very important to me, and I love that I can consistently see results and feel genuinely cared for at this location.

It's obvious that this spa ensures they have quality therapist on staff. This was one of the first times-- since a traumatic injury that pains me everyday--that a massage therapist actually focused on that area properly after asking where I needed support at. She actually listened. It's the next day and that already feels a million times better. I couldn't help but think during the massage if two people were massaging me at once because my massage therapist was so skilled with her technique that she focused on multiple areas at once. I had such an amazing experience and I already booked my next appointment! Thank you Spavia and thank you Ribquah

The space itself was clean, serene, and beautifully maintained, which really added to the overall sense of relaxation. Everything felt intentional, from the service to the ambiance. Check in was quick and efficient. The young woman who gave me my tour was so kind and thoughtful. I spent some time in the sauna and relaxation room before my service. The hot drink of the morning was peppermint tea. PERFECT. The tech took such great care of me - one of the best spa mani/pedis I have had in YEARS!!! I'll definitely be back and recommend going earlier in the day if you prefer a quieter and less crowded experience. This place was packed by noon.

Disappointing experience. Service started off well. I booked…read morea 2-hour "Iyashi Signature Full Body Massage" online. Upon arrival, I was greeted and seated in the waiting area with my feet in a tub of warm water--plain water, no scents or additives. I didn't think much of it. I was given a sheet to mark my preferences: pressure level, areas to focus on, and what I did not want. I selected medium pressure, clearly marked NO stretching, and indicated focus areas on the body diagram: neck and shoulders, low back, quads, calves, and feet. I also chose the stress-relief aroma, though I never smelled any aroma during the service. Once called in, I used the restroom and was guided to a private room. The first therapist, a woman, was wonderful--attentive, good pressure, and responsive when I asked for adjustments. She started with a massage over the sheet and then added oil for my back. The first half of the service was genuinely great. Then, midway through, I heard the door open and quiet rustling. No one said anything, and I immediately felt a different pair of hands. A moment later, a male voice spoke, which surprised me because no one informed me of a therapist switch. I don't mind male therapists, but a heads-up is the bare minimum. Despite me clearly marking NO stretching, he grabbed my arms and pulled them backward while I was face down. I said "ow, please put me down." He continued stretching me in a way that felt rough and careless. When he lifted my arms, my bare chest also lifted, and he was positioned directly in front of me, which made me feel extremely exposed. When he finally put me down, I decided to just let the moment slide instead of escalating it. The rest of his portion felt rushed and inattentive--he barely addressed the areas I marked (especially neck and shoulders), mostly rustling through my hair. The foot massage was okay, but he dropped my legs down abruptly afterward. He also broke my hair clip, threw it away without asking, and didn't apologize. When I checked out, I told the front desk girl I was unsatisfied. She told me I should have spoken up during the service--except there was clearly a language barrier, and the situation made it hard to advocate for myself in the moment. I also mentioned the broken hair clip, and for that, she offered a 5% discount. Can't say I'd return. The first lady was great, though I didn't catch her name. Unfortunately, the bald male therapist completely ruined what started as a promising experience.
