Not one visible improvement. It feels like I threw my money away. At the 3‑month check‑in, when I said I wasn't seeing any changes, they tried to show me "under the skin" results on a photo. That was never what they sold me. They promised visible results in the mirror, not invisible ones on a screen. It felt like a complete bait‑and‑switch. They also make it very clear they don't offer refunds, but they claim they'll "make every effort to make it right." That is absolutely not true. After the 6‑month mark, I called and spoke to the manager and was told I would get a call within 2 days. No one ever did. I called again the following week and got no answer at all. Zero follow‑through, zero accountability. This entire experience has been a waste of money and a huge disappointment. I feel misled, ignored, and taken advantage of. I would not recommend Blue Divine to anyone.

He tried to explain the various options for memberships but in a way that was very unclear. When I went in today, I asked to apply my facial to the membership at payment, thinking that I can do that based on conversation with Kyle as this is my first service there. Kyle said that wasn't possible because the membership would have had to be established before. This was never explained in his convoluted mumbo jumbo that made no sense at all. It's too bad. I'm not sure if this spa is trying to be shady or if it's just Kyle. Regardless, I don't like feeling that I'm on a slippery slope with billing like this. Won't be going back! I'm very disappointed to be writing this post because I thought I'd finally found an aesthetician…read morethat could help me with my skin issues. But something happened over my last two visits to this place that absolutely ruined my skin. I had scarring from persistent back acne that I used to have and went in for a chemical peel to help lighten it up. Some kind of chemical was used in the treatment that felt WAY too hot, causing me to physically wince and cry out. I made it clear to the aesthetician that whatever it was was too hot on my skin and felt like it was burning much more than it should. It is normal to feel a slight burning sensation during a peel but NOT to the degree that this was. Over the course of the peeling process a large scar formed over this area and showed bright skin pink like you have with a deep cut. I was concerned but was assured that it would heal and go back to normal. What has instead happened two months later is an even deeper scar that was NEVER there before. Had I not gone in for this treatment there would be absolutely nothing in that area of my back. My skin looked 10 times better before I went in for this. My mother noticed what was going on and was concerned. I went back a second time to express my concern and get a peel to see if the lightening would improve. It didn't. It's even darker than it appears in pictures. These treatments are expensive ($150+) and I should without a doubt be improving not regressing. Words can not express how disappointed I am with Eryn and her service and feel like I am starting back at square one with my skin. I will never give my money to this place again and encourage you to do the same.
