She is wonderful and one of the main reasons I've stayed. The front desk seems to have constant issues with its system. I've signed up for both text and email appointment reminders, but I never receive them despite mentioning it multiple times. In fact, today I called to confirm my appointment since I hadn't received a reminder, and I was told I didn't even have one scheduled. Thankfully, they had a later opening available. The front desk experience is also very inconsistent. Some staff members are incredibly kind and helpful, while others seem like they don't want to be there. If the office could resolve the ongoing technical issues and provide more consistent customer service, I would gladly give it five stars.

Reviews looked good so I scheduled. I don't know how it is for all the waxers but Jody was a MACHINE. She was so fast I think I was in and out in less 10 minutes. Jody was kind and helpful and talked through everything. I thought it was interesting this salon provides a hot towel at the end for you to wipe yourself down with. It was a nice extra touch. I had booked my appointment online, which requires a CC to book because if you don't come to the appointment or do not cancel within a certain time you get charged. Which I totally understand! I booked a 6pm appointment the same day. Luckily I checked my email before I left my house (I get so much spam it's hard to stay on track), but they just randomly cancelled my appointment out of the blue. First- why would you not call your customer the same day?? I thought maybe it was a staffing thing, so I called to confirm. They told me it was MY FAULT because I cancelled too many times in the past - 12 times over 8 years!!! As someone who had been going there for 8 years + you would think a phone call or email explaining this would be nice. They said I would no longer be able to book online which is absurd. I'm not going to risk waiting in a walk in appointment. The lack of communication and treatment is truly terrible.
