I've also noticed a continued issue with lash retention. I have been getting my lashes done for years so I know all about upkeep and do my part to ensure I protect my investment. Unfortunately I have to leave a negative review. I had two separate instances of my lashes not holding up as they should have. I decided to try a new tech Tamara today. I booked a two week volume fill. I visited just before Christmas and came back a few days into the New Year. I was not contacted prior to my appointment to be told that I would not be able to do this. Mind you, I booked a few days in advance. Instead once I was at her station with product on my eyes, that's when she mentioned that I only had a few lashes left on my left eye and since I visited in December I'd have to do a full set. This is predatory behavior. I showed you a photo of what I wanted. Before service or during the time you walked in or when I discussed what I wanted was the time to bring this up so I can decide if I still want to move forward. NOT when my eyes are shut. Furthermore, I found her to be less than hospitable. There was no one in the shop when I came in. I went to the restroom so I know that. The lady at the front desk with purple hair notified me when I returned that Tamara knew I'd arrived. She comes through the door Stanley cup in hand and doesn't even acknowledge me. She goes to her station and a few minutes later, walks up to me and says "I'm ready for you now." Manners have truly gone out of the door. This was my FIRST time working with her. A simple hello when she walked in and walked past me would have sufficed instead she completely acted like I wasn't there. This is Atlanta lash techs are a dime a dozen. The relationship you build with clients is imperative to maintain business and a good reputation. Unfortunately, I will not be patronizing her again because I found her rude and her attempt to get more money out of me was predatory. I'll either work with another tech or find a different salon. This place focuses a LOT on pricing and not enough on ensuring customers are treated with kindness or at the least, respect. I've worked in customer facing roles, I would ALWAYS acknowledge a client. I'm disappointed to say the least.

The facility was clean and another tech greeted me as soon as I walked in and let me know Jessica was in traffic but would be in shortly. The set although fuller than I wanted(it looked more like mega volume than volume) looked nice as far as style and retention was great. It was just too dense for my liking. During the appointment, the technician frequently left to check on her son, make phone calls, and grab snacks, which extended the service from the scheduled 2 hours to a little over 3. This made the experience feel less luxurious, especially since she didn't wear a mask and there was a noticeable smell of smoke, food, and strong perfume/lotion fragrance, making it difficult for me to relax. Additionally, the open-door suites meant that there was chatter among the technicians, which was distracting. It would have been great if the technician had engaged more with me during the service. Overall, I likely would only return as a last resort.

I am a strip lash girlie but I decided to try lash extensions bc I was going to FL for my bday. I figured the lash extensions would help cut down on my get ready time in the mornings on vacation. I found them through instagram and really liked how their lashes and eyebrows compared to a lot of other places I looked at. I also wanted to get henna brows to further decrease my get ready time while I was traveling. I showed them a pic from their instagram of the style I wanted. I also showed a pic of myself in the style of strips I usually wear. Most refer to them as wispy or fairy styles. So I decided on volume lash with spikes and henna brows. What I ended up with was......a volume lash. All the lashes relatively close in length. The lashes pretty much began to shed by the time I got home two hours later. Mind you, all I did was go out to eat. They were out of black henna so I had to do tint instead. My brows looked pretty lackluster compared to the brows I've seen on their ig. I have relatively full eyebrows but the tail is pretty thin. Basically, my eyebrows looked the same just slightly darker. Almost $300 (with tip) and less than a week later, all the lashes were gone. Every time I blinked it seemed like I lost a lash cluster. my eyebrows were back to their every day look within the week too...and even with them being done, I had to use my dip brow to fill them and and adjust the tail while on my trip. I followed all the care tip instructions....no water,no oil. Bought lash bath as suggested. Went out and bought a cosmetic fan the same night. I'm so disappointed. I limited water contact even after the 48 hour waiting period. I could've just worn my strip lashes at the beach for my trip and they would've held up just fine. I didn't complain at the time my services were done because even though it wasn't quite what I wanted or expected, everything still looked nice. The tech seemed nice and it was getting late. She did tell me they had a 48 hour correction policy before leaving the store. I told her I was leaving to go out of town in 24 hours. Because the shedding of the lashes were so bad, I did decide to reach out to her within the 48 hours to see what kind of help or suggestions she had. She responded back almost a week later and offered to redo my lashes. All I needed to do was text her after 5 to confirm. I text her no response. A week later I DMed her again on instagram to let her know I text her...and now a few day later no response to that. It sucks that you don't truly know what you're getting until you've paid and walked out the door.
