Within the Lux Med Spa group is an esthetician who claims to specialize in laser treatment mostly for face and neck. Her name is Natasha. Under any circumstances, DO NOT allow this woman to laser your face. This is rather personal, but I know for a fact that she is on cocaine, meth and a slew of drugs. She parties a lot, and I witnessed her doing these drugs after boasting that she is a medical laser esthetician. I am also in healthcare. I have spent most of my life dedicated to my patients. It is only a matter of time before someone gets hurt by this woman. PS, this is a public service announcement. I am not attempting to harm Natasha, but she needs help. Those who hide it so well need the most help.

From booking the appointment, appt. confirmations, to being greeted, to signing in, to treatment and catching up. I knew Kelsey from Spa Sydell and so happy she moved to this office! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by how welcoming and modern the space is. Suzette was super friendly and even assisted me while she was taking a call. It's so sleek and beautiful, and you immediately feel like you're in the best hands. I came in for Botox. The staff made me feel so comfortable and explained every step of the process. The Nurse Practitioner Kelsey (Inked NP) who administered the Botox was not only incredibly skilled but also made sure I understood exactly what was going to happen, which really eased my nerves. The procedure was quick, painless, and I can already see results within a few days! My skin is absolutely glowing! The results are beyond what I expected! My skin looks smoother, and my fine lines are almost gone. I feel like I have a refreshed, younger version of myself, but still completely natural - just the way I wanted it. Each time I've gotten Botox, it's always uneven, requires a 'fix' and the injectors seem to only have a couple of years experience which is quite obvious. While, the prices are attractive, my experience has pushed me to pay more at a Derm or surgeon practice. Maybe you should look into hiring more experienced professionals who have several years of experience under their belt.
