First, the pricing is completely misleading. Their website clearly lists a couples massage for $90 (and I have a screenshot to prove it). However, when it came time to pay, they charged $130 instead. That's a huge difference, and it feels dishonest and deceptive. Second, they aggressively pressured us to tip. Tipping should be based on service and left to the customer's discretion -- it should never feel forced or bullied. To make matters worse, they placed us in a room that I'm almost certain doubles as a break room. It did not feel professional, clean, or prepared for paying customers. The most unacceptable part of the entire experience was when the female masseuse slapped my butt and laughed. That is completely inappropriate and unprofessional. I did not come here to be touched in that manner. A massage should feel safe and respectful -- this did not. Overall, this was uncomfortable, misleading, and unprofessional from start to finish.
