First, the pricing is completely misleading. Their website clearly lists a couples massage for $90 (and I have a screenshot to prove it). However, when it came time to pay, they charged $130 instead. That's a huge difference, and it feels dishonest and deceptive. Second, they aggressively pressured us to tip. Tipping should be based on service and left to the customer's discretion -- it should never feel forced or bullied. To make matters worse, they placed us in a room that I'm almost certain doubles as a break room. It did not feel professional, clean, or prepared for paying customers. The most unacceptable part of the entire experience was when the female masseuse slapped my butt and laughed. That is completely inappropriate and unprofessional. I did not come here to be touched in that manner. A massage should feel safe and respectful -- this did not. Overall, this was uncomfortable, misleading, and unprofessional from start to finish. I'm writing this as a warning to others. Save your money and go somewhere that values professionalism and respects its customers. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

I left the room and told the masseuse that I had booked a 90 minute massage. She said that I had arrived 30 minutes late so she only gave me a 60 minute one. I corrected her that I had, in fact, arrived early for my massage. After a few minutes of confusion, she said "get back on the table, I'll work it out." I got undressed again and she finished the massage. But the interruption, having to get dressed, undressed and then redressed completely ruined the experience. When I mentioned this to the woman at the front desk, she barely said a word, and charged me for the 90 minutes (although the dressing/undressing lost about 10 minutes of time). I would NEVER go back to this place. I thought they handled this very unprofessionally (in fact not at all). The masseuse should know how long their customers are there for BEFORE they start, and OHANA should have compensated me for my lost time and not great experience.

Here are all the other points as to why I absolutely loved my facial with Annie: 1) Painless extractions 2) The steam is gentle and not overwhelming 3) She uses a vacuum that sucks up all the dirt and grime from clogged pores (my problem area was my t-zone) 4) She moisturizes your hands 5) She throws in really nice massages for the hands, arms, shoulders, neck, and head 6) I could see a HUGE difference with my skin afterwards 7) She didn't try to push any expensive products and regimens on me 8) It's been over 24 hours and I haven't had any breakouts as a result of the facial (normal but not preferred)
