From our very first session I knew I was going to continue to see her. She is very warm and welcoming, my first visit she made it clear that my comfort was her priority. I was amazed when she was able to tell I had other difficulties within my body (without me telling her) just through working on my feet. I was also dealing with some difficulties with my lymphatic system that made me unbelievably tired every day no matter what I ate, how much I slept or anything. She has helped with my back pain, restored so much energy and I have not gotten sick as often as I was. She has also helped me emotionally, we have had some sessions that felt like therapy and we have worked through things I didn't know I needed to work through. I still see her regularly and I recommend her services regularly! She is an important part in my physical and mental wellness, I am so grateful I found her! I always look forward to seeing her, she is such a beautiful woman inside and out!

Had a very good deep tissue massage with cupping and hot stones at Bliss…read more I found them on Groupon but called directly to see if they would honor Groupon's price, which they did. I was able to make a next-day appointment. The employee who answered the phone and made the appointment was very nice and accommodating. Within minutes of me booking my appointment over the phone, she texted me a confirmation and the location details, which was extremely helpful. There was even a picture. I arrive the next day for my massage. Well, the outside is a bit unsuspecting, the inside is quaint and comfortable. The set up is very similar to the types of massage and reflexology spas that she would find in places like Chinatown or K-Town (pick a city). There are small rooms with curtain doorways down the hall. Each room has a bed, a couple shelves, and just enough space for the masseuse to navigate around. My masseuse, whose name I unfortunately, did not catch, started with my back. After giving me a nice massage, which was about a half step lighter than I would have liked in terms of pressure, she applied the cups. After the cups were on, she began massaging other parts of my body. The hot stones were only used on my back and neck while I was faced down. I did ask for deeper pressure at various points. The pressure was pretty good, but it wasn't as deep as I would've liked. The deepest pressure I felt was in my shoulder blades, and that was actually very nice. But for my legs, I definitely should've asked for even more pressure. I didn't want to go too hard because after asking twice, I wasn't sure if she could even go any harder. Lol. The spa is clean. And they are very transparent with pricing. They are also very accommodating and will do things like get you water before and after. When I made the appointment, I was also asked if I had a gender, preference, which I appreciate. Next time, I may opt for a man. They tend to be a little bit rougher, which is what I need sometimes. All in all, though, this was a pretty good massage. The spa was clean, and everyone was very nice.

While traveling for work, I found myself in desperate need of a massage. Luckily, I was able to…read morebook an appointment online for the next day, even late at night, which was super convenient. Candace Parker was my assigned massage therapist. I was a bit skeptical at first due to the availability on such short notice, but my doubts quickly disappeared once the massage began. I'm a fan of deep tissue massages, and Candace did not disappoint. She had an impressive understanding of how everything connected and managed to work out a lot of my tension. She skillfully used her elbow and body weight at times to really get into the knots. The massage was excellent, and I felt incredibly relaxed afterward. I would definitely return to Candace for another session!

The massage is pricey, all the masseuses have certifications are all nice and professional, "great technique", yet none of them touched my muscles when getting a deep tissue massage. Lots of rubbing and sliding but felt like a sweedish massage. Asking for more pressure did not help. Each time they told me after I should stretch and take salt baths. If stretching and salt baths could fix my pain and tightness I wouldn't be looking for a masseuse.

I had the most insane experience here. I had a Groupon for a…read more1 hour massage that I paid for in advance. The massage itself was fine. I tipped 20% on what the original price would've been. When I arrived I let the clerk know I had an appt for 11:30am that I had scheduled yesterday for today. It didn't exist. But they were able to still get a masseuse. I had offered to come back another time too. She said it would work. When we did the check in I let the clerk know I'm 19 weeks pregnant and if there was any issue with doing the massage because previously a Vietnamese nail salon had refused a foot massage on me due to their beliefs that it can induce early labor. Which I respected. She said no problem. I let her know my Groupon was for a regular 1 hour massage and I was having trouble finding it on the button for check in. She clicked the regular 1 hour massage button for me on my forms as I was getting a normal massage. LET me note that there was a whole other separate section for special maternity massages that she did NOT choose and I did NOT ask for. So on the same page- getting normal massage. The massage in fact was a normal full body massage like any other I have gotten in the 28 years of my life. I checked out after and tipped the masseuse. Then I asked to use the restroom on my way out and as I was walking out the clerk whom I had confirmed everything with earlier had the (I suppose) owner on the phone. Who very bluntly kept asking if I was pregnant "YOU'RE PREGNANT LADY RIGHT??!!?" over and over again and said how I had to pay more because I was pregnant. I told her I got a normal 1 hour massage not a pregnancy massage and she kept fighting me on the phone. She was blunt and rude and I told her I had confirmed my service with the clerk before hand and she even selected normal 1 hour massage on the forms. She kept telling me I need to pay extra because it was a pregnancy massage and I told her it absolutely WAS NOT. She then told me I needed to tell the clerk in advance that I was pregnant and I said many times that I did already. I told her this was absolutely ridiculous of her and they need to state cost of service in advance BEFORE the service and regardless she was just wrong- it was a normal massage and she just wanted more money. I stood my ground because honestly it was absolutely insane to beg for money in a scammy way after I was already done with service, checked out, & tipped. I don't care if I paid $200 for a massage in general but the way this was handled was not professional. I 100% was ready to get the police involved if needed. After I told her you cannot do this she finally said okay next time you have to pay for maternity massage but this time fine. I told her there's not going to be a next time because this is awful service and you needed to learn how to treat people better. I confirmed with the clerk I can go while the lady on the phone rambled on in Chinese and the clerk said yes. So I left and will never return.
