    Update to my review: After posting my review I received a phone call from Celine personally asking…read moreme to edit my review and emphasize how they made it right. So here it is.. YES they did make it right after what seemed to me like they were trying to cover it up at first by wiping the headliner down with cleaner and attempting to try and hide the holes in the headliner by realigning it according to Mark the technician. However I was not satisfied with it and she took the necessary steps to fix it. I understand that she did not have to agree to fix it but she wanted to make it right and that she did! I also understand things happen and no one human is perfect and she also explained to me the insurance process behind the extra claim for repairs. I still feel that my insurance shouldn't have paid for it but it is out of my hands at this point. I can't say I walked away a completely satisfied customer but I'm good with it for now. This is my own personal opinion and review and I'm entitled to that so with that being said this concludes my review for Intellident Shawnee, KS I wish them nothing but the best! This was an experience I hope I never have to go through again! Brand New Jeep Cherokee hit with Hail Damage one week to the day after purchasing. I chose to go with a company outside my select services from my insurance carrier and this is the headache I dealt with. First off they had my Jeep for 3 weeks Dropped it off 6/12/2017 not one phone call or any type of communication on their behalf. Had to let them know we were heading out of town for the Fourth of July weekend. They rushed to half ass put my Jeep back together so they didn't have to pay an extra week for my rental. Upon picking up my Jeep on 6/30/2017 I noticed my interior Headliner had small holes up by my lamp lights, covered in grease spots front to back, side to side, as well as both sun visors and trim pillars around winshield. Not to mention numerous other interior parts that were NOT completely put back together. On This was brought to Owner Celine's attention which she apologized for and agreed that this should have NEVER happened and my Jeep should have NEVER left their shop like this! On 7/05/2017 after the holiday weekend I was back at Intellident where Mark continued putting everything back to how it was supposed to be. Celine AGREED to replace the headliner and trim pillars AT THEIR COST, after all it was THEIR screw up. Took my Jeep back in on 7/21/2017 for headliner replacement and trim pillars, driverside pillar was defective had to reorder it. Took my Jeep back in on 7/25/2017 to replace driverside trim pillar. After all was said and done my insurance initially paid out over $5,000 for dent removal, the only thing that needed replaced on my estimate was trim molding around windows on doors that was all! Then another $1,500 supplement came in from Intellident which my insurance issued payment for. My claim was then closed! Now here it is 7/28/2017 4 WEEKS LATER and my insurance has received yet ANOTHER Supplement claim for $1600 claiming that upon reinstalling the headliner a clip broke therefore it had to be fully replaced not repaired. That however was NOT the case I've been driving my Jeep since picking it up on 6/30/2017 with the old headliner FULLY INTACT! I don't feel that my insurance should have to reimburse them for THEIR SCREW UP! I would recommend taking your vehicle to someone on the list of select services provided by your insurance company to avoid headaches like this in the future! As far as the dent removal process, it exceeded my expectations! But for my Jeep to go in with external damage and come out with internal damage is unacceptable! Yes they made it right but my insurance company is NOT reimbursing them for something that happened while at their repair facility! I could have avoided this headache by listening to my husband and taking it back to the Dealership where I initially purchased it! I Hope nobody else makes the same mistake I did!!

This was the easiest and most Exceptional experience. Crystal actually answers the phone, like real old school service when the phone was on the wall. Crystal even had my insurance claim approved within 15 minutes. She actually took all my information on the phone and then handled it. No requesting "texts only" like Safegurad, no, get back to us when your claim is approved and then hanging up. Yes to honesty and integrity when Lawrence showed up. Lawrence was straight forward and knowledgeable on the type of cracks I had and that that may not be perfect. He advised that drilling the type of chip/crack I had could cause it to spread. He even called Crystal to see if a new windshield was available to replace it, if necessary. But, it didn't crack and it was the best job possible with what I had going on with my chips and cracks. Didn't even sell me a new windshield knowing my insurance covers it. Lawrence had such kind words about Crystal too. (Refreshing;). Lawrence, Crystal and Quality Auto Glass are the shinning star of service, Delivers 1950's customer care with 2026 experience and technology to get the job done right. Exceeded all expectations. Call them and they will pick up the phone with "happy to have your business" attitude and actually sincerely mean it. You too can be treated like a Rock Star, even if you only exist as one, on the road with the stereo cranked! This isn't their Grandma posting and sadly, I wasn't even paid for this review.     I needed some chips repaired in my windshield and Quality Auto Glass did an excellent job! The…read morebiggest chip is now invisible and smaller chips are fixed so no cracking in future, and all for a lower price than the larger companies. The technicians were very friendly and efficient, and explained how they did the repairs. Only reason this isn't a "5" star is scheduling, had a few hiccups but all worked out. Highly recommended!

    Wow, what incredible service! Made an appointment late last night (11pm), for 8am this morning. Got…read morethere 15min early and was greeted by Butch (who would end up doing the repair), told me it would take 3-4hrs to repair the sliding back window on the f250. I told him I had a flight at 1:30 and it there was anything he could do to get it done in time it would be appreciated. Went and waited in their comfortable waiting area (waters, coffee, TV, magazines, toys for kids, etc), settled in for 4hrs. 2.5hrs later, Butch unexpectedly called my name and said he was done. He tried to get me out on time to make my flight. Paid, went outside to check on the repair and get some information on the limited lifetime warranty. Cleaned all the glass out and cleaned all the windows for free. Excellent customer service, I highly recommend this place! Super friendly, quality, professional service.

    A 30 minute job took all day…read more I have mixed feelings about Safelite. The guy that did the windshield was great. The safelite process was terrible. I won't be back. Ever. I dropped off the vehicle the night before. The next day at 11:37am I got a text that the windshield was going in. The other windshield company I use gets a windshield in in about 45 minutes, so at 2:15pm I tried calling the safelite location which didn't go through to the location, so I walked in and was very directly told that I selected an all day appointment and my vehicle would be done around 5 or 6, and that instead of working on one vehicle at a time and getting the job done, they work on all the vehicles at the same time and take all day with all of them. I will not be using Safelite ever again, I was OK with paying a premium price for a basic windshield out of convenience, but this was not convenient. I take care of a fleet of vehicles and get a lot of windshields. Now I know just to call the local windshield place and they can come put a windshield in over my lunch break. This windshield didn't need any calibration or anything. Another reason why it shouldn't have taken all day.
