    What is the use of making and having an appointment? My appointment was at 8:00am Wednesday morning. I got at the location before 8:00am. Checked in as soon as I got there. Got my dog out and put him in his stroller went inside the safelite location to wait. I did wait over the 2 hours. I received a text message stating they had started my windshield replacement at 8:38 am. Around 10:09 got another text message saying they were wrapping up the services. Another10 minutes went by still barely pulling out my truck and parking it to bring in the keys to me. The only reason using safelite auto glass is due to my insurance having them as their place for glass services. Well at least my insurance cover the costs.

    Damaged roof caused by improper installation

    Safelite replaced the drivers window and rear trunk glass on my Tesla model Y after an attempted car jacking. Everything seemed ok at first. The next day i opened the trunk. The glass had been installed improperly and wedged against the glass roof. Cracking it. Immediately, I called customer service and set up a property damage claim. I showed up to my appointment a week later. They pretended to have no idea what I was talking about. Tried to blame me for the damage. Said I had "wedged something" between the two pieces of glass (why would I do that..?) basically tried to think of everything to deny fixing my vehicle. They did not believe the trunk glass caused the damage. So I opened it again. And again, it wedged and caused the roof to cracked even more. Then he went to get his boss. Again. He said. "I didn't see the trunk glass contact the roof". So I opened it once again. Cracks now obvious all the way across the roof...after an hour of arguing at an appointment I had already rescheduled where they were supposed to have a new trunk glass and new glass roof ready to replace. They said. Well. All we could do at this point is replace the trunk and roof...apparently that appointment had only been to argue with me. And not actually replace the roof. Interesting way to do things for sure. I'm still waiting for a call back for an actual appointment to be made...for 1,500$. I expected a little bit better service. Not going to lie

Crystal even had my insurance claim approved within 15 minutes. She actually took all my information on the phone and then handled it. No requesting "texts only" like Safegurad, no, get back to us when your claim is approved and then hanging up. Yes to honesty and integrity when Lawrence showed up. Lawrence was straight forward and knowledgeable on the type of cracks I had and that that may not be perfect. He advised that drilling the type of chip/crack I had could cause it to spread. He even called Crystal to see if a new windshield was available to replace it, if necessary. But, it didn't crack and it was the best job possible with what I had going on with my chips and cracks. Didn't even sell me a new windshield knowing my insurance covers it. Lawrence had such kind words about Crystal too. (Refreshing;). Lawrence, Crystal and Quality Auto Glass are the shinning star of service, Delivers 1950's customer care with 2026 experience and technology to get the job done right. Exceeded all expectations. Call them and they will pick up the phone with "happy to have your business" attitude and actually sincerely mean it. You too can be treated like a Rock Star, even if you only exist as one, on the road with the stereo cranked! This isn't their Grandma posting and sadly, I wasn't even paid for this review.     I needed some chips repaired in my windshield and Quality Auto Glass did an excellent job! The…read morebiggest chip is now invisible and smaller chips are fixed so no cracking in future, and all for a lower price than the larger companies. The technicians were very friendly and efficient, and explained how they did the repairs. Only reason this isn't a "5" star is scheduling, had a few hiccups but all worked out. Highly recommended!
