Autowerks has done work on both our Porsche Cayenne S, and BMW 330Ci. Kat is great at explaining the work, and everything is done correctly.

I didn't expect a call right away although I did get one with all respect it was after business hours so they had the time to really go over everything in detail with me with out interruptions of the phones ringing I was really great full for that ! I can only speak about my experience and I was happy to find them happy they took the time to listen with genuine care and really tried for better news!!!! No business will ever get a 100% review sometimes there will be misunderstanding or interpretation of what we hear or understand . DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE…read more My experience with Littleton Auto has caused me an enormous amount of stress, expense, and lost time. In April 2023, I paid $6,840 to have my Jeep's engine replaced with what I was told was a remanufactured engine. The first engine failed within three months, leaked oil, and did not run correctly. Over the next two years, the shop replaced the engine four times, claiming each replacement was remanufactured. Every engine or installation failed. I returned my Jeep to the shop more than 25 times. Each time, I was told the problem would be fixed, but the vehicle repeatedly came back with oil leaks, poor performance, unusual noises, scrapes, a cracked grille, a damaged windshield-washer reservoir, or other issues. Communication was extremely poor, updates were rare, and the explanations I received from owner Ken Scholl and manager Cody were inconsistent and, in my experience, often untrue. The frequent turnover among mechanics also made it difficult to find anyone who knew what was happening with my vehicle. When I received the Jeep back most recently, it was still leaking oil and running rough. The flywheel cover had not been replaced because the shop said it had been lost. I then took the Jeep to another local repair shop for an independent assessment. I was told that bolts securing the oil pan were broken or loose, the rear main seal had been installed improperly, the timing cover and water pump had been installed with silicone instead of gaskets, and the flywheel cover was missing. I was quoted approximately $2,400 to correct the problems. Although Littleton Auto advertises a lifetime warranty, that warranty has provided no meaningful protection in my case because the problems were never properly resolved. I contacted the shop and asked it to take responsibility for the corrective repairs, but I received the same runaround, and the owner declined to pay. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Littleton Auto. I regret taking my Jeep there and strongly advise others to have their vehicles serviced elsewhere.

I worked here for about two years and eventually worked my way into a lead technician role. For the…read moreamount of responsibility and work expected of me, I felt extremely underpaid and underappreciated. I was making $21/hour while being expected to handle a large workload and take on responsibilities beyond what should reasonably be expected of one technician. I was also expected to juggle training an apprentice who had very little experience. I regularly had to go back behind work and correct mistakes, including finding loose bolts and other issues. Despite that, I was often blamed for problems that I did not cause until evidence showed otherwise. Communication was one of the biggest problems. There were plenty of times I didn't even know what jobs were coming in, what customers needed, or what was going on with their vehicles. I communicated issues to management, but customers still ended up waiting a long time, and somehow the responsibility would come back on me. Another major issue was promises and agreements made to me as an employee. I was told that if I completed certain things or reached certain milestones, I would receive what had been promised. When the time came to finalize those agreements, they weren't followed through with, and I ultimately had to fight over one of those issues in court. If you're going to make a deal with your employee, honor the deal. There were also concerns that made me question the professionalism and management of the business. I personally witnessed what I felt were serious issues with customer communication, paperwork, and professionalism. I was even accused of lying to customers when, from my perspective, the real problem was management failing to properly communicate with customers. The work environment could also be extremely unprofessional. There was frequent marijuana use around the workplace, including by people working there, which I don't believe belongs in a professional shop environment. I also found management's communication and treatment of employees inconsistent. Certain people would constantly butt heads, and the overall environment became stressful and frustrating. I'm not saying every single thing about the shop was bad. There were good people there, and there were times when management was nice to me. But being nice doesn't make up for poor communication, broken promises, inadequate compensation, and putting unreasonable responsibility on employees. If you're considering working here, especially as a technician, I'd strongly recommend asking very specific questions about pay, responsibilities, agreements, benefits, expectations, and how those agreements are documented before accepting the job. I wish I could say more, but this is where I'll leave it. My experience was ultimately one of feeling overworked, underpaid, and undervalued. I'm grateful for what I learned, but based on my experience, I would not choose to work here again.
