And their friendly work crew also worked very diligently and cleaned up the area very nicely. The repair work turned out pretty good. I can actually feel the increased structural rigidity on my 2nd floor walkway now when I walk on it. So, that's a relief to me. I know the required SB 721 EEE inspection can be a major hassle for many rental property owners, so I would definitely recommend One Structural to any landlord or property manager that is need of this inspection and/or is out of compliance with this safety regulation.
