We wanted three walls removed and our 8ft ceilings vaulted to 11ft. He spent about 4 hours on site and covered every square foot of our home to make sure he had all the necessary dimensions, pictures and details in order to make an assessment. He presented three options to me for vaulting, discussed pros and cons of each and left me with a digital packet of all of the notes and pictures he took. The turn around time for drawings was one week and required one re-submission to the city with a minor note correction. Overall we are thrilled with the vaulted ceilings which would not have been possible without FJ engineering.
