Mr Weinstein was very knowledgable, Professional and personable. They completed the work today on schedule! the work site was left sparkling clean and the new foundation is beautiful. They were able to save my tree, removing only the necessary roots, and give me a new fortified foundation. They took care of all of the engineering plans, permits and inspections. Felix and his crew trenched and installed French drains, a sump pump, poured a slab and installed a retaining wall. It was a lot of work and it looks very solid and sound. They were kind and thoughtful and skilled. They were attentive to my questions and to details. Renato was helpful in explaining everything to me. The ground was harder than they anticipated so it took 3 weeks longer than they had told me. This was the only issue, maybe better planning or foresight into what the soil is like in my area. Definitely affected my ability to plan/leave town etc. But maybe it was just something no one could predict for. We got through it. A very costly job but their quote was competitive with others.
