I had such a wonderful experience! Even though it was past closing time, my nail technician Hannah took me in and never once made me feel rushed. She was incredibly patient, paid close attention to every detail, and made sure I was happy with the final result. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication truly went above and beyond. It's rare to find someone who cares so much about their clients. I absolutely love my nails and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for exceptional service! Beautiful spa vibe and I'm can tell you that the people inside here are so amazing. I want everybody to come here from the Neighbourhood and get this business up and running more better than before. read more

Zenail & Spa - A little holiday sparkle - Nail Salons Near Me - Leawood, Kansas

ZeNail does an excellent job with nails and pedicures. This is one of the best salons I've been to including higher priced. Zenail is reasonable, very reasonable and very nicely decorated inside. read more

Eww. Not sure why this place is so popular. It's way too busy and looked dirty inside.

Can't say enough, love getting all my nail needs here. Amazing people & wonderful service

It was my first time... Helen got me right in, she was very sweet and listened to everything I wanted for acrylic short coffin nails. I'm 100% going back. I'm so excited to see that they offer an express pedicure option for only $20. I spray tan a lot and don't really like pedicures where they spend a lot of time on my legs. Usually I pay $20 for just a nail polish change. Can't wait to go back. read more

Zenail & Spa - Short coffin acrylic gel with gold ombré - Nail Salons Near Me - Leawood, Kansas

Always kind, efficient and accommodating! My husband I do this quite often as a treat after a long week!

State they accept walk-ins, but turned myself and my daughters down for being too busy on a Thursday afternoon. Did not offer a wait time or when we could come back. I'm sure if we were three adult women, they'd would have made time for us. Happy to take our money elsewhere. read more

I finally got my nails done and I'm so happy. there so pretty and Helen and this other girl did a great job. the only thing is that they made people who already have reservations wait. but other than that I would totally recommend going to zennail! they did exactly like the picture! read more

Zenail & Spa - Nail Salons Near Me - Leawood, Kansas

Took my son's girlfriend for mani pedis. Not sure who she was booked with. We both had the $32 pedicure and basic manicure - each total was $$53 without the tip. I booked our times together but mine was started 10-15 minutes later which made us not be together during manicures and dry times and kind of defeated the point. Also, the guy who did her pedicure just barely gave her a foot and leg massage so she ended up being finished 30-45min ahead of me. Kim did an AMAZING leg & foot massage and callous removal and Rosie did a very nice hand and arm massage. The actual paint jobs were not so great HOWEVER I did appreciate they used 2 coats - I have been to Posh Nails and they use 1 coat which I feel is a way to cheap out and doesn't last as long. The pictures I post look worse than in person - I am not that picky - I am actually very happy with it. In the future I might just go for the massage & callous removal and just paint myself because it is less expensive and they are super sweet! read more

I walked in the lady started my manicure and then someone else came in and she left me sitting forever with a my hands in a bowl full of water until I just left read more

I needed an emergency gel removal so I called to see if Zenail could get me in. The nice woman on the phone stated they could squeeze me in. I showed on time and was seated immediately. After a few minutes the acetone wrap started. When my time was up she removed the polish but instead of using a tool she used her fingernails. That was odd to me but it worked. She filed and buffed then oiled them. All for only $10. I did notice all the people after me had to wait well over their appointment time. I know I didn't help the situation but I do think that they tend to overbook. Everyone was nice. It was okay in cleanliness. I didn't see anyone finish so I can't say how well the tools are cleaned. It did seem as if most people were regulars as they knew their names. I would for sure go again and try out a mani or pedi service. read more

Easily the best pedicure I've ever had! And longest. Very relaxing. The chairs are modern and very good. The deluxe w paraffin in the real deal. read more

I am 26 years old and have never gotten a pedicure and only 1 manicure in my lifetime. When a co-worker suggested we have a girls afternoon of pedicures and coffee, I decided to be brave and go for it. With that being said, I have absolutely nothing to compare this place to, I can only mention facts. - They have massage chairs! While my toes were being clipped and painted, I got to enjoy a massage. -The ladies speak English! We were able to carry on a conversation the entire time. - She didn't make fun of me when everything she did tickled my feet. -The experience was only $20 I enjoyed my first pedicure. I have a thing with feet and don't like people touching them, but the lady was patient with me and I ended up surviving. I would recommend going to Zenail and Spa. read more

Helen did a great job on my nails! The salon was clean and professional. I'll be back!

I love the salon. It is really pretty inside. It is very close to my house... I just want them to hire someone who is really great at complicated nail art. That's what I really need. The previous owner, Jaime, was absolutely unbelievable. She was so good. I love all of the ladies that work there... But I'm often told the art I want is too difficult. I want to keep going to ZeNail and I'm hoping they will hire someone great. read more

They do a great job! Only criticism is they were running 30 minutes late! Mani Pedi were done well

I would never come back to this place. From the second I walked in the door, all the technician(s) did was ask me why my nails are the way they are. After trying to explain to her that I like them a little thicker, she still did what she wanted. Thank goodness I picked a light color because it is full of bumps, streaks & rough spots because she didn't hardly buff my nails or let them dry before she proceeded to the next step. My nails are always smooth & shiny after top coat. Not this tjme, they are rough & bumpy. For $50 it was a complete & total waste of my time & money. I will be going somewhere else to get these soaked off & re-done. read more

Probably the best nail salon I've ever been to. I would literally trust these people with my life lol.

Quality work and service with a very friendly staff. It doesn't matter who it is, they deliver. Highly recommended.

I've been here twice as a walk-in, and I'm sold! Great, fun staff, clean, LOTS of pedicure chairs....and the primary language is English! STAFF ACTUALLY INTERACTS WITH CUSTOMERS, and you don't feel like you're being talked about in a language you may not be fluent. I had a pedicure the first time, and a ped/gel mani the second time. Gel mani didn't last anywhere close to the 10 days promised, but I was out of town, and couldn't get back to the salon. My only complaint is that prices are not really clear or well explained...especially "upgrades". Basic prices are a little more expensive than other nail salons, but well worth it given the level of customer service. Clear up the "upcharges", and this will be a 5-star nail salon! read more

Super staff! Clean! Friendly. Many different services. This has become my 'go to' place for pedicures. I love a proactive technician who takes part in the process - discussing colors, trends, processes, etc. - to help make my experience rich. You get that with ZeNail! I don't find them any more expensive then other salons in the area, especially for this level of customer service. Judy is fantastic and up for any artwork on your nails. Jason is wonderful. Both are professional, fun and friendly. read more

So friendly, the girls do a great job. Really enjoyable pedicure with a lot of options for upgrading and not overpriced. I am always very happy with my nails when I leave. read more

I have gone to this nail spa for a couple of years. I walked in today. Knowing that they do stay open until 7:00 pm. I have always concerned the staff to be professional and friendly. I have suggested this place to several friends. The staff always interacts with the customers. I always felt like I was being taken care of. I really liked the person who always did my pedicures. Today I walked in and I did not see that many customers. There were two. Several staff members. I asked for a certain person. The individual said no he does not work here. When I said I was looking to see if I could get a pedicure. She looked around then looked at the clock and said well were actual booked up right now. Can you come back tomorrow. I said "NO." You close at 7:00 pm. The sign outside said &:00 pm and the website. She said, "Oh well we are changing that." I left. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! read more

Went in for the King & Queen pedicure with my boyfriend today, he has never had a pedicure. They took their time on both of us, and made my boyfriend feel very comfortable with his first pedicure! They made us feel very welcome, super clean, very kind, and lots of colors to choose from... Will definitely be bringing my business back to them! read more

i went to zenail and it was such an amazing experience with one of the workers, her name was Helen. she was waxing my brows and did my nails. they look spectacular, i would definitely come back again as a regular customer. i feel absolutely gorgeous and my family members have been complimenting me over and over again. helen was so kind and easy to talk to during my session, it felt like we were long lost friends catching up! am 100% going to come back soon! read more

This place was amazing! I went in for a fill after I had a horrible experience at a place nearby, and I am so glad I did! I was so excited that they had so many color options to choose from and I found a certain one that the last two places I visited in OP did not. They also know how to shape very well! Which is extremely refreshing! The nail technicians were all very friendly and answered any questions I had. I will definitely be going back! read more

I had been to this location multiple times, and each was a relatively good experience. However, during my last visit my nail technician was very rude, left my nails uneven, and cut me with the file. I don't recommend this location and I don't plan on returning. read more

Very nice, new (6 mos) nail salon. Fabulous techs, and great care. Daughter and I enjoyed, relaxed and had great manis and pedis. This is avg. price, not an over-the-top spa price :) Shawn and Tina were excellent. We first went to another salon on 151st that was too busy. SO glad we found ZENAIL in Nall Valley shopping center acrooss frm Trendz boutique and Blue Moose. read more

I went with my daughter for a basic mani pedi with my daughter on a Saturday afternoon and here are my reviews - dated decor - two nice employees, one who seemed to me just woke up - only one customer getting a mani - asked for glitter tips and the final product was much to be desired. - no special lighting area for quick drying I'll probably not go there again even though it Was so close to my home read more

Nice clean nail/spa place. Came in with my two daughters got right in for pedicures loved their prices for ages under 13! The ladies that work there are awesome made my girls laugh the whole time i will defiantly be coming back here! My new favorite place in Nall Valley shopping center off of 151st . I LOVE this nail salon! I get my nails done by Jamie and she does an outstanding job every single time! Highly recommended!

It was a surprise session/gift (mani/pedi spa combo) for me & my friend, from our darling daughters on mothers day. We have been there few other times but today was special day to feel special. Although our daughters had taken prior appointments but we have to wait for half an hour on chairs to get started, & that was just the start of ruining our beautiful day. As the previous reviewer said, the salon was empty as compared to other salons, but they were too short on staff, just 3 techs handling 6 customers. Anyway our pedicure started & we were done in 10 min, even before we could know. Next was our Manicure, which became a nightmare with smudged french tips. They were in so much hurry that without giving proper drying time they applied coat over coat & result, white tips drooling on clear nails in seconds. so we have to get that removed & coz we were running short of time, asked for future credit to get it done. thats where we got introduced to there actual client service, behaviour -pure arrogance ! Manager was just meek to express or talk, but the technician was at the top of her voice to argue with us. We did'nt want to waste our time & energy on discussing with people who dont honor their clients & doesnt feel sorry for their bad services. So me & my friend walked out without getting our nails done & withoiut any refund or credit. A very bad experience & even worse for our daughters who gave that as a gift for making a memorable day more memorable. read more
