I use to have great experiences here and then my last time I did a VI Peel. The lady applying my…read moremask had the attitude that I was inconveniencing her. When I was leaving, she pretty much just gave me a baggie and said the aftercare instructions are in there. I said, who do I reach out to if I have any questions being that this is a peel and I don't want to mess my face up. She gave me her number. After two days, I had a question on how I was peeling and if it was normal. She never responded. I ended up messaging the Instagram acct and asking the questions. The person responding through messenger was nice enough. The lady who applied my peel didn't reach out to me until a week after the appt and only asked how my peeling went then tried to get me to come in for more products/sessions. I paid over $250 for this, the results were okay but it could have really messed up my face if I did it wrong. The least she could have been is responsive or a little more informative. Very disappointing for a place, I usually enjoy visiting.

I have tried three other quality salons for facials and Skinology was the best by far. The skin assessment was on target, excellent products used, etc. The facial was far superior than the other, more expensive, facials. It was a great facial. I upgraded to the Signature Facial (only $5 more) and seriously have never had a facial that truly made a difference in my skin even a couple of weeks after I had gotten it! Kylie was very professional and knowledgeable. I felt the value of the services I received was well worth what I paid. She went the extra mile during my service and included things like a hand and arm massage, complete with warm mitts. At the end, she gave me a generous sampling of products that she recommended for my face with an explanation of how to use each. There was no sales pitch, just honest knowledge about what she believed I needed for my skin. I liked several of the products and feel that pricing on each is fair, considering I can already see the results. I have already recommended Skinology to several friends and will be returning very soon!
