Even though we looked at oil before purchase, and thought it was ok, as per our mechanic oil couldn't have been changed when we bought it bcz of this bolt. Before you buy from them examine even the oil plug. Also, during purchase finance manager, lost, misplaced personal info...and we had to give it to o them again. They said it's probably misfiled. Thats not reassuring. Very unprofessional and they don't stand behind what they sell.

If it says to drive all the way to the 47 to make a u-turn about 2 miles out and double back, I suggest keeping an eye out for Auge's on the left hand side well before that I-turn suggestion. There are tons of places to turn left or make a u-turn before the 47.

My car was badly infested with rodents. They had nested in the back seat, all filters, the spare…read moretire compartment, the engine (droppings through the engine compartment) and even the glove compartment. It was unsafe because the filters, including the cabin air filter were covered with rodent urine and droppings. Mike removed and cleaned the nests from the back seat, replaced all the filters and cleaned the car inside and out, including steam cleaning the engine. it was a difficult job, but the car is now pristine--and safe!

Everything else was working perfectly, it's been a very reliable truck. His response was oh yeah, we just did one last week for $800 or $900. He played the guessing game and messed with everything but the cam and lifters and blamed me and/or AutoZone for all his screw ups. 5 months later and $4000 out of my pocket, he takes it to the dealership, and they tell him it's the cam and lifters. Long story short, 7 months later I picked it up and had a another mechanic look at it and he found some really messed up stuff. Zip ties holding things together, fan glued together, clutch out and glued together. Had to replace all including water pump. Radiator broken where hose line connects. Water lines to windshield wipers, broken off. Bolts missing, headlight out, clip broken where wire harness connects. Scratches on hood, cracked windshield, and left me stranded last night, just died. $4,000 later and I'm stranded. Update: the problem was; he didn't connect my alternator, it's broken. I'll add a pic, $250. This also caused my new battery to go bad. This is ridiculous

If I could give negative stars I would! My mom took her car in to have them check for an oil leak!…read morethey told her there was no oil leak and charged her $1,400 to do a tune up on the car! She also had them check to see why the check engine light was on and they said it needed a new gas cap and they replaced it! she trusted them and drove it all the way to Arizona only for it to leak oil all over the driveway! And the check engine light is still on!! We took it to the Honda dealer here and come to find out when they did said tune up they did not adjust the gasket correctly and it messed up the spark plugs so now we have to pay to have that fixed plus they broke a hose and fixed it with TAPE!! Oh and there is actually an oil leak which is actually why the check engine light is on but they said there was no leak yet there's oil caked on the bottom of the car! So they did not do anything she asked and the one thing they did so they did incorrectly causing more issues!! DO NOT GO HERE EVER!!! They better refund my mom's money!!!!!
