I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with Three Blind Mice Enterprise.
My mother's vehicle was taken in for what should have been a simple oil change and tire service. She is a senior citizen living on a limited income and works incredibly hard just to make ends meet. She cannot simply go out and replace a vehicle when something goes wrong.
After the service, her transmission failed, leaving her without reliable transportation. Based on what we were told, transmission fluid was removed during the service instead of a proper oil change being performed. What should have been routine maintenance turned into a devastating and costly situation for my mother.
What has made this even more upsetting is the complete lack of accountability. We have repeatedly attempted to contact the company to discuss what happened and find a resolution, but our concerns have not been addressed. The lack of communication and willingness to help has been incredibly disappointing.
Watching my mother struggle through this has been heartbreaking. A simple service appointment has left her facing expenses she cannot afford and without the transportation she depends on. Based on our experience, I would urge anyone considering this business to proceed with extreme caution and do thorough research before trusting them with their vehicle. read more
