I ended up paying 6 times the amount I was quoted for a simple diagnostic without getting a call to authorize the additional work he performed, which turned out to be a fuel filter that calls for 1/2 hour to replace. As ridiculous as this might sound but the guy walks around with a handgun as if we are living in post apocalyptic times. At least get a concealed carry so you don't look so ridiculous! Not good for business. Needless to say I will never go back there again. I spent $550 to have a filter replaced. Just didn't want to deal with the crook so I paid him and moved on. Stay away and don't make the same mistake I did.

If it says to drive all the way to the 47 to make a u-turn about 2 miles out and double back, I suggest keeping an eye out for Auge's on the left hand side well before that I-turn suggestion. There are tons of places to turn left or make a u-turn before the 47.

She also had them check to see why the check engine light was on and they said it needed a new gas cap and they replaced it! she trusted them and drove it all the way to Arizona only for it to leak oil all over the driveway! And the check engine light is still on!! We took it to the Honda dealer here and come to find out when they did said tune up they did not adjust the gasket correctly and it messed up the spark plugs so now we have to pay to have that fixed plus they broke a hose and fixed it with TAPE!! Oh and there is actually an oil leak which is actually why the check engine light is on but they said there was no leak yet there's oil caked on the bottom of the car! So they did not do anything she asked and the one thing they did so they did incorrectly causing more issues!! DO NOT GO HERE EVER!!! They better refund my mom's money!!!!!

They'll do a great job everytime and the prices are fair. If your car doesn't need a new part, youre not going to be told you do need one. I was waiting while Levi spoke to another customer, he was on the computer sharing costs of parts with her from the supplier and gave her a quote for work, she said another garage quoted her double, she was pleased and scheduled the work to be done. My car was badly infested with rodents. They had nested in the back seat, all filters, the spare…read moretire compartment, the engine (droppings through the engine compartment) and even the glove compartment. It was unsafe because the filters, including the cabin air filter were covered with rodent urine and droppings. Mike removed and cleaned the nests from the back seat, replaced all the filters and cleaned the car inside and out, including steam cleaning the engine. it was a difficult job, but the car is now pristine--and safe!
