Was charged almost $90 for a full synthetic oil change and they don't remove the oil pan drain plug. They remove the old oil filter and let the oil drain that way! My service report states that they checked all fluids, that is not true! I sat in my car and watched the guy unscrew the oil filter, put a new one on, then add oil and then check the dip stick. He closed the hood of my car and then asked me how I was paying. I left and drove home, I live about 2 miles away. When I arrived home, I parked my car in my garage and as I was walking into the house i glanced back at my car and noticed that there was oil dripping (a considerable amount!) onto my garage floor. My car has never had an oil leak, after checking the oil I drove it back to Lube Center and was told that it was residual oil from the oil filter being removed and the oil draining onto the frame. The service guy opened the hood and sprayed some degreaser on it and then told me I was good to go. For the price and the little they actually do I would stay far away from this place! read more
