Came in for happy hour and what a great deal. A 3 taco plate for a great price and the biggest surprise was that it was 3 massive tacos. Easily be able to split it with another person I was the only person in so I got a lot of attention, so can't complain about the service in anyway shape or form. She was fantastic, and made a great drink (cause as usual I sat at the bar) for me to try. I did end up ordering a Modelo because my love of Mexican lagers have no bounds. The aesthetics of the location is absolutely gorgeous. They didn't overdo it on the Mexican themes and kept everything very elegant. I really liked how they put it all together. Typically I don't go out of my way to try Mexican restaurants because I don't see them as much more than an overpriced Taco Bell, and looking at their regular prices I feel even more strongly so, but I would come back for their happy hour.

Quesobirria Street Tacos. STUNNING. The birria dip is 6 levels of flavor deep.

Wow. Upscale Mexican at its finest. Prepare for the top shelf of food and beverages. I came here for a quick visit and they have a new fan! Quesobirria Street Tacos. STUNNING. The birria dip is 6 levels of flavor deep. The chip and salsa by itself is worth consideration alone. The salsa is just right.

This restaurant is absolutely gorgeous; it's also a very big space so you shouldn't ever have to wait too long for a table. The dip trio is a great way to start especially if you've got a few people with you. The queso was my favorite part. I got the frozen mango margarita and it's pretty good. There didn't seem to be as much mango flavor as I was hoping for but it's good regardless. They definitely don't skimp on portions here! I went with the pork belly tacos. It had hot honey on it and it made the whole thing special. My only complaint was there's a little too much goat cheese on it and it's very overpowering. But it's honestly a very good taco. I hope this place is here to stay because it was a joy to dine here.

SHRIMP FAJITAS WONDERFUL, AGAIN SERVICE TOO.

Great food and drinks, wonderful service, and inviting ambiance. They even have a large room you can rent to have a gathering. Will definitely be back here. Wonderful little spot here.

From the outside you couldn't tell, but the inside is pretty big and super cute! Service was good. Drinks were great, I recommend the raspberry mojito, so refreshing! Pitcher was smaller than we thought but we had at least 1 and a half/2 drinks split between 2 people, so it was worth it for the price. Food was eh okay. The best out of what we tried were the shrimp tacos. The rice and beans were bland. My friend who had the enchiladas said it was dry. Trio dip was plain. It'd give it a 3.5 because the drinks were really good and aesthetic was cute.

Service quick and efficient. Smiling, pleasant staff. Cocktail strong. Cute ambiance including patio. Food tasty but would likely not be my top choice for nearby Mexican food restaurants.

Stopped in for a dinner and was pleasantly surprised. We got in just before the place started filling up. Great friendly service including the manager stopping by. Really enjoyed the margarita flight to go with our meal. The meal waa excellent. The interior feels very upscale and pleasant. Great new place for us

My friend and I popped into Don Christos for their Cinco De Mayo specials, and were pleasantly surprised. The location is quite large - a square shaped wrap around bar on one side with high tops, and open seating on the other. Great for a girls night out, or a family dinner - a side for each! We enjoyed their street tacos, asada being our favorite and the margaritas were good also. I do recommend more spicy margarita options on the menu. Pricing is fair, and there's plenty of parking.

Tacos were horrible. Small, no flavor, and over priced. Service was good but took a long time for food.

This is one of those unfortunate instances where I wish I could give a 3.5* rating. Everything was ok, but definitely not great. The place is loud, and way too bright, especially for an intimate experience after 8:30pm or so. We would have loved to stick around for another couple cocktails, if the cocktails and ambience were good, they weren't. The "craft cocktail" ol' fashioned was improperly garnished w/ a whole 1/4 of an orange slice, instead of the peel, it was improperly essenced, and had an improper amount of simple syrup. It was essentially a shot of bourbon with a cherry and an orange peel. Tasted terrible. The drink lacked all of the taste and trappings of the advertised craft "burnt sugar" old fashioned. Additionally, they use a 1/2 of an ice ball, which would not have been offensive, if the rest of the drink was up to par, but as it was, the cocktail seemed cheap and off-putting. 2.0/10 My date ordered a "figgy sweater," a citrusy cocktail with vodka, also off of the "craft cocktails" menu. Her drink had the opposite problem. It tasted like a lemonade with no alcohol at all, or watered down alcohol. She's a fairly lightweight that does not like strong drinks, gets tipsy off of two, and she complained throughout its consumption that the drink seemed weak and not worth ordering another. 2.0/10 We were both interested in another cocktail, but due to the loud nature of the place, the over abundance of light, and the poorly crafted cocktails, we drove to another establishment for our second round. Food ordered: Seafood Chowder - Great job, delicious, ample seafood throughout 9.5/10 Brisket Poutine - Good but it lacked cheese curds and gravy. 7.0/10 Beef tenderloin tips - terrible... the dish came out cold, we ordered the GF option, and the bread substitute was gross. The dish was overly salty, and the beef was way, way over cooked; not even medium well, most of it was well done, and tough; this was $30 wasted, we barely touched it and it's still in the fridge two days later. I'll likely throw it out. 2.0/10 Chicken Fried Lobster - nice dish, I hated the dill, but my date licked it. The dill aside, it was delicious; nice presentation, great tasting waffle, w/ well favored garnishes. However, the dish was barely warm when it came out, the ricotta/cream soaked into the waffle, and it was soggy. If it came out of the kitchen promptly it would have likely been better. 7.0/10 I'd consider ordering the chicken fried waffle again, but bad cocktails will likely keep me away. It's tough to pay $30+ in bad cocktails to accompany a $100+ meal. I'd strongly suggest turning down the lights after 8:30pm or so, and installing some noise canceling/light panels to bring the ceiling height down, quiet the place down some, and make it seem more intimate. The two tables opposite the the kitchen, in the damn hallway to the bathroom, should either be gotten rid of, made into high-tops, or install a lower counter-service along that wall for a "chef's experience." Those tables absolutely suck. We sat at them at our first visit, they tried to sit us there for our 2nd visit, but moved us after our objection. I laughed a bit throughout our meal as the people that were subsequently seated at those tables complained during their meal of the constant bumps, and interruptions that come with the territory. Finally, our waitress did a great job. The food runner was late on a couple of our dishes, resulting in cold food, but the waitress' service seemed great.

Everything tasted super fresh and the menu leans more "snacky" in the best possible way -- perfect little plates that are clearly meant to pair with wine. We ordered a few things for the table and it felt like the kind of place where you just keep ordering one more thing because everything sounds good. Nothing heavy, just really well done bites that let the wine shine. Speaking of wine, the selection is awesome. It's not the usual predictable restaurant list. There are some really interesting bottles and styles on there, which makes it fun if you actually enjoy trying different wines instead of just defaulting to the same thing every time. Service was great too. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and welcoming, and you can tell the owners are really hands-on and working hard to make the place special. That always makes a difference. And the ambiance... chef's kiss. Moody lighting, cozy, stylish but not pretentious. Just good vibes all around. It's the kind of spot you want to linger at with friends and a second bottle of wine. Already planning my next visit :)

We started with Old Fashioneds, which were very good, although it did take a while for our drinks to arrive. Our server was friendly and attentive, but they were clearly very busy, and there was a wait by the time we were leaving. For appetizers, we ordered both the Devil Goons--seafood rangoons made with Sriracha and ghost chili peppers--and the regular rangoons. The Devil Goons were excellent; I had never had spicy rangoons before, and it was a great twist. The regular rangoons, however, were just okay in comparison. I ordered the red curry and thought it was just alright. I asked for medium spice, which was tolerable, but it lacked the rich coconut milk and curry flavors I'm used to from other places. My friends ordered fried rice, and their portions were noticeably larger than mine. For a similar price point, the portion sizes felt inconsistent. That said, they really enjoyed the fried rice. Overall, it's a cool spot to check out and clearly very popular. If I return, I'd skip the red curry. I'd also recommend making a reservation if you're planning ahead.
