It is wild to me that getting a new water heater should be so traumatic…read more Luciano, you're wonderful. Your son? Absolutely not. When you two arrived I could see thru the screen door he had his hand up his shirt, scratching his chest, baring his entire front of his body. Weird and unprofessional. You introduced yourself and I invited you in, and he left both doors completely wide open behind him. I asked you to please close the doors behind you as I have cats and they are not allowed outside. After I saw you both leave the doors open again I told you to please give me a moment to put my very skittish cat into the bedroom. Your son didn't listen and turned on the loud pump and scared her to pieces and she tried to run outside. I cornered her by the fridge, grabbed her, walked as fast as I could to go put her away and your son refused to get out of the way as she scratched me to bits. I had to repeat loudly three times for him to move. Luciano, you were very polite and claim he "has allergies and probably didn't know what to do." Here's the thing: MOVE. He was blocking the very tiny hallway to the bedrooms for me to put her away. He literally stood still staring at me with a weird grin on his face. He (the son) continued to argue with me after I got her into the bedroom that I had yelled at him, yes, to MOVE after he stood there staring at me watching my cat yowl and struggle. I have never seen a professional let alone a human being act so completely brainless in my home. He continued to repeat that he needed an outlet, I pointed to one across the room and again he smugly continued to repeat with condescension "I just need an outlet after I had already pointed one out. We are just here trying to service your home." Stop. Talking. You were completely in the wrong and your behavior was gross from minute 0. I would have kicked you out of my home on the spot if I hadn't already been three days without hot water. Never again. Next time inform the resident that he has allergies if it's going to cause him to be completely unprofessional.

We got a call about an hour prior to the appointment time saying the electrician was on their way. Great. However, he never showed up. I called the company to see what's going, and I was told they would call the electrician, then call me back. Over 30 min later, no call, and it's 5 minutes prior to close. I called again and finally the electrician called me back and gave me a 100 excuses and rescheduled the appointment to today. Well, here we are, over an hour past the appointment time, and he didn't show up, no calls, no messages, nothing. I would be wary doing business with a company that has this kind of an issue TWICE in a row.
