The French cuisine is still featured, but there is a new sign and awning for TD. As well as the delicious new food! I have lived on the 500 block for 16 years and this is an amazing add to the neighborhood. We've never had our own authentic taqueria this close. And I can tell you that the tortillas here are LEGIT. On to the experience. The staff is awesome, you will be well attended here. You can order at the register, but there is full wait service. The interior retains the French look, and has added some Mexican touches. There is a parklet outside. In the dining room, there are large open windows with bar seating. A true indoor / outdoor spot. On to the food. I got the Al Pastor tacos, which are traditional street style, though they were nice enough to add cheese to the tortillas. Red and green salsa on the side, and I'm told they're looking into a spicy sauce as well. Open on Friday and Saturday until Midnight. Check www.divistaqueria.com for their weekly hours and menu. Directly across the street from both Emporium and Independent on Divis. And a delicious lunch if you're in NOPA. Place will blow up and couldn't happen to better people. Amazing french food here!! *chefs kiss*…read more Found this gem when we were heading to the Independent for a concert but was early and decided to grab a bite as my boyfriend suggested this spot after seeing it on Yelp close by. The server sat us down and gave us menus right away with ice waters. The interior was nice and cozy with French music and decor. We shared both the Boeuf Bourguignon and the Champagnarde Galette and both were wonderful. The presentation on both were elegant and appetizing. The flavors and textured worked well in both dishes and the portions were satisfying. My boyfriend also ordered a glass of wine he enjoyed. I would love to come back and try their different dishes as I had a hard time decided since everything sounded so delicious! Great dinner spot, felt like a mini getaway.

It's been a while since I had a good crepe, maybe the last time was when I was in France, and this one brought back those memories. The crepe itself was thin and soft, folded up with warm Nutella and fresh banana inside, topped with walnuts, with a dollop of whipped cream on the side. The walnuts gave it a nice bit of crunch, and the whipped cream added just the right touch of extra sweetness without going overboard. Simple yet good. The fruit cup was a nice balance too, all fresh fruit, nothing out of season. If you're looking for a tasty crepe, check this place out. I'll be curious how their savory ones taste as well.

Not to mention, their portions are pretty big so definitely come with an appetite! Most recently I ordered the Philly crepe sharing half of it with my sister who ordered the blackened chicken sandwich. Both items were good, my preference was their fries as opposed to their country potatoes (which were good too). I love that they offer a side salad as well. Pretty quick service, servers are nice and there's ample space (indoor and outdoor seating offered). Definitely a good place for breakfast/brunch/lunch. I have yet to try dinner but I do always see people dining!

I frequently get one of their salads as they are fresh and plentiful. However, recently I got the Cancun as I Love all the ingredients ~ Romaine lettuce, Black beans, corn, red onions, Avocado Ranch dressing (served over a flour tortilla which is new to me) topped w/Charbroiled Chicken = $18.50 What a huge disappointment. Half of this salad was just Romaine lettuce, no corn, 1T of black beans, no red onion and red peppers instead. I had to "hunt for the ingredients". I asked for another bowl just for the lettuce alone and it filled up another bowl. Which left me w/the skimpiest of ingredients I have ever seen. Plus the romaine lettuce was in huge chunks incuding the core of the lettuce. There was a tiny side of tortilla strips and I asked for the tortilla on the side, glad I did. The chicken was at least decent and plentiful. For the price it was a total waste of money. Wish I'd taken a picture. And the cashier is really rude.

French crêpes be OHHH LAAAA LAAAAAAA…read more   It's all that buttah that makes for such a deliciously decadent meal.   Go sarrasin...and the buckwheat basically cancels out all the buttah!   OK, OK... I know, wishful thinking but French crêpes is such a great treat esp when you're in need of comfort food.   Grande Crêperie opened just in time to get into fall/winter pudge pudge shape! This second location in the city is a crêperie window located at the side of La Marais Bakery at 18th and Sanchez streets (look for the "I *Croissant* SF" mural). Great set-up for those walking their dog and looking for a quick bite. Per staff, current hours of operation: Every day 9:30 AM - 3 PM. M E N U * Savory Galettes ($13-$16) & Sweet Crêpes ($8-$12) F O O D * La Complète w/ french ham, gruyère, aged comté, oeuf miroir pasture egg ($16): https://tinyurl.com/jmsn6mhu Before devouring, I slit into the egg and let the liquid gold ooze all over the galette... The Brittany-style savory buckwheat galette was soft and chewy with delicately crispy edges. The melty gruyere+aged comté added a layer of rich nuttiness with a nice salty bite from the thin slice of ham (not overly salty). Not as rich and buttery as other galettes I've had so I easily ate the entire thing myself.   The accompanying side salad of peppery arugula, sweet tomatoes, and parm dressed in a tangy vinaigrette added freshness and balance. S E R V I C E Friendly and prompt. With no line, my order was ready in 10 minutes and brought outside to me. The food runner kindly brought TT a bowl of water upon on request, thank you! P A R K I N G Residential and metered parking.   Overall, Grande Crêperie is a nice addition to this side of the city and IMO, much easier to get to than their Ferry Building location. If you've craving French crêpes, give them a try!
