A great place to have brunch with friends! Visited on a Sunday with two friends around 12:15 and…read morethere was a line, but it moved at a decent pace. You order at the counter and then take a seat, and they bring the food to you. I got the breakfast crepe, which came with a side of potatoes. The crepe was large, delicious, and filling! Perfect for brunch. I love the variety of sweet and savory crepes available, at fair prices for SF. We were able to hang out and chat for a long while and didn't feel rushed to leave, especially as it got less busy after 1pm.

My wife ordered the Eggs Florentine and I had the Croissant egg and ham sandwich with potatoes. Both were delicious and huge, no going away hungry. The price was very reasonable, especially for San Francisco restaurants which charge a fortune for simple food. This place served delicious food, plenty of it, at a very reasonable price. If I had to say something critical about anything would be the bathrooms; VERY clean but only single use only. So there could be a serious problem if you just have to go and there's a line. We totally recommend this place!

French crêpes be OHHH LAAAA LAAAAAAA…read more   It's all that buttah that makes for such a deliciously decadent meal.   Go sarrasin...and the buckwheat basically cancels out all the buttah!   OK, OK... I know, wishful thinking but French crêpes is such a great treat esp when you're in need of comfort food.   Grande Crêperie opened just in time to get into fall/winter pudge pudge shape! This second location in the city is a crêperie window located at the side of La Marais Bakery at 18th and Sanchez streets (look for the "I *Croissant* SF" mural). Great set-up for those walking their dog and looking for a quick bite. Per staff, current hours of operation: Every day 9:30 AM - 3 PM. The Brittany-style savory buckwheat galette was soft and chewy with delicately crispy edges. The melty gruyere+aged comté added a layer of rich nuttiness with a nice salty bite from the thin slice of ham (not overly salty). Not as rich and buttery as other galettes I've had so I easily ate the entire thing myself.   The accompanying side salad of peppery arugula, sweet tomatoes, and parm dressed in a tangy vinaigrette added freshness and balance. S E R V I C E Friendly and prompt. With no line, my order was ready in 10 minutes and brought outside to me. The food runner kindly brought TT a bowl of water upon on request, thank you! P A R K I N G Residential and metered parking.   Overall, Grande Crêperie is a nice addition to this side of the city and IMO, much easier to get to than their Ferry Building location. If you've craving French crêpes, give them a try!
