    Raspberry vanilla cup.

A soft serve ice cream shop that offers ice cream in a cone or dish with real fruit infused. I ordered one dish with raspberries. It was a very nice flavor. I had pecans added but skipped the syrup. The service is fast. Zed's has both indoor and outdoor seating. The tables were clean. They also sell t-shirts and hats.

Expect good Crowd on weekend. We went there on Fri eve and it was all packed inside and patio was full. We were waiting in line for almost 15 mins. Full of college students. The menu is simple- you chose a size, base fruit, flavor, and then drizzles or topping. Ice cream is good, slight hint of strawberry in there. With chocolate drizzle, it goes reall

Zeds Real Fruit Ice Cream brings a refreshing Kiwi twist to the Austin dessert scene, and their new west side location is a welcome addition for anyone craving something fruity, creamy, and a little different. After hearing the buzz, I had to check it out--and I'm glad I did! My Overall Rating - 4 Stars (Atmosphere, Service, Food, Return) Atmosphere - The new spot on Exposition Blvd fits right into the laid-back, family-friendly vibe of west Austin. It's clean, bright, and has a minimalist charm that lets the ice cream shine. There's a cozy patio area perfect for enjoying your cone under the Texas sun, and the interior has a modern, welcoming feel. It's not overly flashy, but it doesn't need to be--Zeds is all about the product. 1 Star. Service - The staff were upbeat and knowledgeable. They were pretty busy but kept the line moving pretty fast. There is a menu with instructions on how to order, so if it's your first time, be sure you pick it up and use it. The line moved quickly, and even during a busy evening, the team kept things flowing smoothly. 1 Star. Food - The ice cream is made to order. I chose to create a shake with banana, chose vanilla for the base, and then mixed in chocolate and peanut butter. The end result was a delicious smooth shake that perfectly blended the flavors of chocolate and peanut butter together with banana. It is a little pricey come up, but definitely worth it. 1 Star. Will I Return? - Absolutely. Zeds is now on my shortlist for go-to summer spots. It's a great place to bring friends or family, especially if you're looking for something a little healthier and more unique than your average scoop shop. I'll be back to try the peach and blackberry next time! 1 Star.

The ice cream here is really good! The vanilla base is creamy, smooth, and very fragrant. I tried the strawberry and blueberry flavors, and both were delicious. They also offer a dairy-free base (for an extra charge). You can customize your ice cream with different toppings and drizzles depending on your preference, which are priced separately. Seating is all outdoors with umbrellas for shade. definitely worth stopping by if you're in the area

Their second location, which I might add is great during Texas summer since it has indoor seating with A/C. They are located at the far end of the place behind the Starbucks; just keep walking, and you will get to their door and see their outside patio. Got the Zed Dirty Cake; the banana and vanilla ice cream were good with the Oreo and drizzle of chocolate on top. The gummy bears were hard due to the coldness of the ice cream; I could have done without them or just had them on the side for later. It was busy when I arrived, and my order was done pretty quickly, and I just sat inside and enjoyed my seating. For parking, there are only like 3-4 in front of the store, and the rest is a bit further, but it isn't too bad.

Cute and bustling (!) spot with both indoor and outdoor seating. The small was bigger than I thought, but everything came out to be a little over $7, which was more than I expected. But they have really good flavors and toppings. It's all really fresh, despite being a dessert, but it's genuinely not too sweet, which I appreciated. The toppings really make the dish, but I very quickly ate the top layer with the toppings and had to sadly eat the rest toppingless.

I have been wanting to try Zed's for well over a year and I finally got to try it! I totally understand the hype. The ice cream is very good and I love how they incorporate the fresh fruit! I got the raspberry and added cheesecake bites and it was super yummy! I tried a bite of my friends' and I think that my favorite flavor is the strawberry. Such a cute ice cream spot with great outdoor picnic bench seating and the service was great and very fast for how busy they were. Excited to come back soon! :)

Was invited to get some ice cream after playing some pickleball. It was my first time and it was a great experience. There was a line at the door but they were fast, I also got my ice cream in 2 minutes! The interior is small - standard ice cream shop size but they have a nice patio with enough tables and seating. Def recommend!

I really like this location more than their first. The parking situation is much easier and there's even a place to sit inside so your soft serve isn't melting immediately. I find it much more enjoyable since it melts so fast to enjoy in AC. They do have a really spacious patio too at this location. The staff is nice and I appreciate the speediness. It can add up when you put a lot of toppings but I think it's worth it instead of eating it plain! Mine had 3 toppings and was a regular size and was about $8 with tip, a little pricey but fun for the occasional outing.

New Zeds is just as great as the original! Love this place and love the indoor seating at this location. Ice cream is 5/5 and service is wonderful as always.

I may be guilty of falling for the "Dubai Chocolate" trend, but I chose a few pieces of baklava that had chocolate pistachio flavor profiles. I also took a risk on a nest shaped pastry filled with lemon filling, and I think it was my favorite of them all! They have tables where you can eat your treats there, and wash your hands afterwards, which is important because there's almost no way to do it without getting sticky fingers. I ate two pieces there, and saved two more for the evening, which was a lot for one day, but it was sure a treat!

Glad the choice was made for us -- the ube was perfect on its own. Also happy we skipped the toppings since the creaminess really came through. They sell mochi donuts too -- they were pretty good but not as good as the ice cream. Parking is limited but we had no issue snagging a spot at 430pm on a Sunday. Just to be clear, I AM somewhat of a subject matter expert. I have eaten all manner of fried dough creations from coast to coast, including Hawaii, and I have a lot to say on the topic. Even semi-stale, and reheated in the microwave, it was still delicious. I put a scoop of Blue Bell vanilla ice cream on it which definitely helped. I also ordered a Heavenly Hash (one of my favorite ice cream flavors BTW) and a Naughty and Nice because I am all about the classics. They were both outstanding. No leftovers. When we went our choices were $9-$10 donut base desserts. I say base because the toppings cover up the donut visually. Despite that, there's no covering that scrumptious taste and texture. Wowaweea. Yes, you feel your cells expand and pants tighten and it is for sure run club pre and post, but quite worth it. These divine donuts have that cakey interior I love so much. We had the Puddin': cream cheese icing, vanilla pudding, fresh bananas with nilla wafers. According to the menu. Ours didn't have any nilla wafers and the presentation was uneven, hence the four stars. I didn't miss the wafers. The icing and pudding were one goopy topping and the bananas slices were half scattered slices and half banana chunk that I had to separate. Side notes: Gourdough sits on a corner with parking spots that are not free. There's a pay via QR code so you'll need a phone or something to scan that. Boo for digital shackles. Next note- I feel like this is a low key meet up spot. Like the way they tried to make the first train cars on the MTA the singles car? There was a series of singles getting doughnuts and they were a little done up for the occasion. Who knows. With the little IG ready love seats and doughnuts made for sharing, you could walk away with extra sugar.

What looked like a traditional milk toast dessert, was literally four pieces of stale bread, toasted and stacked on top of each other. that tasted freezer burnt with lots of sauce on top. No topping between each layer so it was not flavorful or tasty and all you could taste was a weird chemical flavor from the bread. Same thing with the ice cream, so freezer burnt that it tasted of chemicals, cardboard, and didn't even melt despite sitting on the plate for 15+ minutes. The Taro tea itself was fine with the crème brûlée topping, but the brown sugar Boba had the same chemical "going bad" flavor to it. It was super hard and bitter tasting instead of sweet.
