The estimate was for two days: 4 hours of packing on one day, then 8 hours of moving and unpacking the next day. Day 1: Everything seemed OK but at the end of 4 hours they had clearly NOT finished packing. They had to leave out beds, but there was a TON of stuff that should have been packed that was not. I guess they left to avoid staying longer than they quoted. I assumed they would handle it with the extra time they had the next day. Day 2: They didn't bring any boxes or packing materials! They actually had to use our bedding to form crude knapsacks to gather up remaining stuff. I had to go pick up a new table in a ZipVan. And they failed to bring a big enough truck, so they had to load things into the ZipVan that *I* rented separately and I took a load too. And when we drove off, my old place was *not* empty. At my new place, they unloaded things mostly as expected, but we had things labeled "master" in the living room, and many boxes simply not in the room they were labeled for. After 8 hours, they left. They did not unpack anything, despite that being our agreement! So on to the aftermath... Day 3+ (me! not them!): We spent weeks unpacking. I had to come back to my old house and make multiple carloads of things left behind that they missed. Our full length mirror was broken irreparably (the wooden frame, not the mirror surface). It was leaned against a wall so the damage was not visible. Our couch has a huge rip in its bottom upholstery. Our living room chair has clearly had something sharp scraped across its seat. Our iPad is still missing.

Yes they were in 2006 but not now. 1) they outsourced my work to someone else. 2 ) they quoted 3-5k then ended up charing me 9k then did a overridge of 1k 3) This confused me into thinking I had insurance because I kept paying more and more to them but I just found out I didn't 4) the outsourced people gave it to another company who could not deliver when they said they would but they did eventually deliver 1 week late 5) when my stuff arrived all the delivery team wanted to do was leave rather than lift boxes, unpack and put things together 5) 1/3 of my items were either broken, damaged or they lost something so now I have a unmade bed, and unmade tv table, a cracked and dented wardrobe, a book shelf and a bunch of chipped plates, broken picture frames, glassware, mugs, chipped drawers and dents in cooking devices and lastly lots of boxes still unpacked because they needed to leave before 4pm (and they turned up 20 minutes late). Essentially they make you sign the forms to say everything was done and say they will complete it later with the issues and problems. If you love your possessions don't make the same mistake as me. With ZERO communication from anyone at 'moving services of snohomish' on why they were late and or if they were even coming. We sat ALL DAY thinking we were robbed, because the 937$ deposit we gave was not showing up. They finally showed up (well, a third party company did with no identification or knowledge of who hired them) We were told by Eli Jones that our stuff would be put in a truck, shrink wrapped, and we would sign off on it. Then the furniture would not be moved off that location until it was delivered to our new home to help with minimal damage and moving. THIS explanation was the reason why we booked with this company. We were told by the 3rd party team moving our furniture that the items would later that night be moved into a warehouse. And then later loaded into a semi truck when the company had a full load to go across the country. The exact OPPOSITE of what we were told. The team was there for 4.5 hours loading our home well into the dark of the evening. Just awful. Fast forward, we were told by Mahyr (owner of company) on 8/12 that our items would be arriving in Boston between 8/21-8/23. Flights were booked. Then we were called by Hannah on 8/14 telling us that our stuff would be delivered 8/16. And if we're weren't there to receive it would he put in storage. Flights cancelled, and my husband drove to Boston on 8/16 On 8/16 we were told our stuff would be delivered 8/17 On 8/17 we were told the stuff would be delivered 8/18 at 8am. Nobody showed. Mahyr stopped answering any type of communication from us. Hannah responded around 12pm, saying the truck would be there at 4pm. The truck arrived to the house at 1030pm. They did not finish unloading until 1am!!! They took $200 off for "inconvenience" for the fact that No calls or emails are being answered from Eli, Mahyr, or Hannah. Finally, They wouldn't unload truck until bill was paid in full. Moving robbery this was. Go with ANYONE ELSE. Also filed a complaint with the BBB. They reached out to them 3x and the company didn't respond, this thus results in a closing of the case..

At our new house, they put stuff down to protect the carpeting and put everything exactly where I wanted it! They are also reasonably priced and won't break your bank account simply to move.
