Their pricing was very much on par with the other companies I met - for that large service, as well as ongoing bi-weekly yard care. Why they didn't knock on the door or call to ask if it was okay to prune the whole thing is a question unanswered by owner Shannon. Instead, she chose to cut off service to us as she felt it was rude of us to ask.
