This place is an absolute institution. I believe I got my third set of piercings here when I was in my teens as well as a tattoo in my 20s and today brought my daughter for her first ear piercing. It's really ideal if you're thinking about taking your kids someplace for a first piercing. Truly everyone is incredibly thoughtful. They cheered her on the whole way. Zebra has great jewelry to select from which was important to my little seven-year-old and as a mom, it was important that I know that it's safe. Teen daughter wanted thirds k. Both ears and a double helix. Came here because was hoping she could use her old piercing studs to save some $. Turns out we couldn't but it's ok. Amar was so gentle and patient and informative. I think her calm and nurturing demeanor helped prepare my daughter mentally, which is huge given the upper ear is a whole different experience from the lines. Don't ever go get your piercings at the mall again! Come to zebra! We will back for several more upper ear in a few months. read more

Drove all the way up to get mt baby's ears pierced. The front door is gated off and theres an attendant to direct you through the process. Once at the counter, there was a friendly staff to walk us through the selection process and check my baby's ears for suitability. She let us choose a jewelery and backing, and there were so many options. Shebalso answered all our questions before we were directed ti the register to pay. From there, we waited to be called up for the piercing. The wait is a bit long but is ubder 30 minutes. While waiting, I looked around and notice the shop is very clean and well organized. They have a price list on the wall and their piercings are decently priced. The piercing went well and thwy were so attentive and will definitely come back for future piercings ans def would recommend them. read more

I decided spontaneously to get a helix piercing today! I did my Yelp research and saw that Zebra Piercing had a lot of great reviews. So I drove over to Zebra Piercing and the ladies in the front asked what I would like. I chose out the stud I wanted, signed a few paperwork, and showed ID. The lady (I wished I got her name) explained the healing process which was super helpful. I walked over to the register and paid. I waited about 10-15 mins before it was my turn to get pierced. My piercer, Amar, was very nice and explained what I should expecting in regard to pain. She mapped out a few suggestions on where to place the piercing. Not going to lie, it did hurt a bit. Lol Overall I had a great experience at this location. I'll definitely be back when I want more piercings. read more

Came early so there was no line (note they open at 1130 not 10am). Our service was very quick but the process requires a little bit of extra time. We were in and out in about 30 mins. Easy parking in the morning too! We had gotten a piercing roughly six weeks ago. It is healing well. Today, we got our bars shortened (something you do after a month for $10/ear because bars are longer at time of piercing to allow for swelling), great experience our piercer was kind and patient and overall awesome. We also got a bottle of solution for free. Thanks Zebra! read more

Got ears pierced for both my baby girls here (one a few months ago and another 2 years ago). The eldest was about 13 months old while the other was 7 months. I totally recommend getting the ears pierced when they are younger and easier to hold down. Regardless, after a bit of crying, they were fine (especially if there's a lollipop). It can be a little pricey but totally worth it. Both girls had no issues with their ears afterwards. I bought the aftercare and used it once or twice... but didn't really need it. The piercer definitely knows what he's doing and tries to be ninja and quick. There was a little bit of bleeding with the second kid but it was fine. I got flatbacks for both kids, but I sorta wish I went with the butterfly back for one. If you do flatback, a slightly longer flatback (forgot what it was called) will be used.. and that's to accommodate the possible swelling of the earlobe. You're supposed to come back about a one month later to switch out the flatback for a shorter length (that should be about $10 for labor). Oh yeah, they have a selection of earrings you can choose from that are cute. Both times we went for their piercings, we went on the weekends and in the late afternoon to early evening. The wait wasn't long. We did go again NYE and was surprised it was a long wait. Anyways, highly recommend this place for baby piercing. Stay clear of Claire's or any place that uses a gun. I think it's worth paying a little bit more for ears not to be infected and for it to be done right. read more
