I've been seeing Autumn since back in 2019 and I'll follow her wherever she goes! She's very professional and takes her time on her pieces - does not rush. The shop itself is a great place. It's nice and clean and felt warm & welcoming. Every piece I inquire with autumn, she brings it to life and I'm very pleased with her service every time. She's super friendly & pleasant to work with(: I will be coming back to get my next tattoo from her! 5/5 will recommend

Got this awesome little guy from Ethan at Modern Electric (@castlevancleve) and the whole experience, from initial inquiry through healing, was flawless. Easy communication, impeccably clean studio, attention to comfort during the process, clear instructions for aftercare. After I requested this placement, Ethan was very up front about not having done a tattoo in this spot before, but he was able to consult with other artists for advice. Actually one of the less painful tattoos I've gotten, and super easy healing.

I got my first tattoo done here about one month ago. I got it done by Autumn Heath, and she is truly an incredible artist. I went in for a custom piece that was very important to me, and Autumn made my vision into a reality. She is extremely passionate and it shows in her final product. The rest of the staff who were in the shop at the time of my session were also extremely professional and kind. I 100% will and already have recommended this shop to several friends.

Natasha is the most AMAZING TATTOOIST I KNOW. I'll start off with saying I travelled from Sacramento so I was a bit nervous getting a tattoo. She spoke to me the entire time she was applying the stencil and she was kinda hyping me up too. She was super understanding of my situation and accommodated me. The session took about 5-6 hours if I remember correctly. She often took breaks but I would too if it was that tedious. Afterward, she offered to finish my tattoo (this coming May) and she was so happy about it! I think she was super sweet and I definitely will go back to her for more tattoos in the future. I also appreciated the safe space for everyone of all kinds. I felt so welcomed to be there and I would love for more places to be like this. Thank you!

Went in to get a tattoo from my old friend Ravi, who is an apprentice there. I didn't quite have an idea of what I wanted so we brainstormed for a bit and came up with what you see in the picture. Out of my 15 tats so far, this one is my fav. Chill studio, super nice people and I'd highly recommend booking an appointment with Ravi.

Got a small tattoo from Sophia during the latest fundraiser on 10/27. Unlike the other artists, Sophia uses the stick n poke method rather than the tattoo gun. It's definitely a different experience but it was 100% positive. The process is slower but I personally thought it was much less painful. She did the poison bottle and droplets in about 45 minutes. So far, it looks like it's healing faster with almost no bruising or scabbing. 5/5 would recommend. I'm definitely going back for more. Also, special shout out to Regina. She let me hang while my friend got tatted and made sure I was comfortable while I waited for my session with Sophia.

Veteran / Novice Ink-Lovers Welcome. I often hear many artists say it takes two people to create a magnificent tattoo, this wasn't the case for me (It was all Tanya). I first started exchanging emails with Tanya to schedule in my consultation appointment and to explain my idea, and by the time we met for consultation, she had already gathered some references and had even prepared some rough sketches for me. I became instantly happy after glancing at her sketches and loved the direction that she went into. Tanya's raw talent instantly blew my mind, and was able to translate my vision into reality. She is truly a perceptive and gifted artist. "She nailed it!" -- I thought to myself. I then ceased my search for other artists and scheduled in my sessions right then and there. I had a rough idea of what I wanted at first, but couldn't quite fully imagine a finished design by myself. But after meeting again for our first session, Tanya's final design helped me envision the missing pieces to the puzzle, and I went for it. (Don't forget the $100 security deposit & your references) The MES studio is a fun place hang out at, everyone is extraordinarily friendly, truly an artist's atelier; where easels are laying everywhere, smooth music playing throughout, all filled with remarkable paintings of their personal art collection on display across the walls. The best part was their cute dog Maggie; who's just adorable and just chills about the studio often asking for free massages. Tanya on the other hand is a bona-fide sweetheart, a "kill-em' with kindness" kind of girl, a super-chill artistic genius. But most of all, she's tremendously understanding and she really takes in your feedback into her re-designs. Not to mention that she's a rockin' babe! I had plans to move out of the country for work, so I really wanted to get a piece done before my move. As my idea required at least 3 sessions, initially no one was willing to pencil me in within a 1 month time frame. But Tanya took me in, and happily opened her schedule up for me. She was able to finish my project in just Two, 3-hour sessions. (1st session: line work, 2nd sessions: shading) On my left arm, Tanya's virtuoso as a serious tattoo artist is on full display and I'm proud to exhibit her work, proving to me that her craftsmanship had steered my project to the direction I was looking for. I am exceptionally happy and truly grateful to have gone through this experience with her and I will be definitely coming back again to work on a future project. Thanks again Tanya!

That's my inner arm Hasselblad 503. Thanks Suzanne!

I think my profile picture says it all. Wait, that might not make sense to you. Let me start over. I am so picky about what goes on me. (weird sentence) It takes me forever to pick out a pair of jeans. Imagine how I am about a tattoo. search search search. This was what I did for a while. I can't actually remember how I came across Suzanne, but I'm glad I found her. I brought in this illustrator file filled with lots of straight mechanical lines and circles. Some might say a nightmare piece. She says "cool!" and not "um... you sure you want to do this?" SOLD!!! Her line work is tops and you should see how consistent she is with her blacks. Perfect. I say, find someone who appears to be into the tattoo you want. The outcome will be some much better when it feels like a partnership and not someone who is just doing their job. Suzanne did an absolutely amazing job on my Hasselblad 503 tattoo and I will not hesitant one second to go back to her if I decide to get anything else.

I love my tattoo! Tanya did an amazing job and I get a ton of compliments! I am not only blown away by Tanya's talent, line work, and over-all artistic genius, I really appreciate how she works with you to develop a piece of art that is exactly what the client has in mind. I had been envisioning this tattoo for several years and it turned out even better than I had hoped!

I heard very good things about this spot, so I was excited to come here. A bit background, my tragus earrings fell out about 3 days prior to this visit. I lost one, so I decided to get a new set and wanted someone out the jewelry back in for me, as it is difficult for me to get the backing for these piercings, Anyway, I stopped in, was greeted, and informed to fill out a form on my phone. After filling it out, I was taken to the glass case where the earrings were and the ones I wanted only have one left, so I picked out a different pair (they sell the earrings individually). I was told to wait for the piercer to help me. After a short wait, someone came out for me and we went to the back. I got settled on the piercing / tattoo bed and was walked through the process. My piercer was nice and since we were just putting new ones in, it was a quick process. I went back to the front to get rung up for the jewelry and service (they do charge $10 for each piercing change). The reason why I gave them a 2 is because one of my tragus swelled up very badly. Not sure why it would had swelled up like that, as I did not get pierced, so I am not sure if they did not clean the jewelry properly or practice correct hand hygiene. I had to carefully clean it, as it was so inflamed and hurt so badly for days. Overall, it would had been a 1, but the experience up to afterwards was pleasant.
