Days leading up to it, I was still very worried because I hadn't seen her sketch yet. The day beforehand, she sent me her sketch and I adjusted it to my liking. The next day was my appointment and I had to call her since the building was kind of hard to find. The studio was very clean and professional. I had never had a professional studio tattoo prior to this visit and I was a little worried about the pain especially because of the stipple shading. Ally had a super light hand and the outline was completely fine, and after the pain spray it was basically numb. Another concern was the healing process and I did notice little black flakes coming off and I was a little worried. After a couple weeks, fully healed, the tattoo looks as good as it was when it was freshly done. The session took less than two hours and I think the price was reasonable. He made good conversation throughout the entire process, which distracted me from the light pain from the tattoos. For both arms, he said it was a minimum of $80! Yalin is amazing and by far on if the best piercers I've ever been pierced by. I found Baron on google, decided to do a walk-in to have my nostril re-pierced which I've had out a year. It's a 10 year old piercing. Instead of immediately suggesting to re-pierce, Yalin suggested we try to see if it was still open due to how long I've had the piercing. And it was still open! I've never had someone so professional try that instead of trying to make more money by re-piercing me. I really appreciated the effort Yalin put into it, and saved me money and healing time. Really a professional. The shop is really cool and a huge jewelry selection. It's very clean and the whole staff is friendly. I was in and out in 15 minutes. I got a dermal piercing on my cheek near my eye 6 days ago. I will say they were extremely knowledgeable and very upfront about the risks and possibilities with these piercings. The process didn't feel great as expected, but it came out great. I left with clear directions for aftercare and overall it was a great process. I chose this location based on reviews even thought it is quite a distance from me, especially with traffic. Baron did not disappoint! I saw her take a 15 min dinner break standing up, before I was in her chair. She gets 20% commission folks. Don't do it. I felt bad for her and snuck her a tip, so he couldn't get it. I have friends in the business, and the people would take 60%max and that was for an apprenticeship. It's a f@#king shame.

Parking looks rough but wasn't too bad in the residential areas and a short walk. Patrick is awesome. He has a great memory and remembered my friends and doing the same tattoo a month me. His interaction with other people who are not sure what they wanted to get was A+ as well. I felt very at ease and I could tell the person he was interacting with also felt calm and open to asking more questions to get the design and vision they saw. He saw my small outlined tattoo idea, got me in and out in like 15 minutes. I usually like to talk to distract myself from needles and pain but I was really interested in some of the artwork they had up on the ceiling, which I thought was a great idea. I saw a design up there that might inspire my next tattoo. He also took the extra time to giving me his input in terms of placement and leaving space for a future tattoo I was thinking of getting while respecting my original ideas, I love that. 10/10 will come back for my next tattoo. Thank you so much for bringing my vision to life.

Worst piercing experience. I am incredibly disappointed with Mom's Body Shop. They pierced my ears…read morecompletely unevenly. The asymmetry was so bad and the piercing became so badly infected that I was forced to let one hole close up entirely. For both unevenly and infected reasons. When I went back to address the mistake and ask for a refund, their response was shocking: * Zero Accountability: They refused to accept any blame. * Blamed the Customer: They claimed the entire issue was my fault. * Completely Inflexible: They refused to offer any financial resolution or money back. (They only said they would pierce me when it healed from their original unprofessional piercing. Which I of course refused. I obviously don't trust this establishment so why risk myself a second time.) This business is highly unprofessional and lacks basic customer service. Save your time and money--go somewhere that actually cares about symmetry, hygiene, and accountability. Will not recommend.
