Had an online order scheduled for 10:45 for my lunch break. Everywhere online says they open at 10. The app said I could only pick up inside. I walk in and was told they weren't open yet. I usually choose not to eat at Zaxbys due to my last experience here, but it's on my way home from church and I thought maybe it'll be better. NOPE .. WORSE actually. I went thru the drive thru and no menu items were displayed to order from. I knew I wanted boneless wings so I just order a bbq boneless wing meal, the lady was rude and asked how many, so I ask what do yall offer? no reply and then asked what drink.. so I answer and pull around and the fries taste as if they were reheated from last night with pepper all on them, the wings (5) were still cold in the middle so apparently they are microwavable and they weren't warmed up enough and the drink was carbonated with no taste. I would have went back but who does that now. therefore all 82 cats at the Big Cat gas station enjoyed that 15$ meal. They will steal your money and tell you to call your bank. I ate there for lunch and when I got home I noticed my card was charged twice, she was having trouble with the machine when I was in drive thru. I called up there and the manager said nothing she can do, I should call my bank. I stated it was your mistake , why not give me a refund? she then again said to call my bank. They will charge your card twice and tell you it's your fault, now I have to waste time out my day and call the bank. They do not admit to their wrongdoings. worst customer service ever!! Every visit here is consistent. I tend to get their Zalads. I've tried the Cobb and the House Zalads and they were pretty good. Vegetables always fresh and chicken always pretty hot. The service is consistently fast. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my order. The restaurant is consistently busy. read more

I would do NO STARS if possible. Service was terrible. I had to wait 10 minutes just to order because no one answered at the speaker. I was the only car. Pulling up to the window, the workers were not greeting. I ordered a 4 tender meal and wanted to substitute my cole slaw with extra fries but was told I cannot do that. My fries(which had no seasoning) and toast(2) were cold, I received 4 very tiny tenders(small enough for a toddler to hold) NO zax sauce. Very dissatisfied and will not be coming back. read more

The service at this particular location has been terrible every time I come through the town of Valley. I travel from Atlanta to Auburn every few weeks so I tend to use mobile ordering quite frequently. Since the launch of Zaxby's mobile ordering, I have used it twice at this location. Each time the food was not prepared, takes FOREVER to prepare, or it has not been the complete order/correct order. The ambiance that this location gives off is that they lack the customer experience for caring and a culture of reliability and satisfaction. This Zaxby's has a habit of closing early, and NEVER having shakes . They always have the excuse "we are sold out and the rest are frozen" this is the same excuse every time I come at any time of the day. On every site it states they're open until 10pm yet they will close the drive through at 8pm. When they do have shakes they have attitudes. The drive through hours clearly state 10pm. Worst Zaxby's in the area , and food is almost always cold . Can we please get new management. read more

This was the worst experience ever, went all through the drive through just to find out their out of chicken, and then couldn't get out of the drive trough. Guthrie's officially owns Valley, Alabama and Zaby's is just trying to lick the scraps off the ground. Arrived at 8 PM Eastern Standard time on a Friday night. Entered the restaurant and noted 8 people waiting on their order. Three vehicles in the drive through. I stood at the counter and was not acknowledged for five minutes. Took over fifteen minutes to get my order. Rest room dirty- yep Drink station dirty - yep Tables and floors dirty yep Food cold. Yep. This has to be the worst Zaxby's I have ever been to. None of the tables had been cleared or cleaned. The floors had not been swept and the coke machine's ice tray was so clogged that it was raining onto the floor, causing a huge flood that covered 1/4 of the dining area. I stopped in this Zaxby's on the way in from Gulf Shores headed back to Georgia. The next two days I was extremely sick. There's no way to prove it's from this Zaxby's, but I had cereal for breakfast and a sandwich for lunch so more than likely Zaxby's is the culprit. I went thru the drive thru on 7/7/15 and picked up dinner for my husband and myself. We took it home to eat. I had ordered a salad. As I was eating my salad I found a pair of rolled up gloves in the bottom of my salad. My husband went back to the restaurant to let them know what had happened, they reimbursed him for the salad and said they would have the manager to call. As of 7/17/15 we had not received a call from the General Manager, when I asked to speak to the Manager, it was though I was putting them out. They were rude and I guess they do not care how they are running their business. As of today we have heard nothing from them. We will never go back to that Zaxbys again. read more
