Food - I am a very big fan of Taco Bell. There have been plenty of "Hits" and sadly just as many "Misses" . But I can promise you one thing. This Taco Bell in Valley, AL will always be a miss. I mean, I wouldn't feed this to a prisoner. They can never seem to get our order right. How can you mess up cooked frozen food? Rice seems under cooked, cantina chicken always chewy AF. The ppl preparing the food do not understand the concept of "Easy" or "light" if you expect me to pay 25 dollars for a fast food place, putting 13+ dollars an hour into these cooks, then I best get what I ask for. I am so afraid to even make a complaint or even go back to the location so they can remake my order bc I'm scared they would do unlawful things to my food while they are remaking it. The sad thing is, this isn't the first time I encountered this problem. From the looks of it, many other ppl have also had issues at this Taco Bell. Me and a few of my friends were going through the drive thru, not aware that you couldn't make more than two orders. The poor girl wasn't aware of the fact that you couldn't. The manager I'm guessing tells over the intercom and said we don't take more than two separate orders in a very rude tone. So I go inside to order my friends food for her. The sweet girl at the front took my order the food comes out, then the manager just throws the bag on the counter and I say "thank you" she says "mhm" and walked away. I felt so bad for the girl that took my order, she was terrified when my phone was read by the reader, and she accidentally put a crunch wrap instead of a soft shell toco. I told her it was okay. I went to Taco Bell today and ordered the luxe Box with a beef chalupa. I got all the way home only to find out that not only did they give me a cold, stale meal, but they also swapped my beef chalupa for chicken. I drove back and politely told them about the mistake, but the older, dark-skinned woman at the window had a nasty attitude from the jump. She demanded my receipt with zero professionalism and refused to remake the entire meal, even though it was cold to begin with. She begrudgingly swapped the chalupa but refused to make things right. I don't know why I even bother going to this location--it's always a disappointment, and every time I go, I end up sick. Same goes for everyone else I know who's been unfortunate enough to eat here. I came here on 4-4-2023 and ordered 8 burritos, my order specifically was rice and bean burritos with beef, onions on the side, and no jalapeno sauce I got it toasted on the app, I get my order and nothing is marked on the wrapper and I have to check every individual one by opening it, the food wasn't even toasted and there was no beef, the beans were a little hard and there was jalapeno sauce. I come back to complain and get what I ordered originally and they still didn't even get the order right, all of them were the same and the onions weren't even left out of the burrito, this was horrible and such a waste of time, definitely don't recommend coming here. read more

Horrendous! While waiting for our food, we were ignored while others who came in after us were given their orders. When we finally received our order, it was wrong as usual. Why do we go there and subject ourselves to this torture? The staff was busy playing with each other as well as on their phones while ignoring the customers. I'm sick of this place. The building is renovated and we all know Taco Bell food is fast and cheap. However the service is so bad. To start, I visited multiple times and they had no lettuce. Once I visited and they had no cheese. Typically, they don't tell you what they are missing until after your food comes out. The soda fountain is typically out of various sodas and the ice machine rarely works. We finally quit going. I wish we could get the old building, but better food back! read more

There is one family in the lobby (in addition to to myself) and no cars in the drive-thru. Another customer had to call someone to the front to get some help. I have been to the taco bell in Valley for 2 nights in a row. They were closed last night at 7 o'clock. They have closed early like that in the past. They do not do their best when it comes to preparing the food. Half of the tacos were missing their ingredients and half their products that come in them. Everything looks so disgusting now a days. Went through the drive thru Friday 09/29/16, seemed like forever just like the last several times. When I noticed the long wait, I started counting the people who got tired of waiting and drove around.. It was eight. I told the lady that when I FINALLY got to the window and she said they had only one computer system working. sounds like a management problem when its this many people this many times.
