A car was in the dining room. Super clean. I got my burrito and rolled out. But this is a pretty normal taco bell.

HORRIBLE SERVICE came in at 9:10pm 9/13 and the lady looked me dead in my face and locked the door on me when the hours clearly said 10pm. HORRIBLE SERVICE . Worker needs to be fired read more

People there are either not very bright or rude. Example: there is a spot to pick up app orders which they don't use. Your standing there for several minutes and no one comes to the counter and ask if your have an order or just hanging out. They have 1 star and everyone should just be fired and start over. What a disgrace to TB read more

This place is absolutely trash when it comes to service. No response for 15mins then say there only one person in please be patient. Order my food, It was completely wrong the whole order. Came back waited another 15 mins then say go to the window and order been here for 15 more mins without seeing no one and people in line were passing me leaving . Need new employees at this establishment. Love Taco Bell as a chain and food when it it correct and in a timely matter read more

Food - I am a very big fan of Taco Bell. There have been plenty of "Hits" and sadly just as many "Misses" . But I can promise you one thing. This Taco Bell in Valley, AL will always be a miss. I mean, I wouldn't feed this to a prisoner. They can never seem to get our order right. How can you mess up cooked frozen food? Rice seems under cooked, cantina chicken always chewy AF. The ppl preparing the food do not understand the concept of "Easy" or "light" if you expect me to pay 25 dollars for a fast food place, putting 13+ dollars an hour into these cooks, then I best get what I ask for. I am so afraid to even make a complaint or even go back to the location so they can remake my order bc I'm scared they would do unlawful things to my food while they are remaking it. The sad thing is, this isn't the first time I encountered this problem. From the looks of it, many other ppl have also had issues at this Taco Bell. If these reviews mean anything to Tacala Management, they should do something about it. Fix it, or Close it!!!! read more

Me and a few of my friends were going through the drive thru, not aware that you couldn't make more than two orders. The poor girl wasn't aware of the fact that you couldn't. The manager I'm guessing tells over the intercom and said we don't take more than two separate orders in a very rude tone. So I go inside to order my friends food for her. The sweet girl at the front took my order the food comes out, then the manager just throws the bag on the counter and I say "thank you" she says "mhm" and walked away. I felt so bad for the girl that took my order, she was terrified when my phone was read by the reader, and she accidentally put a crunch wrap instead of a soft shell toco. I told her it was okay. Her manager continued to be rude. Very rude service by the manager, I am not aware of her name read more

I went to Taco Bell today and ordered the luxe Box with a beef chalupa. I got all the way home only to find out that not only did they give me a cold, stale meal, but they also swapped my beef chalupa for chicken. I drove back and politely told them about the mistake, but the older, dark-skinned woman at the window had a nasty attitude from the jump. She demanded my receipt with zero professionalism and refused to remake the entire meal, even though it was cold to begin with. She begrudgingly swapped the chalupa but refused to make things right. I don't know why I even bother going to this location--it's always a disappointment, and every time I go, I end up sick. Same goes for everyone else I know who's been unfortunate enough to eat here. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Just drive to the next closest Taco Bell and save yourself the headache, and maybe even your stomach. read more

Taco Bell, Valley, Al.,.......it does not matter the time of day..... before or after covid.... they are RIDICULOUSLY slow!!! They always say they are short staffed. Literally, sitting at the window, to get our food.... two young girls running the window (taking orders)..... it only takes one...one girl was doing ABSOLUTELY nothing.... one should've been helping prepare food. No one was on the inside, to be served. They would not take the next person's order, until the current one at the window was filled. read more

The workers are terrible. They care more about you pulling up and waiting 30 min than having the order ready. They are so worried about their time how about they do it right instead of cheating the system. In the words of Ryan one star. read more

They did not care and throw it all together and there was no one in front of us and they made us wait 20 minutes. read more

Taco Bell - There is hardly nothing in the chicken quesadilla and it is all hard. - Fast Food Near Me - Valley, Alabama

I ordered online thinking it would be less confusing. 5- 5layer Bur. and a large drink .... a 3 hard shell combo no let. ( it came with a drink) I sent my daughter to pick up and they told her we only ordered 1 drink so she brings me the food and half of it is wrong. we had some kind of rice rolls. I double checked my print out and what we got was not what I ordered. read more

See I am deathly allergic to dairy so I have to avoid it at all costs everywhere I order from tends to have options I can have or usually get my order right but this place? Nope they always mess up my order or give me the wrong thing every single time. That being said I will never order from this place or any Taco Bell again in the future this was the last straw you guys have single handedly ruined my Taco Bell experience do better. read more

I came here on 4-4-2023 and ordered 8 burritos, my order specifically was rice and bean burritos with beef, onions on the side, and no jalapeno sauce I got it toasted on the app, I get my order and nothing is marked on the wrapper and I have to check every individual one by opening it, the food wasn't even toasted and there was no beef, the beans were a little hard and there was jalapeno sauce. I come back to complain and get what I ordered originally and they still didn't even get the order right, all of them were the same and the onions weren't even left out of the burrito, this was horrible and such a waste of time, definitely don't recommend coming here. read more

Horrendous! While waiting for our food, we were ignored while others who came in after us were given their orders. When we finally received our order, it was wrong as usual. Why do we go there and subject ourselves to this torture? The staff was busy playing with each other as well as on their phones while ignoring the customers. I'm sick of this place. They want 15 dollars per hour but they do only 15 cents worth of work. They ALWAYS mess up our order, even with the app. read more

If I could give this Taco Bell a zero I would. This is the second or third time we have gone by there and been told there will be 20-30 minute wait because they are out of beef and chicken. It's just sorry. read more

The building is renovated and we all know Taco Bell food is fast and cheap. However the service is so bad. To start, I visited multiple times and they had no lettuce. Once I visited and they had no cheese. Typically, they don't tell you what they are missing until after your food comes out. The soda fountain is typically out of various sodas and the ice machine rarely works. We finally quit going. I wish we could get the old building, but better food back! read more

Whoever the manager of this establishment is needs to get his or her $h&@ together!! It's ridiculous that every time you go either the drive through is closed or they don't have taco or burrito shells to make food! Not to mention they forget half of the ingredients that go on the food read more

Management sucks! I pulled up to the window and politely asked if military discounts were given here, the long neck lady yelled out the window "No we don't I am the manager I would know!" Personally I don't trust someone making my food with that short of a temperament. read more

There is one family in the lobby (in addition to to myself) and no cars in the drive-thru. Another customer had to call someone to the front to get some help. Very rude !!!! Always out of stuff , especially mild sauce! Didn't get a receipt . While almost throwing my food out the window, the girl was taking another order, she looked at me like I was crazy for asking for sauce for the tacos, didn't ask what kind I wanted just said we are out of mild sauce and turned away from the window. I won't go back and I will now call corporate. read more

I have been to the taco bell in Valley for 2 nights in a row. They were closed last night at 7 o'clock. They have closed early like that in the past. They do not do their best when it comes to preparing the food. Half of the tacos were missing their ingredients and half their products that come in them. Everything looks so disgusting now a days. I won't be returning to the taco bell in Valley, AL unless they pull it together. read more

Went through the drive thru Friday 09/29/16, seemed like forever just like the last several times. When I noticed the long wait, I started counting the people who got tired of waiting and drove around.. It was eight. I told the lady that when I FINALLY got to the window and she said they had only one computer system working. sounds like a management problem when its this many people this many times. (not always eight). On a positive note. Foods always good, worth the wait. read more

Have been many times due to convenience but we are done. They've now added Kiosk for you to do it yourself and takes forever to get your food even though there is no one in the restaurant. Poor management because the staff just not trained and seem very new. We complained and they just laughed. Never to return read more
