I came on last Friday, to pick up a call in order. As I sit there to wait on my food I notice that no one had on a hair net and the person fixing the food keep pulling her hair back with no gloves on, so ask the manager on duty about and said something to her and she started cussing, so I ask was this acceptable and said I got so I ask for a refund and he told me I would have to come when the manager was there and it would take 5 to 7 business days to get my money so I asked for the number to corporate and he told we don't have a corporate number so I just left.... read more

Should be reported to the health department. Floor was so sticky almost could not walk across it with flip flops. Tables not cleaned. Counter at condiments filthy. VERY slow service. Wished after walking to table I had not visited.....definitely will not again. No one else inside although several carryout orders were served. Was about to go cancel my order when it arrived. I decided to go to Wingstop as this is a restaurant I frequent whenever I am home. I tried to place a takeout order over the phone but the line was busy after a couple of attempts. Since I was in the area I went ahead and placed my order in person. This location in particular didn't seem to be too busy as my order was taken rather quickly from behind the plastic shield at the counter. I decided to get my usual "Voodoo fries" because they've been pretty good every time. This time in particular I was neither over or underwhelmed. They've been better and as I said before the fries have never been bad. The employees all followed Covid guidelines as they wore masks and gloves and the restaurant had clear signage posted so that customers would remain 6ft apart from one another. The employees were also fairly pleasant, and the only reason for the average rating was due to the food itself. read more

No lights in the dining room and it's 6:00 pm. Really dark inside. We mentioned it to the employees and they didn't act like it was a big deal. The lights were finally turned on about 10 minutes later. Which was nice. The food is usually pretty good. We have tried to order ahead on line and that didn't turn out too good. They were out of everything we ordered and didn't call to let us know. read more

Got off work and was super excited that I had plenty of time to call and order or drive there before they closed. This is a Saturday night and I started calling at 11:05. The phone went to voicemail after a few rings ever time. I got there at 11:30 and they refused to serve me and 2 other customers who got there at the same time saying they were closed! Their neon sign saying OPEN till midnight every night was still shining bright. Workers do not do their job. They don't stay open until midnight like they claim. And closing early on a Saturday night in the restaurant industry is ridiculous!!!! read more

I like that I can place my order online and it is ready when I get there. I ordered the 15 piece boneless wing combo. I got lemon pepper, Cajun and Louisianan rub. All the wings were good and I will be going back. The staff greeted me when I walked in the door. Great service. read more

I love wingstop food. We have been faithful customers every Friday night for 8 years. The declining customer service was annoying, but didn't stop us from coming every week. Today was our last day ever. The customer service is horrendous. Not answering phones, rudeness, they act like your business is a burden to them & then multiple weeks of having to go back for forgotten items. The company should be embarrassed of this restaurant. Another one star rating for my favorite wing place:/ This location is infamous for turning the lights off during hours of operation and locking the doors to close up early, but I have never heard of them closing as early as 8PM when online it states they close at 10PM. I called around 8PM to place an order for carry out, the first call no one ever picked up, knowing the employees usually do this to avoid taking orders (as this has happened to me several times before), I called again. A woman answered the phone and when I told her I wanted to place an order for carry out I was told that they are "no longer taking any more orders for tonight". It's always something with this location which is truly disappointing because it is one of the better places to eat in Valley, AL. I understand EVERYWHERE is short staffed right now, but if that happens to be the case in this, maybe the general or store managers should look into closing earlier rather than having employees being paid to stand and not accept anymore orders after a certain time of night, as well as wasting customers time when trying to get some good food in this area. I work in fast food as well and can empathize with employees who are wanting to close a couple of minutes early to be able to get home after a long day, but TWO HOURS before closing?? I think I have given up on wasting my time trying to eat at this specific location. I hope that this helps with anyone wanting to place an order here later on in the night, because they will likely not take any orders starting at 8PM as that seems to be the reoccurring issue and I am now taking myself elsewhere to get food an hour before places close at 10PM and I HATE being the kind of person going into a restaurant an hour or less before closing. So we were traveling when we needed to stop and eat. We randomly stopped at this Wingstop to give it a try. The staff seemed completely disinterested in anyone's being there. After seeing three other tables that came after us get their food, I went up to check on ours (after 25 minutes of waiting). Our order was sitting on the counter, incorrectly named and they had packed our "here" order "to go". I had to get our own cups as the employees were hiding behind the cooler on their phones. They would not even look up when I called to them. The food was OK but it was just a bad experience overall. We won't be back. read more

Haven't eaten here in over a year and I definitely wasn't missing anything. It wasn't very busy at 10pm but still waited over 30 minutes for my Dine In order packed To Go. Got 3 different flavors but they all tasted like the fries, Super Salty! No napkins in the dining area and the table was sticky. Went to the restroom to wash my hands but there was no soap. We go here for the WINGS!. They are great! Expect to wait, though. They are made to order. It would be nice if they would invest in some mini-blinds to keep the sun out of the employees and customer's eyes in the evening. They are always busy and do a big carryout business. read more
